Found this office and contacted them and was contacted next day with requested information. I made the appointment and was greeted both by the doctor himself as well as the coordinator. As far as the service, I had a root canal and crown done that went very well. The doctor performed the root canal with ease and I barely felt any pain, he answered all my questions, explained step by step what he was doing, and ordered and fit the crown and installed it the same day. The doctor is very nice and the office although looks average from the outside, was very clean and neat. I actually enjoyed this trip this time and have been going to a different dentist there previously, decided on a change. He is very nice and as I said, is neat and clean and I have no hesitation about going again. I don’t give reviews unless they are deserved and I don’t put reviews unless they are true. Feel confident that this doctor will perform whatever you need with professionalism and compassion. I also received a follow-up the next day asking how I feel and if everything is fine. Wow, this was such a great experience. I never thought I’d say that about getting a molar extracted. I was travelling from Los Angeles to Rome to visit my son attending university. I asked my son to find me someone with great reviews and who could see the next day, I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Maltese saw me right on time the next day and assessed the situation. He agreed to perform the procedure that same day and he would move things around in his schedule to accommodate me. I came back later that afternoon for the procedure. Dr. Maltese was 100% professional and an incredibly nice man. He was very patient and explained what he was going to do in detail. What I liked is that during the procedure calmly checked in with me, giving updates about what’s been done, and what’s coming next. He wasn’t rushed but worked quickly to minimize the time I’d be uncomfortable. He was also as gentle as could be. He was extremely thorough. I almost want to go back to Rome twice a year for cleanings! Also, his staff was amazing and his office was impeccably clean. Thank you so much, Dr. Maltese!

I really like the treatment at CPRO! The appointment I received was very spontaneous, so I really appreciate it. My treatment was done by the professor. Everyone spoke English, was very professional and knew what they were doing. On top of the hygienic appointment, I received some education about correct techniques. It was also possible to get an English invoice later for insurance, another plus. I highly recommend the clinic and would definitely come again!

I was treated directly by Dr. Avilar. The clinic is high-end and identical if not better than any clinic I experienced in Canada. He speaks perfect English and was very kind to explain all the procedures he was going to do while I was drinking a coffee. There was no rush and he took his time to do a proper job, not like other clinics which are often more apparent to dental cleaning chain factories. All the documents he produced were in English and he even validated himself in my insurance documents that I would be covered. This could not have been better.
