Buccal fat removal 9-10cc total. Very good staff and hospital and very glad I went to Turkey for this. Almost the whole process went really well and I've communicated with AYT privately about one or two potential areas in need of improvement. Additionally my advice for people not able to speak Turkish is that their staff have a high school kids equivalent of English so whilst you can definitely talk about basic things I would strongly urge people to have a translator app at the ready with the Turkish language downloaded for offline use when you don't have an internet connection. Also make sure you get them to confirm a few times over if it is local or general anaesthetic you're going under for surgery as this was one of my main criticisms and could be a language translation issue in need of amendment.

It’s such a smooth and wonderful experience at the Dr. Clinic. I had facial fat removal surgery and the doctors are super kind and taking super delicate care of me. Hi, I had a rhinoplasty together with septoplasty at Elbe Clinic, mainly to fix my breathing problem. The whole surgery process went smoothly, my breathing is much better now, and the result looks very natural. The doctor made me feel comfortable and confident, and the staff at Elbe Clinic were friendly and supportive. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this clinic.

Dr Fi was recommended to me by a friend who had had a facelift with him. He had been very impressed with both the result and the experience, so it gave me confidence to go ahead and book. I had a video consultation with Dr Fi and he agreed I was a good candidate for a neck lift and lower face lift (deep plane), together with upper eyelid surgery and fat injections. I’m 45 and had mild sagging/ laxity around the neck and jaw. I wanted to get more of a snatched look and maximise my appearance before I head into my 50s. I travelled from Spain to Istanbul alone, and the clinic had arranged a luxury transfer from the airport to my hotel. The hotel was located just a minute’s walk from the clinic. Because I had agreed to have the surgery under local anaesthetic with sedation, I was able to be treated in the clinic and not at the hospital. I flew in on a Monday and had the surgery Tuesday night. I was able to do some sightseeing during the day on Tuesday and really loved the city. I met Dr Fi and his team at the clinic, and they spoke English to a high standard, so I felt fully informed of what was going to happen. I was conscious during the surgery, which took around four hours, and was able to communicate. But I was sedated so I was relaxed and for the most part, only experienced a bit of discomfort. I have had surgery previously so the arrangement was ok for me, but it might not be suitable for someone anxious about the procedure. When the surgery was finished, I was able to get up and return to my hotel - one of the kind nurses accompanied me. The first night was quite uncomfortable. Because I wasn’t in the hospital, I couldn’t have the IV painkiller overnight. When I got my medication in the morning, things eased up. And despite being swollen and bruised, by Day 2 I was able to do a bit of work on my laptop and do some gentle walking around the neighbourhood (wearing my headscarf and dark glasses). I had decided to do the trip by myself, which meant I didn’t have anyone to send out for food or to the pharmacy, but I managed ok. I had my check-up on Thursday night, and Dr Fi said everything was looking good. I got my fit-to-fly letter, and I flew home the next day. So in total, I was away for just four nights. I think they would have preferred for me to stay a little longer, but for me, it was better to be back in my own bed. I was able to take the tape off my face and remove the stitches from my eyes today (Sunday) and am healing well. I have cream to apply to my scars, which are hidden in my hairline around the back of my neck and ears. My energy is still a bit lower than normal, but generally, I’m able to go about normal activities. Overall, everything has gone well, and my experience of Turkey and Dr Fi and his team has been great. I’m excited to see the final result!

I recently underwent a mini face-lift procedure by Dr Süleyman Köken, which was one of the best decisions of my life. Not only because the results are absolutely amazing and I could not be happier with my new defined jawline, but also because choosing Dr Süleyman and his brilliant team did not leave any room for disappointment. From the moment I arrived in Izmir, it was a breeze; they handled everything from hotels to transfers and made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. His patient coordinator is a diamond; she really goes above and beyond. Dr Süleyman is truly gifted; he understood my concerns and definitely delivered on that. I would recommend him greatly.

I had a facelift in April 2026. I spoke with the coordinator, Afef, who was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions promptly and honestly. It was Dr Necdet Urhan who performed my surgery. He was amazing, all his staff were fabulous I’m only 29 days post op and can’t believe how quickly I’m healing. I would 100% recommend Dr Urhan and his team.

Their care before and after the procedure was truly wonderful. Thanks to my doctor's experience and approach, I felt very safe. It's a great stroke of luck to find doctors who love their work like this. Really impressed with the service here. I chose this clinic after reading some good things online, and I wasn't disappointed. The first consultation was very thorough, and the treatment itself was handled with a lot of care. It’s hard to find a place that is both professional and friendly at the same time.
