I underwent a facial procedure at this clinic, and the outcome has caused me significant distress and ongoing concern. Since the treatment, I have been left with a prominent scar in the inner corner of my eye and an incision placed directly across exposed forehead skin. The location and visibility of the incision were not what I understood or expected based on pre-treatment discussions.
Prior to the procedure, I was reassured through written messages that the resulting scar would not be visible. However, the incision was placed below the hairline with no apparent effort to conceal it, and I have been advised that it is likely to remain noticeable long term unless revised surgically. This has been extremely difficult for me to accept, particularly given my age and the permanent nature of facial scarring.

Following the procedure, I contacted the clinic multiple times to raise concerns about the scarring and request support. Unfortunately, I felt my concerns were not addressed in a constructive or empathetic way, and the clinic did not offer a clear plan to manage or correct the issue.

This experience has had a serious emotional impact on my confidence and quality of life. Facial procedures require a high level of care, transparency, and sensitivity to individual anatomy, and this did not align with my expectations or the assurances I was given.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment to seek multiple professional opinions, ask detailed questions about incision placement and scarring, and ensure all expectations and risks are clearly documented before proceeding.
