I travelled to Turkey to Clinic Prime Istanbul for my teeth and had a total of 8 crowns and 10 veneers done. Also, my wisdom teeth were removed and two root canals were performed. From the moment I arrived, the clinic was very professional and well-organised. They arranged my airport transfers and hotel stay, which made the process feel smooth and stress-free.
During my initial consultation, the dentists explained everything clearly and gave me options based on my smile goals. I felt listened to. They were upfront about the work involved. The procedures themselves were more intense than I expected – especially the crown prep – but the staff made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout.
Visually, I’m extremely happy with the results. My new smile is bright, even, and looks natural – not too "fake white." Friends and family have commented on how much more confident I seem now. It’s honestly life-changing in terms of self-esteem.
Aftercare was explained well, and I was given a pack with advice on how to maintain my teeth.

In summary, for those who do not want to read it all: this review is positive and ultimately I do recommend this clinic if you want any dental work in Turkey.
They cater for any request you have.

Prices were very fair in comparison, the organisation/communication was very good and reassuring. There are no last-minute price changes from your initial quote unless you want extra treatment. The dentists are qualified and very skilled at their work.

Ask for Idil to organise everything for you.

So let's begin.

I previously had 2 crowns and 2 composite bonding veneers on my upper 4 teeth — put in around 6 years ago in Africa. With time, they changed colour drastically and did not look good.

Even though the "Hollywood smile" is nice on some people, I did not want it for myself and I was reluctant to touch any of my other original teeth (I just wanted to fix the top 4 crowns/veneers I already had).

I looked for a dentist here in the UK and did find a very good one in Manchester — but I was quoted a very high price. So as you do, you ask around, and friends suggested I check out clinics in Turkey.

Let's start by saying there are hundreds out there and all have similar names, so be careful.

I ultimately came across Clinic Prime, which had a high amount of reviews with a high rating on Google. I then checked Trustpilot and WhatClinic.com, and they had similar numbers and consistency.

So I contacted them through WhatsApp and was put in contact with Idil — who, if not for her, I probably would not have gone through with it, as I was hesitant about the risk of getting dental work abroad.

Idil was very professional, understanding, lenient, accommodating. She never pushed or put any pressure, as some other clinics did. She was available for any help, advice, or questions at any time of the day — she would respond even when it was not her working hours.

It took me a few months to make the decision and get time off work, and I would not have gone through with it if it was not for Idil.

They offer a hotel package and private airport pickup and drop-off included in the final price. But equally, if you prefer to organise your own hotel and transport, they will easily subtract them from the quote on the breakdown price document they send you — which is reassuring, as you can see the exact price of everything.

Once you get there on the first day, you say a big thank you to Idil, who has been very helpful. 😂

Then you have a panoramic X-ray, and you review this with the dentist. Together, you revise the plan, and this is when the dentist may offer different or extra treatment based on the clinical exam and the doctor’s experience — again, this is when it's good to know what you want, because in life there is always room for improvement. I knew I only wanted the top 4, so they were happy to stick with our original treatment plan. My only request was that the new crowns I was going to get would look natural and have the same colour as my original teeth.

After that, they immediately start working, and the whole process takes up to 5 days in total.

The only negative, if I was really nitpicking, was that while at the dentist, there would be a lot of discussions between the dentist and assistants in Turkish — which means you are left out, not understanding most of the things being said. They do, however, try to summarise what they said after (especially if Idil is there — she would explain everything regularly), and at the end, I was happy with everything. Also, it is very understandable, as I am in their country and it is their main language — so it’s not really something that should bother you.

Overall, the service was very good. The dentist and his assistants were nice and very good at their work. The whole process was without any pain or complications.
I have sat in many dentist chairs, but this clinic was very nice and clean.

Highly recommend — and don’t forget to speak with Idil.

At age 50 with a desperate need for urgent dental care, I decided that whilst visiting Istanbul I would visit a few dentists for a free consultation to discuss my needs. Due to years of grinding my teeth in my sleep, the enamel had worn and my teeth were decaying. I had seen a dentist in the UK and been given a treatment plan costing nearly £25,000. I had researched a few dentists in Istanbul online whilst at home in the UK and narrowed my options to my top three. Out of the three that I visited, I chose Clinic Prime.

The staff at the clinic are very professional and extremely experienced. The team have been amazing with my care from start to finish. After my free consultation, Onur was my point of contact. He organised my treatment plan and was constantly available to answer any queries or questions that I had. I started my treatment straight away with a root canal and a crown and an implant. I felt totally at ease during my procedures.

I have recently returned from my second trip to Clinic Prime to continue my treatment. I now have had a crown placed on my implant and eight veneers on my top teeth. Wow !!!! My teeth now look and feel amazing and I am constantly smiling and can’t stop looking at them !!! Again the procedure was straightforward and virtually pain free. My dentist Dt. Engin Gül was wonderful. So talented and experienced. I feel extremely lucky to have found such an amazing dentist.

I shall be returning in November to have my final eight veneers put on my bottom teeth and then my treatment plan will be complete. (I have chosen to split up my treatment plan into three visits).


On the plus side Istanbul is a beautiful city. We have had some spare time to sightsee, take a boat trip and eat some delicious food.

From my first contact with Onur up to the end of my first part of my treatment I can say wholeheartedly my experience has been 10/10.

I have a serious phobia about Dentist as I have had many bad experiences in the UK, I opted to be asleep during surgery as the anxiety I usually suffer is overwhelming, Dr Ezgi (my surgeon), asked me to trust her and let her try without my being put to sleep, I was so anxious and terrified but she assured me and advised me against spending an unnecessary £400 for sedation, so I tried and and tell you no lie I felt absolutely no pain. My Dentist Dr Ersin was very attentive and gentle and explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything and made sure I was happy and comfortable. Big up Dr Ersin 👌🏾

The clinic is clean and well presented and all staff are professional and make you feel comfortable, you do not feel like you are rushed into anything and there is no hidden charges, you may even end up paying less than you originally expected.

All in all, a 10/10 experience, and I will be back in September for my final session.

I had dental implants and crowns done at Clinic Prime Istanbul, and I can confidently say — it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

From day one, the staff were incredibly professional and attentive. Everything was well organized — from the airport transfer to the consultations — which made the whole process stress-free. The doctors explained each step in detail, and the procedure itself was painless with truly excellent results.

I especially want to thank the surgeon who did the implant work — it was performed at the highest standard. The crowns look natural, fit perfectly, and now I can smile with confidence again.

Visited Clinic Prime for two visits this year to have an all on 6 implant procedure and a set of zirconium crowns fitted. In total I had 10 implants fitted and 20 zirconium crowns. Being from the UK, the cost was probably about 80% less than what I would have paid on the NHS. The price also included all accomodation and airport transfer costs. It really is fantastic value.

The big question though, is how does the standard of work compare? Simply put, it is as good if not better than what I would have received on the NHS. The standard of work was fantastic and I am delighted with the results. I was looked after by the coordinator Onur and by the dental doctor Ersin Arican. From the initial telephone consultation over WhatsApp, there was no pushy sales pitch and everything was explained fully with clear and transparent costs along with a guarantee of no hidden extras which was honoured. No matter what I needed to know and if any unexpected treatments cropped up, everything was fully explained and the original price honoured. It really was a fantastic and simple experience.

The actual procedure itself was completed with obvious care and a clear intention to get things right and the way I wanted. Nothing was too much to ask, and very importantly, I was included in every decision throughout the entire process. The after care I was given was excellent and I was really made to feel like a valued patient. I would say the after care was better than anything I have received from a UK dentist, who are not always available. Not matter the time of day or night, I could contact the coordinator who would sort whatever I needed at the clinic.

The clinic itself is exceptionally clean and welcoming. All equipment is modern and it is clear that this clinic isn't simply rushing everything through to make money quickly. There is a high level of patient care and everything is completed with compassion and precision. The staff were all wonderful and friendly and are clearly very professional in what they do.

Although the clinic is in Turkey, language is not really an issue. The coordinator, who speaks perfect English, sat with me the whole time and anything the doctor had trouble finding the right words to explain was easily interpreted. That's not to say the doctor doesn't speak English, he did, but sometimes certain things just needs a small interpretation. So if communication is a concern, it really doesn't need to be, there is no issues with language.

I really cannot reccomend Clinc Prime highly enough. I admit, I had reservations about travelling to Turkey for treatment, but I am so glad I did it. Everything was so easy and despite being about 80% cheaper than the NHS the standard is simply world class.

Nach 12 Jahren voller Zahnprobleme infolge einer überstandenen Krebserkrankung habe ich mich im Jahr 2024 endlich dazu entschieden, eine komplette Zahnsanierung durchführen zu lassen.
Ein deutscher Zahnarzt machte mir ein Angebot über über 36.000 € für 8 Implantate – und das, obwohl noch 10 meiner Zähne bereits locker waren und trotzdem erhalten bleiben sollten. Das hat sich für mich einfach nicht richtig angefühlt.

Nach langer Recherche habe ich mich für die Prime Dental Clinic in Istanbul entschieden. Die vielen positiven Bewertungen haben mir Mut gemacht.
Schon beim ersten Termin wurde ich professionell empfangen und untersucht. Drei Ärzte haben sich Zeit genommen, es wurden 3D-Scans und Röntgenaufnahmen gemacht, und ich wurde ausführlich beraten.
Mir wurde geraten, alle verbliebenen Zähne zu ziehen und stattdessen acht Implantate (vier oben, vier unten) zu setzen. Ich habe dieser Empfehlung vertraut – und es nicht bereut.

In nur einer Sitzung von viereinhalb Stunden wurden mir alle Zähne entfernt und die Implantate gesetzt – völlig schmerzfrei, professionell und mit viel menschlicher Wärme.
Nach über sechs Monaten bin ich dann im Mai 2025 zur finalen Versorgung zurückgekehrt und habe nun meine festen Zähne bekommen. Das Ergebnis: ein neues Lebensgefühl. Ich kann wieder essen, lachen und selbstbewusst durchs Leben gehen.

Was ich besonders betonen möchte:
• Die Organisation war erstklassig: Flughafenabholung, Hotel, Transfers – alles lief reibungslos.
• Die Klinik ist hochmodern, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.
• Das gesamte Team war freundlich, geduldig und einfühlsam – kein Stress, keine Hektik, einfach ein gutes Gefühl.
• Ein besonderer Dank geht an Pelin, die deutschsprachige Begleitung, die mir stets zur Seite stand. Auch wenn es sprachlich manchmal kleine Stolpersteine gab – sie war mit Herz und Einsatz für mich da.
• Und das Wichtigste: Ich habe für alles zusammen – inklusive Hotel, Transfers, Behandlung und Flüge – unter 10.000 € bezahlt. Das ist im Vergleich zu Deutschland ein Bruchteil – bei gleicher, wenn nicht sogar besserer Qualität.

We recently visited Prime Istanbul Dental Clinic, and both my mother and I had an excellent experience from start to finish.

My mother, who is 68 years old, underwent the All-on-4 system with zirconium crowns. Despite her age and initial concerns, everything was handled professionally, with great care and high-quality results. I personally got one implant and two crowns done, and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help, and the clinic itself was modern, clean, and well-organised. The accommodation provided was also very comfortable, which made the whole stay much more pleasant.

During the healing process, 2 of the 8 implants didn’t adopt properly, but the clinic acted swiftly and responsibly, replacing them with wider ones free of charge under the warranty, which really speaks to their commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
