A welcoming, friendly and highly skilled staff. Dr Laura was very reassuring, kind and professional. The clinic was comfortable and clean, the quality of service was higher than I've experienced in the UK. I had a zirconia tooth implant and three fillings. The procedures caused very minimal pain and I felt calm, this was refreshing after poor previous experiences with dentists. I highly recommend this Dental clinic.

I contacted Pacific Dental Clinic via WhatClinic and set an appointment for a consultation, evaluation and plan for a total mouth restoration. I am a 70 yr. old male who had very poor dental hygiene over the years. Dr. Monica Shedden devised a treatment plan, and I could not be happier with the results. The work that was performed was as follows: Root canals, (4) with Dr. Moises Lukowski which was virtually pain-free. Cosmetic veneers, (porcelain) and crowns with Dr. Pasquale Calvosa. 3D imaging was used, and I could not be happier with the results. Porcelain implants with gum restoration, (2) with Dr. Shedden. Fantastic! The entire staff is great, and I highly recommend this clinic! The clinic is in the Punta Pacifica Hospital, a Johns Hopkins affiliate which is located within walking distance of a fair selection of hotels and the largest mall in Central America. Plenty of restaurants to choose from as well as a Supermarket Riba Smith which has just about anything you would desire. There is also Parque Omar in the neighbouring sector, San Francisco, for outdoor exercise.

Anyone who has had bridges and crowns for many years can be helped to achieve a “wonderful smile” by having the crowns renewed/lengthened by straightening (cutting back) the gums. I entered reception and had a warm and friendly greeting. I was asked to fill in the questionnaire and on completion the dentist came to greet me and I accompanied her to the surgery room, where I was sat in the chair. Two other members of staff were present and the inspection took place. Everything was explained to me very fully as to the possibilities available to me. I agreed to have some X-rays taken to complete the inspection process. These X-rays were then shown to me. The dentist then assured me that the dental implants could be fitted and after the surgeon had seen them, I was to receive through the post in approximately one week, the total cost of the procedure. I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken by the staff involved.

Excellent results with Invisalign. I am extremely pleased with my results. The reason why I chose Dental on the Banks is that the Invisalign treatment at this practice is done by 2 specialist orthodontists as opposed to general dentists, so I knew going in that my results would be great. By doing further research I found out that they also teach many of the local dentists as well as other orthodontists in the area so I knew at Dental on the Banks I will be in safe hands. My treatment was efficient and quick and they worked together with other specialists in the practice to set me up for some bonding after the Invisalign was done. If you go here, there is a bell to ring rather than just enter the premises. Why the receptionist didn't just open the door when I was trying to get in I do not know. I went for a consultation to see what the best option was for a missing tooth. You pay before you go. The staff were friendly. The dentist is lovely putting me at ease, explaining what he was doing whilst teaching his staff at the same time. Nice manner about him. He then took the time to show me what options were available to me and how much each would cost. The clinic was state of the art, modern with the latest tech to make the job easier. The view was stunning. I would recommend the experience to others.
