I had only a few days left in Costa Rica but wanted to get a couple of replacement mouth guards. I used the WhatClinic site and found that Prisma Dental had good reviews and was located nearby. Very good clinic. Got me in the same day I called. Very fast, did a great job on my dentures. Worked all day to make my dentures in a couple of days as I had lost mine in the ocean.

TMJ assessment- found issues with Jaw alignment. First step is some exercises to try, to determine if this helps and if it is an answer to long term issues I have been experiencing with earache, ear 'fullness', extreme tinnitus, neck pain. Also discovered a previous tooth restoration had been rotting from the inside, so scheduled an immediate follow up to open it clean it and restore it. Extremely happy with the service, and efficiency and full explanations of what was going on, and what to do. Thanks team!!!
