I felt very welcome and comfortable throughout the entire visit. Considering this was my first one. I was very impressed by the level of care they showed.
I needed a root canal. I was quoted $1600. For $1700, I got a veneer, two crowns and the root canal. I had been putting off dental work because of the cost. When Dr Mendivil put numbing on gums, he waited for it to take effect. No pain with numbing needles. That was a first. When doing the work they must use a different technique. I wasn't drowning. Dr Sosa did my root canal. Other work is done by Dr. Mendivil. Usually, when getting a crown, I get a temporary and return later for the permanent. Arizona Dental make them in-house. I waited for about an hour and got the permanent veneer and two crowns. Totally happy with value and quality of the work done. I would recommend parking on the American side and walking. Not far. Took a while to drive back across the border. Dr Mendivil speaks perfect English and there were no chickens running around on the floor.
I concluded my dental work for the year at Fortuna Dental and I have to give a sincere shout out in thanks and praise for this office. Even with a scheduling error and short on staff this particular day they still made sure I left with my crown in place and satisfied as always. I found Dr. Baker through a friend referral. I needed extensive work involving implants bone grafting and a bridge. The uninsured portion of the estimate in the United States was $14,000. Dr Baker was less than half of that. After the initial bone grafting and implants, I had a check-up with my regular United States dentist and she confirmed that Dr Baker did a great job. Now the work is complete and I am very happy with the end result.

The office was very nice, clean and Covid friendly. Everyone was very friendly. My front tooth was missing an old filling and was also chipped. I was very apprehensive when I arrived. The doctor and assistant were very nice and professional. She answered all my questions and never tried to sell me anything else. She did a wonderful job, my teeth have never looked so perfect!
