I can’t possibly write enough good words about my experience with Three Smiles. I was a bit apprehensive of going to TJ for dental work in the first place, but the cost difference between the U.S. and 3 Smiles was astounding. I was in need of significant dental work. Five extractions, five implants, three root canals, all the caps and crowns and some fillings. By my third appointment, it felt like I was just going to visit with friends. As modern and professional as any U.S.dentist office. I hold them in such high regard that I have volunteered to meet and escort anyone across the border that might be nervous about going to TJ for dental work. I am from the UK. I did some research on dental practices a few months back. I messaged a few practices, of which Dilay was the first to respond. After a few messages back and forth, explaining the treatment I needed. Dilay was amazing in all aspects of communication. The response was quick and easy to understand. I needed a root canal filling and a crown. After sending a copy of my X-rays, they confirmed the treatment. I was sent prices and time scales for treatment. I made the appointment around my annual leave from work. The level of service that they provide is second to none. Personally, getting picked up and taken back to our hotel by Dilay on my first appointment was just amazing. I had e-rays taken and explained potential other work I could have had done, but at my choice. They started the work on the first appointment, which was amazing. I was picked up the next day for the next stage of my treatment, again returned afterwards and again for my third and final appointment. The clinic was immaculately hygienic and very clinical. The staff were all exceptionally helpful in all aspects. I will 100% recommend this practice and will definitely be returning for further treatment in the future. We learned of Prisma Dental through International Living during one of their conferences in Costa Rica. They gave a presentation and I spoke with one of their representatives at their table during the conference. My husband and I both needed dental work. His was going to be extremely expensive in the US, so we took the leap and made an appointment online with Luis at Prisma Dental and traveled back to Costa Rica. My husband was extremely apprehensive and wanted complete sedation, but Dr Nadine Rubinstein was so gentle that she was able to remove 13 tooth roots with just numbing. He had no pain during the procedure or that evening. By the next day they had his very natural looking dentures ready! He will be back in 6 months for implants. I needed bonding on my lower front teeth and a cracked back molar fixed. I, too, was apprehensive, but with a mild sedative, Dr. Carolina Nunez built up the back molar and bonded nine lower teeth - all painlessly. The next day, she permanently cemented the new back molar. One can't even tell I had any work done - each bonding is seamless. From arranging for the appointment with Luis to being incredibly kind when we walked in the front door - topped off with the terrific work they did, it was a great experience - and the cost was a fraction of what we would have paid in the US.

I met Dr Yareli Canizales in Nov of 2024 as I was having issues with my front bridge which was just over 30 years old. I immediately felt comfortable and at home with all the friendly staff. Dr. Yareli’s consult set me at ease, and we made an appointment for Jan 2025 as I live in Canada, and was coming down again for a longer stay. I had a new 8 tooth Bridge replaced and 2 root canals I never felt any pain! They were awesome! I just love my new smile! Thank you… see you again when I return.

I had ill-fitting dentures. They were able to do uppers and lowers for under $1000. The people are so friendly and efficient. The offices are clean and professional. I like being able to make an appointment. They are extremely knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. My neighbour recommended them to us. So glad she did. It is a small, very clean office.

The implant treatment was explained in simple words. He explained the scans and the treatment plan. He also he answered all my questions and checked on me regularly during and after the procedure. The overall experience was much easier than I expected, and I totally recommend them for Implants!

I have had an implant done by Dr. Sharon Ochoa a few years ago with great success and I am now going to have an old crown replaced by her in January 2024 at a very reasonable cost. She and her staff are fantastic and I don't hesitate in recommending Odi Dental.

Very good value for money. Super cheap prices and the service is second to none. The dentists speak English, but they even have a translator with you all the way. The communication prior to the dental procedure was also very smooth via WhatsApp and every text message was responded to very rapidly. I can definitely recommend this place.
