I am a very nervous person, lacking confidence with the appearance of my teeth, but from the start of communicating with Focus Dental, I felt trust that I was going to get my smile back.

Focus Dental were professional and friendly, putting me at ease as soon as I met them. After my temporary teeth were done and me being me, I became anxious about the look of my permanent implants, but I shouldn't have stressed at all - they are absolutely perfect and I love them 'My Smile' restored

After a number of years of pain and poor service from UK dentists, not having an NHS dentist (who does?) and needing multiple treatments (potentially 10’s of thousands of £’s), I felt backed into a corner. I started looking for alternatives and came across foreign (to me) dental treatment. Türkiye looked like a good option and I researched a number of clinics. Long story short, I narrowed to three and sent them all a message. Focus Dental replied quickly and with a reply that showed they had taken the time to read my requirements. They suggested a treatment and cost to match. Good start.
The excellent communication continued, helping me book my appointment with them (at a convenient time and date), finding a hotel and arranging airport transfers and local taxis to the clinic.

Naturally, I had some concerns. I hadn’t been to Türkiye before let alone had any medical treatment outside of the UK. I won’t go into them here as yours will likely be the same, but once at the clinic, I realised that these fears and concerns had no foundation.
The team speak excellent English (and a number of other language's) and upon arrival, after a warm welcome, was guided through the process and my available options.
First stage was a full mouth x-ray and consultation with a dental specialist. I was expecting needing implants and crowns, but after inspecting my teeth, jaw and discussing what I wanted from the treatment, I was advised that crowns would be the better option. The dentists here really wanted to deliver what I required, but with consideration for what was best for my future dental health. Also, the treatment they suggested was less expensive than originally quoted - giving me a lot of confidence in their professionalism and ethical principles (rather than just wanting to make a quick buck).

My treatment plan was documented and presented to me for review and agreement. I felt like I was given many points to discuss my treatment and make changes if I needed to. I didn’t, so I agreed, paid the fee and we got straight into the treatment.
I won’t go into the full detail of my treatment as yours will be different and it’s not relevant, but I would like to make the following points; I had 22 crowns fitted and a number of root canal treatments (yes really!), this was an experience. Not a bad one, it’s just a lot of work in a short time. I was made to feel comfortable and there were plenty of breaks. The specialist worked very hard, but with professional dexterity and with care for my welfare. There were a few problems along the way (my mouth, not their fault), but they handled them with ease and made sure the end result was as discussed and expected. This professional and conscientious work ethic extended to the point where they had fit most of my new crowns, but they weren’t happy with the position of some of them (I’m not sure I would have noticed), so rather than just sending me on my way to deal with the problem later, they had new crowns created (at their expense) to better fit my particular mouth geography. At one point the specialist said “I’m sorry, I know it seems like we are obsessing over minor details, but in the long term they won’t be”. I felt very re-assured that I was getting the best attention and service I could get.

I can’t thank the whole team at Focus Dental Clinic enough for their excellent service and amazing results. I’m very pleased with how everything went and wholeheartedly recommend this clinic.

Nothing to do with the clinic, but these things helped me personally (relevant if you’re having a lot of work). Always have a good breakfast - it could be a long day and/or you may not be able to eat lunch (It’s hard to eat when you can’t feel your lips - I tried, not pretty!). Get in plenty of soft foods (you can eat in private). Make sure you have a good supply of ibuprofen. ;-)

The staff at Focus Dental went above and beyond for me. I really don't like the dentist and was scared about actually getting my teeth done, but I can't recommend it enough. Yes, it's a long day or two, but you can't really put a price on having a nice smile. From the lady who booked me in to the magician who fixed my smile—I can't thank you enough! 😊

I can not thank the team enough. I had my first stage of All on 6 on top and all on 5 on bottom. I had vey bad teeth and have wanted them fixed for 30 years but the cost in UK was too high

They were friendly and put me at ease from the start. NO PAIN, they made sure of that. The clinic is very clean and well run. I'm so happy with the results and will be returning in 4 months to get my permanent teeth...I'm actually looking forward to seeing them all again!

Very good and professional dental clinic. Once they do an x-ray assessment they map out all potential treatments and create a plan for you to do with them or elsewhere in the future.

My treatment went very well. I had a root canal and a crown and a clean up. Very informative and professional dentist and the front of house staff are very friendly and pleasant making you feel welcome from the moment you step inside. Highly recommend!

The whole process from start to finish was easy. From the initial enquiry, booking the appointment to being treated was simple. The communication from the staff was excellent, with everything explained thoroughly. Everyone was friendly and polite and ensured that we were comfortable throughout our visit.

I started my treatment in October last year and had around four or five appointments at the dental clinic. During that time, I had two teeth extracted and one implant fitted. I was also informed about the next steps in Phase Two, including a price breakdown and the treatment plan.

I returned for Phase Two at the beginning of April this year. During this stage, I had another implant placed and three zirconium crowns fitted. The clinic itself seems quite modern and professional, and overall, I’m fairly happy with the results. However, I do feel that communication is lacking.

Maybe it’s because I’ve had quite a bit of dental work done in Lithuania, where they always explain everything in detail, wait for your confirmation, and make sure you’re fully informed before proceeding. At this clinic, it felt more like they just went ahead without really consulting me or clearly explaining what was happening. The staff were friendly, but most of the time they seemed to be talking among themselves in Turkish rather than keeping me informed. I often felt left out, not knowing what the next step was or what they were doing.

My teeth feel fine now, and I’m not complaining about the actual dental work. However, I am a bit concerned about grinding my teeth and the long-term impact it might have. Also, when the crowns (or bridges) were put in, I noticed that some of my healthy teeth had been filed down, and this wasn’t properly explained to me beforehand. That left me quite upset.

When I first started treatment, I was told I would be getting two implants. But when I returned, they only planned for one. I had to ask about the second implant and clarify the cost, since I had originally paid for two. Only after I brought it up did they adjust the price. If I hadn’t asked, I believe they wouldn’t have informed me or offered a refund.

In summary, the clinic seems modern and the treatment quality is decent, but the lack of communication made me feel uneasy. I’m generally happy with the outcome, but not over the moon. If I had to rate my overall experience, I’d give it a 6 or 7 out of 10.

Had an appointment for crowns to be fitted for my front two teeth. The process was very smooth and messaged through WhatsApp.

I had infections in my gums so required root canals which was carried out as part of my first appointment. Also had a scale, polish and whitening carried out in first appointment. Staff were helpful and kind during visit. Temporary crown fitted in first appointment. The first appointment had taken about 5/6hours which was more than planned however this was due to the root canals

Temporary crown had fallen out in between and the dentist were willing for me to come in prior to permanent fitting for it to be prefixed. This is quite normal for a temporary crown to come loose.

On the day of my permanent fitting it went very smoothly and took about 45 minutes. I was offered a final check up next day but unfortunately my flight was that night.

Overall, I would thoroughly recommend and the experience was smooth and felt comfortable throughout.

I have gone years with broken, and missing teeth. When another one broke, I decided to take the plunge and get them sorted. We were already going to turkey for a holiday, so did my research and Focus appeared the best for me. From the very first communication, they were 1st class.

Told them my issues and sent pictures. The price they gave me was better than expected, and much better than the UK.

Needless to say I very nervous when I got there but, they were superb. Once they did the full xrays, they advised me I didn't need as much work as first thought, and the price ended up being £500 cheaper.
The technicians were amazing. Always making sure I was OK and taking their time to get it right. So much so, they came in early on my last day to make sure I had no issues.

Now back home and I am absolutely delighted. Thanks to all the staff, you were awesome.

A year ago I went to Focus Dental Clinic in Bodrum to have my zirconia crown bridges removed and replaced with single crowns. The whole experience was fantastic. The staff was very friendly, professional and all spoke excellent English, wich made the process smooth and comfortable. I'm extremely satisfied with the results and the care I received. Highly recommend Focus Dental for anyone considering Dental Treatment abroad.

My dental journey with Focus Dental Clinic is absolutely exceptional. My dental crowns were over 2 decades old so it really needs replacement. I searched online for reputable clinics in Turkey and soon enough, a handful of clinics were contacting me. Some of them even have meet ups with dentist in Dublin and I've attended about 3 of those. Most of them are not as how they advertise though.

I came across Focus Dental Clinic in facebook and I find communicating with them very easy. They are straightforward and not hard-selling like others. They told me the prices per tooth of crowns/implant/root canal/ extraction so I kind of expect how much I'm going to need for my teeth. They also gave me time to think about my treatment plan. As soon as I decided, they gave me an appointment and flew to Bodrum Turkey.

In my first meeting, I had scan and my dentists discussed the treatment plans with me. It was an informed decision. That same day, I had dental works done for about 3hours, removing my old crowns, doing root canal, preparing my teeth for new crowns, taking impressions and putting a temporary teeth. The whole procedure was painless. I went back the following day and had my implants done. On the 4th day, I had my crowns and veneers put on. They were all very professional and highly commendable, from staff to dental nurses to my dentists Dr. Soykan and Dr. Ozdemir. They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. Their expertise was evident in every aspect of the dental process and the amazing outcome.

The clinic is clean, modern, uses state-of-the-art equipment/scans and a welcoming atmosphere. It was clear that the entire team was dedicated to giving their patients a high standard of care.

Overall, my experience with Focus Dental was wonderful and truly exceeded my expectations. Now I can smile with confidence and really love my new teeth.
