I travelled from Washington, DC, USA to Istanbul to have some work done at Novusklinik. I had 2 Sinus lifts, 3 implants and will be returning for 24 Zirconia Crowns in a few months. From my initial conversation, everyone has been absolutely amazing. Dr Mustafa Sabri and his entire staff have been absolutely amazing. They made me feel comfortable and sure of my decisions. I first approached Dentapoint International in September 2024 after receiving a recommendation from a friend. At that time, I wasn’t in a position to begin treatment until 2025, but from the very first contact I knew I had made the right choice. I communicated with Oğuz (Ozzy), the clinic coordinator, via WhatsApp. I was instantly impressed by his professionalism, kindness, and caring nature. As I was a fairly complex case with several dental issues, Ozzy recommended that I first obtain a CT scan in the UK so the clinic could properly assess my situation and plan the best course of treatment. This immediately gave me confidence that my care was being taken seriously and thoughtfully. After completing the scan in early 2025, I arranged my first visit to Dentapoint in April 2025 for the initial stage of my treatment plan. From the moment I arrived at the clinic in Izmir, I felt completely at ease. I was warmly greeted by two lovely receptionists, and Ozzy personally came downstairs to meet me. Prior to travelling, Ozzy had stayed in regular contact and patiently answered every question I had, which was incredibly reassuring. I then met Dr. Ali, who carried out my implant treatment. He is a highly professional dentist and a genuinely kind man, which made a significant difference to my experience. The clinic itself is modern, hygienic, friendly, and extremely well organised. What stood out most to me was the care taken by the entire team — they never rushed and clearly worked together to ensure my treatment was carried out to the highest standard. During this visit, I also met Ramilya, another clinic coordinator who was new to Dentapoint at the time. She was professional, kind, and a pleasure to talk to during appointments, helping to make the experience even more comfortable. I visited the clinic every day for six days, and each visit was a positive experience — even while undergoing dental treatment. I had my temporaries fitted, received my detailed treatment plan, and returned home knowing I would come back in September 2025 for the final stage. Throughout this period, the clinic remained in contact and continued to answer any questions I had. When I returned in September, the standards were just as exceptional as during my first visit. I met Dr. Gizem Dağyıkan and her assistant Yağmur, who completed the final stage of my treatment. Both were wonderful, highly professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout every appointment. The final step was meeting the dental technician Burak. His attention to detail is outstanding. My new teeth look fantastic — completely natural, but better than my own ever were. I cannot recommend Dentapoint in Izmir highly enough. I did not have a single negative experience across both visits. I would also like to mention that I travelled with my 15-year-old daughter on both occasions, and the team made her feel relaxed, safe, and genuinely cared for. I can't say enough good about the care I received, first of all, I showed up with zero previous contact early one morning for a complete set of new dentures, and left a few hours before they closed with a perfect set. The staff took great care to do an excellent job, the best I've ever had. The dentist knew exactly what to do, and took pride in his work, also the gentleman who did the actual fabrication of the end product. I'm so glad I went there as it saved me $2K on a complete set in the U.S. with awesome end results. Parking near the Border was cheap and a long walk to the crossing, closest parking there is though. Pay them a visit and enjoy the fine results. Given a 2 year guarantee against breakage too. I imagine you'll be more organised than I by making an appointment beforehand. My mother had dental work done at Best Dentist Mexico by Circle Dental Group. Everything about them was incredible. We were picked up in Yuma and driven across the border. It was fast and easy. The clinic has state-of-the-art technology. I thought I was in the States. Ally was amazing. She coordinated everything, and the prices she gave us were respected at the office. She gave us discounts we wouldn't have received if we had gone directly. Plus,s she's a real human who is always available when my mother had concerns. She made this whole experience amazing. Sarah suggested I try cleaning, like polishing my teeth, for 3 sessions. It was a lot cheaper than composite bonding. I am delighted with them. The dentist was so good, and Sarah rang taxis for me each time to go back to the hotel. I had a great service, Very happy, thanks to all.

Dr. Yilka Gomez did an amazing job on my implants, bridge and the capping of a bicuspids. Dr. Gomez works hard and is determined to make sure her patients are satisfied with their finished product. It is so wonderful to have a fully operational mouth again - eating is so much more enjoyable! My teeth look great and I am very happy with the results. I had four extractions with bone grafts, one crown replacement, and a cavity filled in two relatively short appointments over 2 consecutive days. I experienced little to no pain, only tenderness and moderate discomfort. The procedure plan was explained well. They took multiple scans to make sure everything was a perfect fit. The office was clean and well-organised. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was even picked up at a hotel in Yuma and driven to the office, eliminating the stress/problem of finding the location. The price was a fraction of what I'd have paid in the US... as well as a fraction of the time spent in the dental chair. I believe I got superior professional service than I would have in the States.
