I met with Dr Gadea of Costa Rica Dental Services after doing an online review of several dentists in the San Jose area. This particular surgery had not been on my short list of dentists; it just caught my eye as I walked by and I decided to pay an exploratory visit. I’m glad I did! The cleanliness of the place, the sophistication of the equipment, and the professionalism of both Dr Gadea, who is perfectly fluent in English, and his staff, were impressive. I knew right away that I was in good hands. On my first appointment, Dr. Gadea made a thorough visual examination of my teeth while his assistant took written notes of his findings. Next, his assistant took x-rays of my upper and lower jaws, which a computer-compiled into a three-dimensional on-screen image. I was shown the x-rays and kept fully informed throughout all the procedures. My dental work required the extraction of an abscessed tooth, a bone graft (since the abscess had resulted in bone loss) and a total three implants and associated crowns. Dr Gadea’s skill was exemplary. As a result of his good work, I now have a full set of pearly whites and can smile again without embarrassment, all at a fraction of the cost of the same dental surgery in the United States. I do not hesitate to highly recommend him.

I had my teeth cleaned here and enjoyed no-nonsense, straightforward service. The price was a bit high compared to other clinics, but they provided me with useful information on how to care for my teeth. The place was clean and the lovely staff run things smoothly. I didn’t need any aftercare their advice was really good.

Dental Solutions CR Highly recommended if you want to have the best smile. I left from Costa Rica a few years ago, but I had to come back to take care of my smile that is very important for me. There is not a better place to do it if you put in a balanced price and quality. My dental issues were extreme. I needed a full rebuild due to lack of affordable dental care in the US combined with periodontitis. I had 20 crowns, 2 root canals, 1 extraction and 4 implants. The lowball price I got here, in the US, was $65,000. Obviously, I opted to try elsewhere. After 2 years of research and saving money in the "tooth fairy" fund, I finally narrowed my choice down to Circle dental. Their reviews across many different forums were mostly 5 stars. I contacted 4 clinics in Algodones by email with specific questions. Circle dental was the only one of the 4 to reply with clear answers to my questions and more information that I found helpful. I was contacted by Tony, the dental coordinator. He was quick to respond to all my questions (I had many) and made the whole process quick and easy. His sense of humor was a huge bonus! My first appointment was Monday. I contacted the shuttle service, they met me at the border and whisked me off to the clinic in plenty of time. (I used the shuttle service for all of my appointments and it was great.) I received my initial exam/x-rays and cost estimate that day, with several care options. Once I had discussed the options with my husband and decided on a course of action I called to make my appointment to get started. I was surprised to hear "first thing tomorrow morning." The whole process is truly geared toward getting you taken care of quickly and efficiently, as most clients are travelers, and they do it well. I saw three different dentists that day and all were excellent. One prepped me for crowns and made my temporary ones, one did my root canals and Jiminez did my implants. All of this was done in one day. I had the next day to recoup and then was back on Thursday for my permanent crowns. Finished by 2 pm. I came back in on Friday for a minor adjustment in one area and was finished. (For a few months until I return for the crowns on the implants). The entire staff, from the shuttle drivers, receptionists, x-ray techs, dental assistants and dentists, were friendly and helpful. They took very good care of me. It has been almost 2 weeks now and my mouth is healing up nicely. The work I got done looks fantastic and feels good. I am still restricted to soft foods for a bit but am looking forward to being able to properly chew again.Time will tell how well things hold up but I am very optimistic that I chose the right place.

Responded very fast to my inquiry. An appointment was given immediately. The dentist was on time and very caring. He explained everything and gave advice about better brushing instructions. Very good.

My first treatment with Dr Diego Rosales concerning ongoing dental concerns as described in other later reviews ( as the full treatment has been a continuing process for 10 days.) was on the 15th. I had a lot of work to be done! He talked about all options and immediately made me feel comfortable, confident and at ease. His knowledge and expertise are incredible. He speaks fluent English with ease which had been a problem a few years ago when I tried to have dental work in Mexico. I have had nearly daily appointments with Dr Diego Rosales since and I am constantly astonished at his technical skills, his concern and professional care for patients and continued amazing work. The clinic is always impeccably clean and well organised.

Dr Ilan and his assistant are excellent! They always make sure that you're doing well while they work on your teeth. Another bonus, I did not even feel a thing during the procedure! His level of professionalism is excellent. I am pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality dentist. Amazing service and a great atmosphere (facing the beach!), very friendly staff, definitely a great experience!

My wife is Vietnamese and since I needed a root canal/crown and we would be in Asia, I decided to give Dr. Tuyen a try. I have never had a root canal (#30 molar) before so I didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Tuyen sent a car to my hotel to take me to the clinic. She reassured me and even though my root canal was a tricky one, she was able to get me through the procedure. I came back a few times because I had a swollen nerve that needed special treatment. She did the root canal before I went for a 10 day trip to central Vietnam. When I returned, she filled my root canal and then took impressions. I returned the next day for the crown. The service was fantastic and the price compared to the US wasn’t even close. There are three levels of crown: 3/5/7 million vnd. I went with the middle priced crown. I highly recommend her service to anyone needing dental work:). I am planning to get more work done when I return in December. The experience was great (considering what I was doing)! Dr. Tuyen is friendly, smart and professional.

After months of research, I had decided to contact the Bordon Clinic in Madrid. The initial exchange of emails brought clear suggestions regarding my treatment options. All my questions were answered very promptly by Dr Javier de la Cruz in a professional manner; at no point, I felt our online conversation was a business transaction. For mostly logistic reasons my first and the most important appointment was just 3 hours after my arrival from the US. The treatment details were re-discussed and after diagnostic images were completed I underwent the surgery. Being a physician I couldn't avoid to be attuned to every step, every sound and every move. The most impressive elements of my surgery were Dr Javier de la Cruz's attention to my comfort and his very confident technique. The entire procedure was completed in just about two hours included; implants, extractions and bone grafting. I expected the following 24-48 hours to be quite miserable with bleeding, swelling and would require an aggressive pain control. I am happy to report that as of today, the day number 4 after the surgery and I took only one single dose of ibuprofen for a headache! That is truly remarkable! In 3 days I have my second appointment at Bordon Clinic. I am surprising myself by saying. I am looking forward to it! My assessment would not be full without mentioning Dr Cruz's assistant who made my treatment very comfortable. The entire staff is very pleasant and professional. Would I recommend the Bordon Clinic to my friends and family Absolutely yes and without hesitation!

My fore-teeth were a mess since my childhood, moreover, they were quite big compared to normal ones. I had braces for several years, that helped at the end, but when I get rid of them, in 5-7 years my fore-teeth got messed up again. I am a happy person, but after a while, I realized that I don't dare to laugh in a way wanted to because people will notice my messy teeth. The professionals at Kreativ Dental prepared crowns for me that helped to regain my beautiful smile and also my confidence though it. I spent five days in Hungary for the full treatment, which was painless, driven by absolutely professionals and the results are amazing. I truly believe that this was the best choice of my life and I wish I had made it earlier. Even if the price had been double it still would have been worth it! (By the way, the final invoice was much less than what they told me in their offer, so that was also a pleasant surprise). I have never written a review on the internet about anything, but this time I truly feel that I have to express my gratitude to this Clinic somehow.

Dental partials. This is a no-nonsense professional dentist. She performs only the work necessary and doesn't try to sell you unnecessary services (unlike the US.A). You are promptly seen and attended to at your scheduled time (also unlike the U.S.A). My work was performed at about 20% of the cost I would have paid for in Florida.
