I loved the care! It was altogether very professional, efficient and very thorough. Although the procedures were fast, they were done very carefully and professionally. I must praise Dr Gülsah Dülger, who is professional, knows what she's doing and is nice and gentle. I was a little worried, but the result is very worth it! I would give 5 stars had I been asked to write the review. I come from the Czech Republic, and we are not used to doing what we are told... Overall, good experience, perfect medical work, quality and hospitality tops!

I had a great experience with Clinic Prime Istanbul from start to finish. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and very professional, and the entire team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the process. I especially want to thank Irina from customer support, who was absolutely amazing. After providing the quote, she was never pushy or aggressive, which I really appreciated. Instead, she was always available to answer my questions, explain details clearly, and provide reassurance whenever I needed it. Her professionalism, patience, and responsiveness made the whole experience much less stressful and helped build a lot of trust. A special mention also goes to Dr. Ersin, who consistently explained every step of the process in detail and made sure I fully understood what to expect. His genuine care, attention, and calm approach really stood out and made me feel confident and comfortable throughout my treatment. It’s clear that he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in delivering the best possible results. Overall, I highly recommend Clinic Prime Istanbul to anyone considering treatment in Istanbul. Excellent customer service, caring staff, and a highly professional experience all around.

I first visited Istanbul Diş Akademisi Clinic in April, where they expertly checked me over & gave me their thoughts on what dental work I should have. It was very similar to what we had agreed & discussed previously on WhatsApp. I came back and had my dental work completed over the last few days. All I can mention is that they are extremely professional from start to finish. Umut, the manager, keeps you very well informed along the way! The doctors/dentists & staff are just brilliant & caring. It’s a very modern, clean clinic with state-of-the-art machinery. You will be surprised not only by what they achieve but the cost of any dental work performed. If going to Turkey is on your agenda for dental treatment, don’t go any further than Istanbul Dis Akademisi! All I can mention is thank you, Umut & Staff!

Amazing experience from start to finish. I came here based on research and word of mouth, as I have 3 friends who have also been to Dentapoint. Honestly, after going back and forth between clinics, I definitely made the right decision. There was no pushy sales. No deposits taken up front and no money exchanged until the work was done. My plan was the same price as agreed. In fact, it ended up being a little bit cheaper. The level of work is amazing, and the technology and cleanliness are all top-notch. I suffer with anxiety, and my coordinator Rose helped me all the way :) And to be honest, it wasn’t anywhere near as bad as I anticipated, and I really do mean that. On the whole, I would recommend Dentapoint to anybody thinking of taking on a dental journey. 10/10

Before I even arrived enes the consultant manager was always in contact I always felt like I was asking silly questions but he made me feel no question was silly and was always quick to respond to me , when I arrived in Antalya my transport team were the nicest kindest people I have met! They looked after me and tatiana treated me like I was her daughter I felt extremely safe, hotel I was in was amazing the staff where amazing! Overall staffing from everyone was so amazing that I plan to come back for a holiday! I arrived at the dentist and I was well taken care of , I realised I had to get injections in my mouth so I was a little scared but once they were done I felt not a thing I needed quiete a bit of work done on my mouth so I was extremely worried about pain … I have had zero pain from start to finish now that I’m home 2 weeks still no pain, I have my temporary teeth on just now and I would of been quiete happy if these were my real set! Everyone at the hotel who was also there for teeth said they wish they came to my dentist as my temps are straight and a lovely shade of white I was a nervous wreck about this procedure as it was one of the biggest decisions in my life … and I’m so happy I done it!!! The whole experience I was treated like a friend/family and it was so comforting as I was there alone I could not recommend this company highly enough they have changed my life! Enes is so friendly and since being home he has still kept in contact and my transfer lady! I’m a very happy girl

Logistics and follow-up in a class of its own (24/7) When the trip to Antalya in Turkey took place, absolutely everything was arranged for me. I was picked up at the airport and safely driven back and forth between the hotel and the clinic for each treatment. However, what made the biggest difference was that the Norwegian dentist Eleny Bacula was present throughout my stay. She gave me fantastic follow-up and an enormous sense of security – no matter what time of day it was, she was available to me. This dental office is great. Especially if you go through Ally. She is the reason I chose Circle Dental Group. Her energy and caring personality are hard to find. She took very good care of me. She managed better prices and she set up everything from my lodging to transportation. Ally is the go-to person because she sees you as a person. She speaks fluent English and knows her way around town. Ask for her.

What can I say? This clinic is so professionally run! From beginning to end, they picked us up from our accommodation and guided us through the full treatment process. The clinic is impeccably clean and hygienic, and the staff are so friendly and professional—you just knew you would be pleased with the outcome. And we were! We would recommend this clinic to anyone. I am on my first day of ‘all on six’ surgery and all I can say is FANTASTIC. The attention to detail and customer care is second to none. I had my consultation 10 days ago in the UK and I could not wait to get here as Ortodent had been recommended to me by a friend. It has all been seamless, from the consultation to the meet and greet arrival in Antalya, to the hotel reception and then the provided taxi to the surgery. The biggest relief to me was to be greeted by the same people who carried out my consultation in the UK. Yes it is not a simple procedure or without a bit of pain, but I’m able to write this review in the comfort of my immaculate hotel room 5 hours after surgery, so it’s not bad at all. The other great benefit to me is I’m getting the added bonus of coming back to Antalya in 3 months for my permanent set. The best comment to me was that, as predicted at my consultation, I needed a bit of extra work, which obviously involved a little extra cost, to which the surgeon said once I brought this up, “We worry about your health first, not the money”. BRILLIANT

They were very understanding about our phobias and lack off dental health. It did not matter if the clinic was closed, you could still talk to them out off hours. They kept us updated throughout the whole procedure, even on days off. I witnessed myself on the English-speaking staff on a personal day off with her family, helping me with a personal problem. A passerby also asked for assistance with a dental issue and she was very helpful with him. (If in Britain would have been told it's my day off, I'm with my family!) We chose this clinic out of the 4 that we had correspondence with because they were not pushy. Once a price was quoted, they did not message me on a daily basis asking me did I wanted it done. Lowering the original price! They were great all the way through

This was a great experience, and I’m talking about going to the dentist. I had the top and bottom all done on 4. They are super nice and great with communication. They picked us up in Yuma and dropped us back off. Great customer service! Plus, thanks to Ivan and his crew, I have a perfect smile, which I haven’t been able to do in years. It was with trepidation that I contacted Novadent for some long-needed dental work. Fortunately, with my very first contact with Mary, I found my trepidation was completely unfounded. Every step of the way, Novadent was warm, friendly and professional. The work was completed in just two days, and within a week, my mouth felt completely normal, with no lasting pain or discomfort at all. I now consider Novadent to be my dental service provider.
