Dr. Ana is an incredibly nice person, and the entire staff is amazing. I visited the clinic to get my lips reduced. While booking my trip, I accidentally chose the wrong destination and ended up in Mexico City instead of Guadalajara. I had to take a bus trip to Guadalajara that lasted nearly 9-11 hours, arriving around 1 a.m. Dr. Ana waited for me the whole time, dropped me off at my Airbnb, and ensured I was safe. Some people enter healthcare for money, while others do it out of passion. Dr. Ana is definitely one of the passionate ones. I made an appointment for a crown but over time my tooth had cracked and was very painful. The dentist explained that the only option at that point was to extract the tooth. The procedure was seamless and everything was explained to me thoroughly. They even picked me up at my hotel for the appointment!
