I researched Dr Baysal and found him to be highly qualified and very experienced. I went to him from the UK for an implant near the front of my mouth. Now I don’t have to wear that uncomfortable denture or suddenly feel embarrassed when I realise that I’ve gone out without it. Dr Baysal is very professional, he speaks English, and is very reasonably priced - even taking into account the cost of travel to Turkey. It was definitely good value.

Extractions, Dental Implants, Bone Grafts, Gingivitis treatment Dental Crowns This a long overdue deliberate delayed review as I wanted to give an honest opinion on the service as well as the treatment I received. The first visit was in December 2021, 2nd Visit December 2022. Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to the coordinator Omid who I found to be passionate, professional, dedicated, and a wonderful personality to boot, who made both of my trips immensely easier. Secondly, I would like to offer my whole hearted appreciation to Dr. Onur Ademhan and Dr. Fuat Biter. For most people who look online for medical tourism in Turkey in my case dental, there is a myriad of choices and often it can be daunting on which is the correct choice for the individual. The reason I personally settled on Perla (I had contacted 7 in total) was mainly due to the issues I had with my teeth and my oral hygiene over the years. I generally do not believe some of the reviews as I may be incorrect but most are just happy once they have an aesthetically pleasing smile. For myself, it was to fix my root cause of broken teeth, gaps, bone loss, and Gingivitis. So hence the oral surgeon was the most important aspect for me. After some extensive research coming across what clinic as well as other review sites I came across Perla and found the blogs online by Dr. Onur Ademhan. As per the standard approach, contact was done via WhatsApp. Omid was brilliant in the initial conversation and everything after this event. Once the booking of the flight was done. Omid organized the hotel, Transfers etc, and the timings of treatment on the required days. December 2021 Stage 1. Dr Onur Ademhan. Extraction of 9 teeth, 9 implants 4 upper and 5 lower. 4 bone grafts and Gingivitis treatment. This was after 3D X-ray and consultation. I shall be blunt here and I was dreading this part. But to be 100% honest I can say that the fear of the pain was worse than the pain itself. During the process. I did not feel a thing. In fact, after the first day of extensive work after 1-hour process was complete I was walking around Antalya with a mask on. It was uncomfortable for next few days. So I ate soup mainly. I had some swelling on the face. They prescribe mouth wash, antibiotics and pain killers which did the trick. In fact after 2 days I virtually stopped taking the pain killers. Stage 2 and Stage 3. Dr Fuat Biter. Shave down the remaining teeth and after 4 days of healing time. I upgraded to a higher quality temporary dentures. As I knew I would need at least 6 months to allow for the implants to heal due to the bone graft. I paid extra for porcelain dentures. Crowns etc. Which was a wise decision as they last me 12 months without issues. As I had to wait due to family reasons 12 months instead of 6. Also, Dr. Fuat Biter stayed late to make sure my temp teeth were done correctly and this I was so grateful for. Important fact. For the last 10 years I had issues with infections etc after the above treatment I had zero issues with this. I was able to eat normally after 2 weeks. Plus the temporary teeth looked good and were comfortable. December 2022 Stage 1: . Dr Onur Ademhan and another colleague who I forgot the name. X ray was done and great news all 9 implants had fused to the bone without failure. The other oral surgeon then took over and placed the healing caps. Stage 2: On said same day met Dr Fuat Biter. Who shaved the remaining teeth more. Did a 3D scan for new crowns. Placed my old temporary back so could eat. Chose natural smile and BL3 shade. As wanted to look like normal teeth shade not super white and false. Stage 3. Testing/Fitting over 2 days. Which god bless Dr Fuat Biter, he spent considerable time in my sessions with him. Testing checking to send the crowns bridges back to the lab for modifications. He was extremely vigilant considerate professional caring. I really appreciated his approach as not rushed and was very detailed tooth to tooth. Due to the trust I had in him I left some key decisions to him as he is the expert and I glad I did. As the ones I had in my mind, he did it without me telling him. Even though he did ask me what I wanted to change etc. Final Thoughts: Apologies this is a long review. But I wanted to be honest as I can be as a paying customer going to Turkey for Dental work. Hence I waited until fully complete. I have no issues at all. From a personal point of view, I recommend Perla if you decide to use them as I got the service, care, and quality I expected and received.

When I contacted Urzola, Christina took control and was so helpful with my Dental plan, hotel accommodations, pretty much any and all questions I had, she answered the quickly and helped me every step of the way. Doctor Urzola had also reached out to consult with me which I thought was very helpful, and a real nice personal touch, it mattered to me. I sent x-rays and we all discussed a dental plan, including costs. I had shopped them around with 2 other oral surgeons, comparing prices. Urzola was right in line with others. When I finally arrived in Costa Rica, their driver who had sent me a confirmation the day prior confirming everything ( which is a stress relief when traveling) my flight arrived late in evening. They were right there to pick me up and bring me to a clean, reputable hotel (no charge) so I was already blown away by them. When I met with the team the next day to say hi, Doctor Urzola came out, shook my hand, we talked, looked at my x-rays, looked into my mouth. He and his staff made suggestions to me about my plan, we made adjustments to the plan of removing all my top teeth, to replace with full implants, and close to the same on bottom of my mouth. We came up with a new plan which was better than the suggestions I got in the states. The new plan which after a lengthy review that first day, The new plan was thousands of dollars less, much less invasive to my mouth, and a solid and sensible use of what I had that didn’t need removal. Dr Urzola could’ve done what I presented for a plan, and made much more money for himself and his staff. But, they looked out for my best interest and my finances The entire staff was so pleasant, easy to talk with, and the service I received was top notch. I could not be happier. The original plan was over 45k in the states, even with travel, a mini vaca while here. The costs of my intended plan, more so the plan they suggested and we went with were a value that has made me so happy !!! I can’t stop smiling and showing off my new teeth and smile. It has given me great confidence smiling and I feel like I have a new life with a perfect set of chompers. I am thoroughly pleased and would recommend Urzola Dental to everybody!! My experience was incredibly satisfying Thank you Guys!!!! Anybody can call me and talk to me about what I had done for work and my experience!!!

I only have good things to say about my experience. Gabriel was awesome he picked me up from the airport took me straight to the clinic. No time was wasted I was immediately seen and the treatment commenced. I had a bridge and crown replaced. I also veneer put in. Everything went great and super quick because I only had a 6 day stay. I am totally happy with my Hollywood smile. All done for a1/3 the cost in the US. I will posting updates if possible in 6 months. Thank you Gabriel for all your assistance.

I came to Costa Rica at the end of February 2023 to work with Dr. Gadea and I had a wonderful experience. I was referred to him by a number of his patients who had successful experiences with him, and they live in North Carolina. The doctor and I emailed back-and-forth since the fall. He never hesitated to get back to me as soon as possible when I had questions. As a woman on my own, traveling to Costa Rica for dental work, I felt safe and secure, I felt supported and listened to by Dr. Gadea and his lovely staff. Everyone was kind and considerate. Everyone speaks wonderful English as well. His office has state of the art equipment to help further diagnose. My treatment plan consisted of six veneers, a root canal and a crown, a deep cleaning over my six veneers as well as teeth whitening. Dr. Gadea is an artist. He did an amazing job on my six front teeth. He did a fabulous job on my teeth in general. Even the anesthesia the doctor used seemed cleaner than the products they use at my general dentist in North Carolina. I am so grateful for him and his wonderful staff. I am so relieved that I am in network with Dr. Gadea. I will be going back every year that I can because I trust him with his superior artistic skills and his exemplary technical skills.

Although I brushed my teeth every day, they started to turn yellow. I was also hesitant to have teeth whitening. One day while browsing Instagram, I saw a video of Dt. Damla's video about teeth whitening and I realised that it was actually not something I was so afraid of. After a little research, I made an appointment at Cosmedica and had teeth whitening. When you are treated in such a prime clinic, you are completely convinced that there is really nothing to be afraid of.

I highly recommend Dr. Jehova Rafa without reservation! I have been at dentists around the world due to an accident I had when I was 11 years old. I had a lot of operations until I was 28 years old, but there were still some things to do on my lower jaw. I was looking for a relatively pain-free and affordable treatment. A dentist in Germany suggested implanting gum from my palate to give my lower jaw more stability. Others from the U.S suggested implants or bridges. All this means destroying additional teeth that are basically still healthy. Dr. Jehova Rafa on the other hand suggested veneers and he corrected four teeth within a week. I can't tell you enough how happy that makes me. Finally, a dentist who's not just seeing a "money-making-machine" in me, but has my best interests in mind! I love the result! It gives me so much confidence and I can finally smile like a beautiful butterfly! If you're looking for a trustworthy dentist, Dr. Jehova Rafa is the way to go!
