We learned of Prisma Dental through International Living during one of their conferences in Costa Rica. They gave a presentation and I spoke with one of their representatives at their table during the conference. My husband and I both needed dental work. His was going to be extremely expensive in the US, so we took the leap and made an appointment online with Luis at Prisma Dental and traveled back to Costa Rica. My husband was extremely apprehensive and wanted complete sedation, but Dr Nadine Rubinstein was so gentle that she was able to remove 13 tooth roots with just numbing. He had no pain during the procedure or that evening. By the next day they had his very natural looking dentures ready! He will be back in 6 months for implants. I needed bonding on my lower front teeth and a cracked back molar fixed. I, too, was apprehensive, but with a mild sedative, Dr. Carolina Nunez built up the back molar and bonded nine lower teeth - all painlessly. The next day, she permanently cemented the new back molar. One can't even tell I had any work done - each bonding is seamless. From arranging for the appointment with Luis to being incredibly kind when we walked in the front door - topped off with the terrific work they did, it was a great experience - and the cost was a fraction of what we would have paid in the US.

I had a really great experience at Denti Vitale. The facility is very clean. It was no fuss. I had composite fillings put on to my front teeth. I had many dentist tell me no, that I need canine to canine veneers. I did not want to get veneers because your teeth are shaven down when you get veneers. Denti did not question or oppose my wishes. The procedure was also very quick, all done within 30 minutes. I am happy with the results. I will most likely come back here when it is time to redo them.

It has been 8 years since I moved to Belgium and he is the first doctor I have fully trusted. Because he is very good at his job, very friendly and speaks English at the same time. The clinic is also very hygienic which was another criteria for me. To conclude, it was a pleasure meeting him and from now on, I will be his patient.

I contacted Pacific Dental Clinic via WhatClinic and set an appointment for a consultation, evaluation and plan for a total mouth restoration. I am a 70 yr. old male who had very poor dental hygiene over the years. Dr. Monica Shedden devised a treatment plan, and I could not be happier with the results. The work that was performed was as follows: Root canals, (4) with Dr. Moises Lukowski which was virtually pain-free. Cosmetic veneers, (porcelain) and crowns with Dr. Pasquale Calvosa. 3D imaging was used, and I could not be happier with the results. Porcelain implants with gum restoration, (2) with Dr. Shedden. Fantastic! The entire staff is great, and I highly recommend this clinic! The clinic is in the Punta Pacifica Hospital, a Johns Hopkins affiliate which is located within walking distance of a fair selection of hotels and the largest mall in Central America. Plenty of restaurants to choose from as well as a Supermarket Riba Smith which has just about anything you would desire. There is also Parque Omar in the neighbouring sector, San Francisco, for outdoor exercise.

Wonderful experience! I came from the US on vacation and decided to see a dentist while I was in Portugal. I had my teeth cleaned and the doctor taught me new ways of brushing and flossing to save me money in the future. I feel like they truly care about you and don’t just want your money like other countries (USA). I will definitely be making a trip back to have more work done! Very affordable. I’ve had the pleasure of receiving dental treatment at this clinic, both for cleanings/check ups and also filling cavities. The service was always great, and the staff is very friendly. Dr. Kim takes the time to explain and show what is needed and how he would like to do each procedure. Would I recommend Dr. Kim. Yes, no problem. My mouth feels good. His hours are good and he is a smart person. Interesting to hear a person from Korea go from speaking to his assistants then switching to English speaking to me with a Korean accent. Would I go back? Yes without a question.

I had my wisdom tooth extracted yesterday, and believe me when I say I was nervous and anxious as I haven't had a dental procedure done in years.
