I decided to undergo dental treatment abroad and it turned out to be an excellent decision. The treatment was carried out at Dentavrasya clinic in Istanbul, where I received comprehensive care, including 29 zirconia crowns, a sinus lift, and 5 dental implants. The entire process was fast, smooth, and highly professional. I had suffered from severe dental anxiety for many years, but all my concerns proved to be completely unnecessary. The anaesthesia was excellent, the doctors were highly skilled, and the level of care throughout the treatment was outstanding. Special recognition goes to the organisation and logistics: airport transfers, transportation between the hotel and the clinic, and post-treatment care were perfectly arranged. Everything was handled with great attention to detail. I was also provided with very effective pain medication, which made recovery comfortable. I can confidently recommend Dentavrasya clinic to anyone—especially those with dental anxiety—who is looking for top-quality treatment, professionalism, and excellent organisation.

Recently, one of my front upper crowns broke off while I was still in Canada. Yilka has been my dentist, along with being the dentist for a multitude of my friends and family, for many years. Yilka has performed superior and consummate professional services, including cleaning, fillings, crowns, bridges and implants and also arranged other dental professionals to perform root canals and other surgeries. Yilka is always the person I call when I have the need for her services. I completely trust her competency! So there was no doubt she would be engaged to do the recent implant required to fix the broken crown. Yilka’s fees for service have always been fair, and she strives to provide good value! Yilka’s staff are always cordial, inviting and helpful. Her office has all the necessary equipment and is clean and inviting. Personally, I cannot envision ever seeking services from another dentist!

Dr. Eli Charles performed a 3rd molar surgery on me. The doctor showed great skill and knowledge on her field. The doctor's office was clean, comfortable, with top-notch equipment and a great view. I work professionally as a consultant. During my youth, the importance of dental health was unknown to me. Issues that I encountered with my teeth were dealt with as they arose and no preventative care was given. As I entered adulthood, I learned of how important dental care actually was, not just for a smile but for the entire body. I spent many years after that receiving routine procedures conducted on my teeth as I could afford them. Although my own hygiene habits had improved extensive damage still existed. Temporary teeth and fillings were not lifetime solutions and began to fail after several years resulting in continued procedures. My current situation evolved into one where there were multiple concurrent points of failure with several teeth needing updated work. This would be very costly and I had limited options. My father actually came to Dr. Motiwala about a decade prior for his own procedure. When I was faced with the need for a solution, I approached him and discussed, at length, how pleased he was with his results. I was looking for something that would give me a lifetime solution as long as I continued to retain improved hygiene habits. After consulting with Dr. Motiwala that is what he committed to me; a sort of reset button. I would receive implants to replace permanently lost teeth and a full mouth of restored crowns for those remaining. I further discussed this with my own dentist, a personal friend, who had no concerns with any of Dr. Motiwala’s plans to restore my mouth. Even my own dentist that could provide me with no charge for the labor was not able to offer a similar solution at a comparable cost. There are simply too many other associated costs that the dentist has no control over. Additionally, the time to book and conduct the procedure in its entirety would have taken over a year. The staff here was careful and courteous, which is important. What I most recognize is the specific level of care provided that the American system cannot support. Dr. Motiwala and staff are able to dedicate the time needed, with an assigned expert, at each stage of your care. Unfortunately, the staff and teams in the US are often bombarded with overlapping appointments and patients. They are completely unable to support a person on the same individual level of care I experienced here. This I feel is an important highlight for anyone who has felt as though they were being unheard or rushed through during a medical procedure. You will experience something different and better with Dr. Motiwala.

Wow, this was such a great experience. I never thought I’d say that about getting a molar extracted. I was travelling from Los Angeles to Rome to visit my son attending university. I asked my son to find me someone with great reviews and who could see the next day, I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Maltese saw me right on time the next day and assessed the situation. He agreed to perform the procedure that same day and he would move things around in his schedule to accommodate me. I came back later that afternoon for the procedure. Dr. Maltese was 100% professional and an incredibly nice man. He was very patient and explained what he was going to do in detail. What I liked is that during the procedure calmly checked in with me, giving updates about what’s been done, and what’s coming next. He wasn’t rushed but worked quickly to minimize the time I’d be uncomfortable. He was also as gentle as could be. He was extremely thorough. I almost want to go back to Rome twice a year for cleanings! Also, his staff was amazing and his office was impeccably clean. Thank you so much, Dr. Maltese!

Doctor Alonso is absolutely amazing. Not only is he an expert in his field, he's a really nice and caring person. All the years of dental anxiety disappeared as soon as I met him. He caters to the needs of his patients on an individual basis. Unlike American dentists, Doctor Alonso does not try to sell the patient on unnecessary treatments and procedures just to add to the price. He provides an honest and realistic quote based on the needs of the patient, he actually listens to any concerns and there are no surprise fees involved. The entire experience was VIP. Even with travel costs, I saved THOUSANDS of dollars. I will return to Doctor Alonso for all my future dental care. If you're on the fence about dental tourism, or have had bad experiences with overpriced, arrogant dentists, all I can say is Doctor Alonso will change the way you feel about dental care.
