The clinic’s staff insisted the problems were my fault—blaming my lack of bone and the infection. But aren’t these common issues for people getting dental implants? A true expert doesn’t see obstacles; they see solutions. Dr. Cesar Herrera is one of those rare experts. His wife, Dr. Estefannia Herrera, is equally skilled. Together, this brilliant couple provides exceptional care, ensuring everything is done properly and on time. They work as a team at their own implant center in Los Algodones “Patzi”. In the end, a bad experience led me to two outstanding professionals—and for that, I’m grateful.
Zahid, who was the appointment coordinator did a wonderful job. Dr Gonzalo Gallegos diagnosed my problem in a tooth that had a ceramic filling, which he replaced in less than an hour. I went to see Dr. Gallegos thinking that I was in need of a root canal on the tooth next to the tooth that Dr. Gallegos so skillfully identified as the problem. This tooth pain was diagnosed as Trigeminal Neuralgia in the US by an endodontic evaluation together with a DDS and a Primary Physician evaluations.
