Dr. Jose Manuel Jimenez has performed extensive dental work on me. He is very meticulous and a perfectionist. You will be 100% happy with the results. He is a highly distinguished dentist with years of experience in general dentistry, oral surgery and cosmetic work as well. His office is kept extremely clean and the staff is very friendly.

The Invisalign treatment has been completed perfectly, and there has been significant and noticeable realignment. This will help me maintain good dental health, which in turn will likely reduce how much dental work I require in the future.

I had an outstanding experience at Pacifica Dental with Dr. Monica Shedden. I went in for periodontal treatment with laser, and the attention and care were absolutely incredible from start to finish. What truly amazed me was that they opened the clinic on a holiday just to accommodate my follow-up appointment before I travelled back to the USA—an exceptional level of dedication. The office is beautiful, and the staff is professional, kind, and attentive. I have had the most fantastic treatment, start to finish - the whole team is absolutely incredible - gentle, understanding, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Travelling to Bulgaria from the UK in desperate need of serious dental treatment - root canal, couple of crowns, multiple fillings that needed replacing, composite bonding on the top front four teeth (due to microdontia - I am 30 years of age and no dentist has ever mentioned that to me before, and believe me when I say that I've had more than enough dental appointments for a lifetime ). My treatment took just over two weeks. It has been over year and a half since I've had my treatment and I am still over the moon with my smile and the fabulous job that the whole team did. Well here I am, 11 months into my treatment consisting of almost a full mouth of dental implants. I did months of research before I chose this practice, I knew it was a huge undertaking and commitment and I was extremely nervous. I've had easy appointments and I've had more difficult appointments but throughout my treatment I never felt any discomfort or pain. And most importantly I trusted my Doctors. The chairs that I have my treatment in are out of this world! So comfy I've even nodded off during treatment and had to be poked awake! I'm not saying it's fun but it's as good as it can get at this surgery. I will be grateful forever for the wonderful care and expertise I receive here. I'm almost finished treatment, as I write this today, my implants are about to have the first fitting tomorrow and I'm so excited. I've carefully chosen from the options available, with expert advice and after a whole year I will finally have a perfect smile again. I'm 66 now and a smoker so if I can do it, so can you! It's the best decision of my life. I'd like to say a special thank you to Doctor Aziz, who has looked after me so well, he can make you laugh through the whole process, which is a gift in itself. The prices were completely fair when the standard of treatment is considered. I've never had such professional people looking after my smile before! Excellent results with Invisalign. I am extremely pleased with my results. The reason why I chose Dental on the Banks is that the Invisalign treatment at this practice is done by 2 specialist orthodontists as opposed to general dentists, so I knew going in that my results would be great. By doing further research I found out that they also teach many of the local dentists as well as other orthodontists in the area so I knew at Dental on the Banks I will be in safe hands. My treatment was efficient and quick and they worked together with other specialists in the practice to set me up for some bonding after the Invisalign was done. I have also recommended some friends to come here. If you are looking for a place where you are treated by the best of the best when it comes to Invisalign, this is the clinic for you.
