I was promised the work would be completed in 1.5 years, but it ended up taking almost four. The worst part? The incompetence of the dentist. She placed three implants in my upper jaw incorrectly—one so poorly that I developed a bone infection, had to have the implant removed twice, and underwent three bone grafts. This alone delayed the completion of my treatment by two years. But here’s the good that came from it: Dr. Cesar Herrera. He is truly gifted—born to be a surgeon. If not for everything I went through, I wouldn’t have met this talented young doctor. I used to believe that all dentists were the same, but now I know that a skilled doctor makes all the difference. The clinic’s staff insisted the problems were my fault—blaming my lack of bone and the infection. But aren’t these common issues for people getting dental implants? A true expert doesn’t see obstacles; they see solutions. Dr. Cesar Herrera is one of those rare experts. His wife, Dr. Estefannia Herrera, is equally skilled. Together, this brilliant couple provides exceptional care, ensuring everything is done properly and on time. They work as a team at their own implant center in Los Algodones “Patzi”. In the end, a bad experience led me to two outstanding professionals—and for that, I’m grateful.

I had an incredible experience with Luis, the patient coordinator at Supreme Dental. From the very beginning, he was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, making me feel completely at ease about the entire process. He took the time to answer every single question I had with patience and clarity, ensuring that I understood all my options without any pressure. One thing that truly stood out was his transparency—when I asked about other dental clinics, he gave me honest and well-informed insights rather than just trying to “sell” me on Supreme Dental. That level of honesty is rare and very much appreciated. Since it was my first time visiting, I was a little nervous about navigating everything, but Luis went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. He even arranged for someone to pick me up at the border so I wouldn’t have to worry about finding my way, which made the entire experience so much smoother. The only small piece of feedback I have is that while they provide an expected timeframe for dental work, my first visit ended up taking almost three days longer than planned. I completely understand that this isn’t Luis’s fault, as every patient’s case is different, but if there’s a way to better estimate the time required for certain procedures, that would be really helpful for future patients trying to plan their stay. Overall, I highly recommend Luis and Supreme Dental to anyone considering treatment. His level of care, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made all the difference in my experience. My Dr. Joshua is very thorough and professional. I’ve had extensive dental work including implants. Today I went for a checkup and wisdom tooth pulled. Met at the border by the Dr’s assistant, Alex, who drove us to the very nice new office. Alex was very pleasant and helpful. When the visit was complete, he drove us back to the boarder.
