I cannot begin to say what a truly amazing experience this journey was. From day one connecting with my customer coordinator at vanity clinic I felt I was in great hands. I flew here from Austin, Texas to have my breast implants removed and a breast lift. I did speak to various other Doctors in the USA but felt I wasn't being heard. My implants were 20 years old and the last few years I have experienced a lot of physical and emotional discomfort associated with my breast area. From the moment we landed in Istanbul, the patient coordinators had arranged for everything. They picked us up and took us straightaway for blood test. Then on the day of my surgery, the transport brought us to the clinic. I met with the doctor, then the patient coordinator, and then went straight in to surgery. Everything went smoothly and I spent the day, night and the next morning in the clinic. The staff was very professional and courteous, and it seems that every 3 hours they were bringing trays of food. Several days after the surgery I had my follow-up consultation. I am good to go home. The hotel where we stayed - the Mercur Altunizade - is under a mile from the clinic. It seems to be filled with fellow patients- breakfast has a collection of bandages and splints and other assorted accessories. The staff there is also friendly and professional. Just returned from a Mommy Makeover by Dr. Omer Polat. I had such a great experience, he is so lovely actually cared about me, I didn’t feel like just another patient. He even stayed in contact with me when I returned back to the UK to check up on my recovery. The only downfall was the nurses, but they did what had to be done, it just took time and keep repeating. Everyone was amazing so I am glad I did it at this hospital. It was lovely and clean better than private hospitals in the UK so glad I picked it here. Even the transport drivers were lovely with helping me out of the van. Would highly recommend Dr. Omer Polat and the girls who you talk to on WhatsApp, there were 4 girls that we met and they all helped us with everything. They go out of their way to help you so thank you to them, as they massively made our experience.

I gone under the surgery for gynecomastia with Estrella. They are very quick in communication. You are always feeling next to yourself, and surgery gone quite comfortable.
