My journey started with vetting the different dental clinics in VN. We started with 10 clinics and eventually whittled it down to Dr.Care. Our final choice was largely due to the transparency of the staff at Dr.Care. We were impressed by the follow-up. With any further information, we requested Dr.Vu, the surgeon, to explain the procedure, and I have to say it was relatively painless, involving the removal of all my remaining teeth and the implant procedure. There was a slight hiccup with an effusion, which was quickly attended to by Dr Vu. Everything from the surgery to the temporary teeth to the final procedure was a breeze. The staff here should be commended for their professionalism. I'm glad I chose Dr.Care for my dental service. I chose this clinic because of a chance to meet with Tuyền and her lovely family on a previous visit to Vietnam. I travelled from Australia to have long postponed extensive dental work done. Overall I had 2 bridges ( but was offered implants as an option), root canals, minor fillings and teeth whitening done. In addition, I had a new upper denture made and relining of the old one. I had long dreaded the dentist visit but Tuyền made it all so easy and relaxed for me. Tuyền works from home and organised my transport to the clinic on each visit. Overall, I am extremely happy with Tuyền especially her time taken on patient care and her high level of technical competence. Overall work was excellent value as I saved lots of money ( relative to having similar work done in Australia) as well as escaping Melbourne’s cold weather whilst enjoying a lovely holiday. I thoroughly commend Tuyền to those wishing for an excellent dental experience.

I have recently been to The East Rose Dental Clinic and could not speak more highly about their very professional, friendly service. The pick up’s from hotel for my appointments were always on time and the communication was excellent. I had crowns done 10 years ago, which have been trouble-free. Australian dentists have commented on their good quality. Have come back for treatment as I have faith in their ability and care and of course because it’s SO much cheaper.

What an amazing clinic, the level of expertise and professionalism was 2nd to none. I could not recommend more. I unfortunately did not book ahead, but they still managed to do a consultation, a clean and polish, X-rays, etc, 2 fillings and an extraction all in the space of 2 visits and for a fraction of what it would have cost back home. When we do come back to Da Nang, I will definitely be booking in another visit to get permanents done for the missing teeth.

I had a very positive experience getting an old crown replaced. The clinic itself was really clean and modern, and the staff were all very welcoming and professional. The dentist was patient and took time to listen and explain. The procedure itself was done really well - totally pain-free injections. The replacement crown looks much better and blends in perfectly with the natural teeth. I would definitely recommend this clinic and will come back again in future
