Wow, this was such a great experience. I never thought I’d say that about getting a molar extracted. I was travelling from Los Angeles to Rome to visit my son attending university. I asked my son to find me someone with great reviews and who could see the next day, I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Maltese saw me right on time the next day and assessed the situation. He agreed to perform the procedure that same day and he would move things around in his schedule to accommodate me. I came back later that afternoon for the procedure. Dr. Maltese was 100% professional and an incredibly nice man. He was very patient and explained what he was going to do in detail. What I liked is that during the procedure calmly checked in with me, giving updates about what’s been done, and what’s coming next. He wasn’t rushed but worked quickly to minimize the time I’d be uncomfortable. He was also as gentle as could be. He was extremely thorough. I almost want to go back to Rome twice a year for cleanings! Also, his staff was amazing and his office was impeccably clean. Thank you so much, Dr. Maltese!

On January 3rd 2025 I had an accident and managed to knock out eight of my twelve upper teeth, after looking at several UK dental sites for implants, all very expensive! I decided to try Turkey. After looking at five Dental Clinics, I decided on Yalin in Antalya, because of their website, clearly laid out and informative. I can honestly say one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My first call to Yalin on WhatsApp was answered by Shireen, ( a lady that the word superlative was made for) face to face I showed her the damage that had been done and sent an X-ray. After several video calls for reassurance I decided to go for all on four implants. Shireen then took over and made all the arrangements for the third week of January. On arrival at the Clinic I met Dr Huseyin and was taken through the procedure. The next day treatment started with extracting the broken and remaining upper teeth, I’ve never been so relaxed in a dental chair, at no point was there any pain, I hadn’t realised that the injections had been administered until the last tiny prick. That evening there was some blood but no pain. Three months later I went back for the all on four implant, it’s a strange thing to say for a dental procedure but it was a pleasure, all thanks to Dr Huseyin, Dr Mert, Shireen, Onda and the rest of the Yalin Clinic staff that made it stress free. It’s been about six weeks since I returned from Antalya, everything is working as it should, and I’ve had complements on how natural the teeth look, so I’m very happy with the outcome. As others have written if you are considering dental treatment, you will not find better than Dr Huseyin and his staff.

I was very confused about which clinic would be the best for my case. After comparing different options and prices, I decided to go with Novadent. While it wasn’t at the very top of the rankings, several patients in line to cross into the U.S. recommended it, and they were right. Unlike other clinics, they didn’t try to push unnecessary treatments on me. The experience was professional and honest. I definitely recommend them!

I wasn’t really sure what to expect coming to Turkey for dental work, but honestly, I couldn’t have felt more looked after. Dr Alkan has such a calm and gentle way about him. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel way less scary than I thought it would be. You can just tell he knows what he’s doing and actually cares. And Honor... what a legend.
