I had surgery in this clinic on sat 6th July 2025 and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I have purposely waited 7 weeks to write this review, given the nature of my surgery and its realistic recovery period. I had lower blepharoplasty revision with a mid facelift and a temporal more brow lift. This was done under general anaesthetic. Prior to arrival, I had an in-depth online video consultation with Anna and the surgeon: Dr Francesca Riccardi. I spoke about my concerns, was given an excellent summary of what to expect and a very honest appraisal of what would be a suitable plan. Let me stress at no point was there any hard sell. On arrival in Poland, I was met by the lovely driver who took me for blood tests in a local hospital (almost midnight) and then brought to the clinic. It’s more of a spa in my opinion, with beautiful gardens, superbly modern spacious bedrooms and a lovely reception area with a coffee machine .i was offered food on arrival and greeted with a smile, despite my delayed arrival by 2 hours. The next morning I had another thorough consultation with Dr Francesca, who explained the surgery step by step. The procedure took a few hours under general anaesthetic. Dr Francesca is the loveliest and most reassuring, capable and kind person you could ever meet. Yes she is young, but knows exactly what she is doing and takes her time. She is highly qualified and to say I am thrilled with my results, is an understatement. The swelling from the brow lift takes time- for me it was about 6 weeks, hence my delayed review. I was impatient with it and perhaps underestimated this. The results were worth the wait. I had my stitches removed by a surgeon in Dublin who commented on the “excellent job”. My cheeks looks great as do my eyes! I spent two nights in the clinic and the owner cooked us breakfast, lunch and offered us dinner. I met 2 other lovely patients and the craic was great btw! We sat in the gardens and lots of coffee was available. It was such a personal experience and we were all looked after so well. I had 2 nights in an apartment literally on the clinics doorstep, with a supermarket on the doorstep. The apartments were booked for me by the fab coordinator Anna. They are basic but spotlessly clean. There is no part of this trip I can fault on any level. The owners and the nurses, admin staff and doctors were just amazing. Everyone gives 100% and it is completely patient focused. I do not understand any of the negative reviews and please feel free to contact me if you want any further perspective. Surgery abroad is daunting and I did my due diligence prior to travelling. I will absolutely be back (hopefully not for a few years though) Thanks again to everyone at the clinic😎 Paula xx
