There are so many cranky people who answer the phone at medical and dental places who are in a rush, that when I find the ones who are just charming, helpful and polite and really care about patients, it makes a huge difference. I am talking about Dulce and Laura at Dental Laser reception. They are unfailingly caring and simply lovely to speak with anytime. They are always willing to provide details and explain procedures. My experience with ValSo Smile has been amazing! I was able to set an appointment for just a few days after my initial call. This was for major work on my upper teeth that I had been putting off due to the cost. Dr. Valenzuela and Dr. Ley couldn’t have been nicer. X-rays and prep work were done on Wednesday morning, my teeth were available late Friday afternoon (Dr. Valenzuela worked past 8PM because she knew I needed to get back to Colorado), and on Saturday, I was already driving home with the first stage of my new smile completed. I feel great, my teeth look great, and I have already scheduled my next appointment for missing molars, upper and lower. All this at a quarter of the cost of my local oral surgeon. Dr. Jireh was very professional. They repaired my old dentures so I can use them as a backup. They also made a new set for me. The new ones fit a lot better than the old ones. She also showed me the proper amount of adhesive and where to put it. The new ones are sharper and I am able to cut through meat a lot better. I would highly recommend her.
