I have visited many doctors in the United States that never explained why I had bleeding gums. Dr Omar Guevara explained in detail what was happening and resolved my issue. They say bad things happen for a good reason. It’s an optimistic view, though sometimes it takes years to see that reason. I began my dental implant journey in 2019 in Los Algodones. I was promised the work would be completed in 1.5 years, but it ended up taking almost four. The worst part? The incompetence of the dentist. She placed three implants in my upper jaw incorrectly—one so poorly that I developed a bone infection, had to have the implant removed twice, and underwent three bone grafts. This alone delayed the completion of my treatment by two years. But here’s the good that came from it: Dr. Cesar Herrera. He is truly gifted—born to be a surgeon. If not for everything I went through, I wouldn’t have met this talented young doctor. I used to believe that all dentists were the same, but now I know that a skilled doctor makes all the difference. The clinic’s staff insisted the problems were my fault—blaming my lack of bone and the infection. But aren’t these common issues for people getting dental implants? A true expert doesn’t see obstacles; they see solutions. Dr. Cesar Herrera is one of those rare experts. His wife, Dr. Estefannia Herrera, is equally skilled. Together, this brilliant couple provides exceptional care, ensuring everything is done properly and on time. They work as a team at their own implant center in Los Algodones “Patzi”. In the end, a bad experience led me to two outstanding professionals—and for that, I’m grateful.

From start to finish my experience with Costa Rica Dental Clinic Lab was wonderful! I was in need of a root canal and crown and the cost where I reside in the US was very high. My wife and I did some research and discovered CRDCL. I spoke with Geovanna about my situation and she was able to set appointments with the doctors despite my somewhat constrictive time constraints. I am very happy with all the work done. The root canal was successful and the crown fits perfectly with my other teeth. In addition, I was able to fill another cavity and get a deep cleaning with the hygienist. I love the flexibility and professionalism of all the staff. Everyone was super nice. Including all travel, accomodations and food the total cost came to a third of the price here in the US.

After months of research, I decided on Dr Salazar. I needed 6 crowns and 6 veneers. When I tell you he is the kindest dentist I have ever had. His work is top-notch. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was in his chair. But most importantly he made sure I was completely satisfied with his work. His staff went above and beyond for us. Even walked us from the boarder to his clinic. I never once felt unsafe !!! I will return to Dr Salazar. As a matter of fact he will be the only dentist I see from now on. Top-notch work. This work would have cost me over 10 thousand in the states. I paid a fraction of that. Thank you Dr Salazar for a beautiful smile. Thank you to your wonderful staff.

Dr.Jasso and his wife Ms. Talamantes, worked on my mouth on 1/31/26. I consulted with them, and Dr. Jason recommended I have 7 tooth implants rather than having all my teeth replaced on top and a few implants on the bottom. My wife consulted and decided to have this procedure done. So far I am satisfied with the surgery. We thought DrJasso and Ms.Talamantez worked well together. Hello, I just had 3 crowns put on this week. This Dentist does a good job with crowns and root canals. I have also had 3 wisdom teeth pulled here. The thing I really like is that when we called. They got us right in. My wife recently had an old filling fall out (quite large) and she was having pain. Initially, I called a dentist here in Texas who we had heard good things about. But since my wife would have been a new patient for this Dentist, they wanted her to come in for a teeth cleaning and then they would schedule her for an appointment to fix her filling. I remember telling the receptionist that they had their priorities all wrong. I ended the call by telling her that, "well, I guess we're going to Mexico." We called this Dentist and got my wife in the next day and she had a root canal and got a nice crown. Now, there are no worries with that tooth. I'd say to you, give these guys a chance.

Everything about this experience was perfect. The facilities were clean, modern and everything u would expect. This experience was amazing. People were beyond professional. I would go back anytime.

Years back, we met Manny, a rep for this company. Manny always goes above and beyond to help us and others to get the best dental treatment. Over the years, we have been very pleased with the professional staff and the work they have performed for my husband and I. We highly recommend.

I had a really great experience at Denti Vitale. The facility is very clean. It was no fuss. I had composite fillings put on to my front teeth. I had many dentist tell me no, that I need canine to canine veneers. I did not want to get veneers because your teeth are shaven down when you get veneers. Denti did not question or oppose my wishes. The procedure was also very quick, all done within 30 minutes. I am happy with the results. I will most likely come back here when it is time to redo them.

Dr. Edgar is the best. We have gone to him for some years, long trips from Missouri. He has done much work for us, including many crowns and some implants, as well as bone grafts. My estimate on implants in MO was $46,000-$58,000. When I got to Dr. Edgar, after a thorough examination, he refused to even do implants, saying I did not need them yet, and it would be malpractice to pull all of my teeth at that time. He gave me beautiful teeth for $5600. Over the years since, my husband and I have had additional implants, and we are extremely satisfied with Dr. Edgar. John explains everything to us in perfect English. We trust and recommend Dr. Edgar Guereo.

Dra. Melisa was excellent. She gave me special attention and made me feel comfortable with what would normally not be a comfortable situation. I got 4 crowns, so it was a lot, but she was kind and understanding, and I'm very glad I discovered her. I highly recommend Dentalestetic!

Dr Hernandez is a highly skilled and professional dentist with a gentle, kind and caring manner. He is very accommodating with regard to appointment scheduling, working after hours and weekends if necessary. I am very happy with my crowns, which are top quality and a perfect match to the rest of my teeth. I was grateful to have pain free and smooth procedures every single time, in a pristine and high quality clinic. Dr Hernandez is now my regular dentist and I highly recommend him!
