So I came to clinic prime with my partner as he was getting crowns for his teeth. I also wanted to get some aesthetic treatments. I was anxious prior as we got so many quotes from separate clinics. I am so happy we chose clinic prime! The customer service was above and beyond. The location is beautiful. Ali and the team are so kind and lovely. Alongside all this the treatment my partner got is amazing and he can finally smile again. He was in zero pain and is very pleased. For the treatments I got, I am very pleased and satisfied. I was very afraid of getting implants. They said that if I waited any longer, I would have bone loss and it would not be possible to have an implant later. My son took me by force and after talking to the doctors, my fear subsided a little and I was finally convinced to get the implant. I was very pleased and it wasn't worth my fear, it didn't hurt at all. It was a great relief, I didn't think implant treatment would be this simple. They use a special implant. Where do I even begin? Dr. Gorkem Atsal and his team are nothing short of incredible, and I cannot express how grateful I am for finding them. From the moment I started the process of finding the right surgeon for my face and neck lift, I was overwhelmed with choices and nervousness, especially considering travelling to another country for the procedure. But from the very first interaction, Dr Atsal and his team made me feel at ease. After speaking to multiple clinics and having numerous video calls, I knew deep down that Dr. Atsal was the one for me. Something about his demeanour and understanding of my nervousness, and how he patiently walked me through the entire process during our video calls—not once, but twice when I had more questions after a few weeks set him apart from the rest. His dedication to ensuring I felt informed and comfortable was truly remarkable. He has an amazing team, especially Enes. When we arrived at the hospital (their wonderful driver whose name I can not remember but smile I can not forget picked us up from the hotel and brought us to the hospital) I met Enes. Understandably on the day of the surgery, I was nervous. It's a big decision and I am in a different country with all the new people. Enes sat with me in the waiting area and talked to me for a long while. I was grateful for how honest and sympathetic he was. The whole team was always there to address any concerns or questions I had, responding immediately and with genuine care. From the moment I was picked up from the airport to the moment I was dropped off, every aspect of my experience was seamless and pleasant. There were no disappointments, only exceeded expectations at every turn. To anyone who may be on the fence about undergoing a procedure abroad, let me assure you: Dr. Atsal and his team are the ones you want by your side. Going to Istanbul I saved money and got amazing results that I cannot wait to flaunt. This review is long overdue. What can I say except Dr Osman and his team are truly amazing. I flew to Antalya in August 2019 to begin my treatment. I was met at the airport by a lovely driver and taken to my hotel. On the Monday, I was collected from the hotel by the driver and taken to the clinic. I was really impressed on my arrival as every inch of the clinic was spotless. My treatment has been first-class since day one as I have been a patient at the clinic for 4 Years! I even visited the clinic to have my permanent teeth fitted once the Covid 19 restrictions were lifted as I’d been wearing my temporary teeth for nearly 18 months. What can I say Dr Osman is an amazing restorative dentist and in my opinion the best in his field. I have an imperfect amazing smile thanks to him my smile is so natural. Dr Osman is amazing and constructed for me a natural white set of teeth which I absolutely love. My treatment consisted of 11 implants a sinus lift and bone grafting. I have also had injections in both my cheeks to relax the muscles in my jaws as on further examination at the clinic it was found that I grind my teeth. The whole experience for me at the Umut Dental clinic has been amazing any concerns or problems I encountered have been resolved swiftly and I can honestly say I would do it all again. The pain I felt during the implantation of my implants was managed well and I would like to once again personally thank everyone at the Umut Clinic for all for their professionalism and expertise. Hopefully, I’ll see you all later in 2024 for a check up. I went to the Clinic last September and had some teeth extracted and implants installed. Now that Turkey is off the U.K. Red list I can’t wait to have my treatment completed. I have full confidence in the Clinic, I was very impressed during my first visit and treatment. They put me at ease before and during my treatment. All the staff are extremely friendly and I was treated like a VIP. I can highly recommend the clinic. They are so professional and experts in their treatments.

Absolutely brilliant!! I had 6 dental implants 1 week ago. Professional safe set-up from start to finish and great price. 100% satisfaction so far. Best decision to travel and use A-Dent. Collected and taken back to my hotel and 2 hours in chair. Provided with pain killers and anti- biotic plus injection to avoid any infection. Prescription provided and mouthwash at chemist. The Lycian Clinic is absolutely the best clinic in Turkey. I was faced with serious dental problems and found my salvation right there. When I turned to the Lycian Clinic for consultation, I received all the necessary information about my treatment and implant installation. With a detailed explanation and a clear program plan, I immediately received the exact price. After thorough research, I discovered that the Lycian Clinic is extremely reliable, with a license from the Turkish Ministry of Health, which was of great importance to me. The first treatment, which lasted 5 days, included implant installation and preparation of other teeth for a Hollywood smile. After 4 months, when the implants had healed, I visited the clinic again where they placed zirconium crowns on me, the result was my most beautiful Hollywood smile. The doctors are top-notch in the field of dental prosthetics and surgery, and the clinic is at an exceptionally high level, just like all their services, including VIP transportation from the airport to their hotel, translators, and all other employees at the Lycian Clinic. When I contacted Urzola, Christina took control and was so helpful with my Dental plan, hotel accommodations, pretty much any and all questions I had, she answered the quickly and helped me every step of the way. Doctor Urzola had also reached out to consult with me which I thought was very helpful, and a real nice personal touch, it mattered to me. I sent x-rays and we all discussed a dental plan, including costs. I had shopped them around with 2 other oral surgeons, comparing prices. Urzola was right in line with others. When I finally arrived in Costa Rica, their driver who had sent me a confirmation the day prior confirming everything ( which is a stress relief when traveling) my flight arrived late in evening. They were right there to pick me up and bring me to a clean, reputable hotel (no charge) so I was already blown away by them. When I met with the team the next day to say hi, Doctor Urzola came out, shook my hand, we talked, looked at my x-rays, looked into my mouth. He and his staff made suggestions to me about my plan, we made adjustments to the plan of removing all my top teeth, to replace with full implants, and close to the same on bottom of my mouth. We came up with a new plan which was better than the suggestions I got in the states. The new plan which after a lengthy review that first day, The new plan was thousands of dollars less, much less invasive to my mouth, and a solid and sensible use of what I had that didn’t need removal. Dr Urzola could’ve done what I presented for a plan, and made much more money for himself and his staff. But, they looked out for my best interest and my finances The entire staff was so pleasant, easy to talk with, and the service I received was top notch. I could not be happier. The original plan was over 45k in the states, even with travel, a mini vaca while here. The costs of my intended plan, more so the plan they suggested and we went with were a value that has made me so happy !!! I can’t stop smiling and showing off my new teeth and smile. It has given me great confidence smiling and I feel like I have a new life with a perfect set of chompers. I am thoroughly pleased and would recommend Urzola Dental to everybody!! My experience was incredibly satisfying Thank you Guys!!!! Anybody can call me and talk to me about what I had done for work and my experience!!!
