Amazing experience from start to finish. I came here based on research and word of mouth, as I have 3 friends who have also been to Dentapoint. Honestly, after going back and forth between clinics, I definitely made the right decision. There was no pushy sales. No deposits taken up front and no money exchanged until the work was done. My plan was the same price as agreed. In fact, it ended up being a little bit cheaper. The level of work is amazing, and the technology and cleanliness are all top-notch. I suffer with anxiety, and my coordinator Rose helped me all the way :) And to be honest, it wasn’t anywhere near as bad as I anticipated, and I really do mean that. On the whole, I would recommend Dentapoint to anybody thinking of taking on a dental journey. 10/10

From the very first consultation, they took time to explain what I needed, what the costs would be, what could go well, and what to watch for — and when they examined me properly, the final price was actually lower than quoted. What impressed me most was the organisation. Every step was planned and explained — before, during, and after treatment. Even though not all the doctors speak English, there's always a coordinator with you explaining exactly what's happening, what you'll feel, and what's normal. They even gave me clear guidance on when to seek help. The whole clinic runs like a smooth system: scan, treatment plan, procedure, check-up — no confusion, everything flows.

I was nervous about the treatment — I've always been scared of dentists — but they made me feel safe. When I felt a little discomfort afterwards and came back worried, they checked everything immediately, reassured me it was normal, and I left with real peace of mind instead of anxiety.

As a bonus, the clinic even organised accommodation just five minutes' walk away and kept me informed about appointments, so I could enjoy exploring this beautiful city between visits.

Where do I start. So around 6 months ago I started my treatment with dentapoint. From the onset they were very friendly ozzy and sueda are very nice and friendly people massive shoutout to both of them. So my treatment was to be all on 6. I arrived on sunday night and was in the chair on Monday morning, all teeth taken out and implants in under sedation. What can I say about that experience 🤔 painless, fast, and very professional. I still can't believe how smooth my experience was and how pain-free it was. After this, I went home for 6 months with my temps, which again I was super happy with. I came back on the 14th of June for my finals. And all I can say is THANK YOU, they look and feel amazing. The service, the staff, and everything else were 10/10. I can't fault these people or the treatment. If you were to want treatment, I would definitely 100% choose Dentapoint

First off, I was supposed to fly out in April for my first treatment. My wife contracted sepsis, and the team were so helpful. They had no problems in swapping appointments. Then, from the 7th to the 11th of June, I flew out to start my treatment. Private taxi to the hotel, and the dentist is a 1-minute walk away. The whole team are super friendly, Ozzy and Sueda especially. Very helpful, full of information and helpful advice. I came with a dental abscess, and it was no trouble at all. They completely removed the infection and helped me recover. I now have temporary teeth that are really good quality and feel great. I'm very excited to join the team in October for my permanent smile! Thank you again, guys, changed my life even if it is only halfway through so far.

The entire experience was outstanding. I had a full mouth reconstruction with 15 implants (9 top 6 bottom) with both sinus lifts and 2 full bridges. It was a life changer for me who was experiencing regular toothache and worry. The staff were simply amazing. I would like to mention Esra in particular, as she was my go-to contact throughout. From the moment you are greeted at the reception to the dental technicians, X-rays. 3d scans. Photos before and after shots. There is always someone by your side to guide you from place to place, and they put your nerves at ease. And I can’t wait to go back to get my permanent teeth put in and get back to smiling again.

In one word: the best. These people do the impossible. They relieved me of all my pain and gave me back the most beautiful smile you could wish for. The staff is super polite and sweet. I'm not gonna lie or pretend I was quite nervous in June 2025, going all the way from Rotterdam to Izmir for 2 implants. The procedure was done by Dr Mahmut and it was a fairly painless and smooth experience looking back, and in general, there was only a little soreness that ibuprofen solved on the first day.
I also have to mention the young lady Ramilya, who was there in 2025 and gave great support from the start till the end.
Now on my recent second visit to Izmir, I was welcomed at Dentapount by Sueda, who speaks perfect English and who has this warm, friendly way to make you feel at ease in no time.
The building has several levels with modern operating rooms.
I've never had so many scans, X-rays, and pictures taken in so many ways. I must say these guys are well-equipped, and the technology they use seems quite advanced.
On the first floor, there's a lovely waiting area where you can relax and have something to drink, such as tea, coffee, juice, etc
When the doctor was ready for me, Sueda accompanied me for the implant/crown measurement and procedure, which were done over two visits, 3 days apart. The first visit was for measurements, and 2nd was the fitting. What impressed me about Sueda again is that I explained to her in my somewhat clumsy way that there was something not quite perfect and she kept asking me questions until she understood the problem and managed to communicate it clearly to the dentist.
That was the highest level of service, dedication and professionalism. Hats off to all who work at Dentapoint. I'm already in the process of getting a few family members to have their dental work done here.
