Novusklinik - Kadıköy

I have travelled from the UK for this treatment the service has been brilliant, communication all the way through, my driver has picked me up from the airport and done all my pick up and drop offs from the hotel to the clinic, the treatment has been top quality, care and attention put in all the way, explained clearly and I have left feeling even more confident, I will be back once the implants heal for my final smile. I came over to novusklinik in November 25 for my initial appointment and to meet the team. Everyone was very welcoming and explained thoroughly what I would need, the costs involved, the timeline of the treatment plan and how the transfers and accommodation work.

My friend and I arrived on Monday, 23 Feb, we were met at the airport by a lovely man, Erdem, who was our chauffeur for the week, he took us to our lovely hotel that was provided within the price by Novus.

After a quick freshen up, we were then taken to the dentist to have discussions regarding the treatment, X-rays, photos taken, pre treatment medication arranged.

Tuesday was the big day for the operation; it was swift, thorough and explained to me at every step. 12 teeth out, 12 implants placed. The pain was very minimal due to the experience of Dr Sabri and his team.

After this, we were taken back to our hotel to relax and rest up.
Wednesday was the day for the temporary single-stage implants to be put in, and we were in and out by 11 am, so the rest of the day was ours to go sightseeing.

The whole team have been great throughout the process, and my wife and I cannot thank them enough. We are very impressed with the results so far, and when we return in 4 months for the final fitting of the main teeth, I'm sure we will be 100 times more impressed!!

I travelled to Istanbul to attend Novusklinik for a 'Hollywood Smile'.
Before choosing the clinic, I had sent messages to several clinics, but I chose Novus due to the personal approach they portrayed. The communication via WhatsApp before my commitment was really informative and honest, without feeling like I was being pushed to a decision and the approach they had really helped with my easy decision to choose Novus.

The procedure went smoothly. I was welcomed to the clinic and was informed of the process from start to finish with both Dr. Mustafa & Dr. Gulsah.

I felt comfortable and happy, especially as I took the trip alone - this was important to me.

I couldn't be happier with the results that have been achieved. My teeth look great and pain following the procedure has been minimal; I have only experienced some slight sensitivity, which I expected anyway.

I would recommend the clinic to anyone looking for a more personal approach and for fantastic results :)

I travelled from Washington, DC, USA to Istanbul to have some work done at Novusklinik. I had 2 Sinus lifts, 3 implants and will be returning for 24 Zirconia Crowns in a few months. From my initial conversation, everyone has been absolutely amazing. Dr Mustafa Sabri and his entire staff have been absolutely amazing. They made me feel comfortable and sure of my decisions. I have already recommended them to my family and friends and highly suggest Novusklinik to anyone seeking to have work done. Oh, no pain at all by the way and had very minimal swelling. If I could give 10 stars I certainly would! See you all when I return!

I came from Los Angeles to do a procedure here in Turkey. I did an implant at this amazing clinic. Novusklinik is one of the best when it comes to dental issues; no matter what it is, the amazing doctors and staff will handle it perfectly. Absolutely brilliant result. Love my smile. I have had an upper all-on-four implant at the top, then two implants on either side at the bottom, and all the rest are crowns. Still a bit sore, so I will update when heeled better. Very meticulous to get the right fit. They try their utmost to help with the language barrier and to make both my daughters feel comfortable and accommodated. Really happy with the result 😊

I flew to Turkey with my wife to Novus Clinic for dental implants — in general, to get a full set of teeth and to fix mistakes from another implantology clinic (where the implants had fallen out). The entire staff was very professional, the service was friendly, and we didn’t have to wait long. Dr. Gulsah was extremely professional and thorough. I can recommend this clinic 100%.

Dr Mustafa - Fantastic Dentist. Really cares about his clients as this is his baby, his clinic that he’s built from scratch so it’s even more important that his patients receive the results they want. I didn’t want them too unnaturally white so they made them to the shade I requested. Lovely, friendly staff. All very professional. Highly recommend.

I come from England, so I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. I was treated to my own accommodation at a lovely hotel, transfers to and from the Clinic daily and outstanding teeth done by Gülşah.
