Recently, I underwent a dental implant procedure at Prime Clinic in Istanbul and would like to share my positive experience. From the very beginning, I was pleasantly surprised that the transfer to the clinic was completely free. I was met at the airport and taken directly to the clinic quickly and comfortably, which took away all the stress of organising transportation and allowed me to focus solely on my treatment. The clinic employs true professionals: the dentists listened carefully to my wishes, explained every stage of the procedure in detail, and created a personalised treatment plan. All procedures were performed using modern equipment, with maximum care for my comfort and safety. At every stage, I was accompanied by a translator, so I always felt confident and never faced any language barriers. All my questions were answered quickly and clearly, which is especially important for international patients. I also want to mention that between procedures, I had plenty of free time to explore Istanbul’s sights. This made my stay not only beneficial for my health but also interesting-I was able to combine dental care with an exciting trip. I’m on holiday right now staying at a hotel loads of people use when they’re getting treatment at Over the Moon Smile. Honestly, I had zero plans to even think about getting my teeth done. But after hearing so many people by the pool going on about how amazing the service was and how professional everyone is, I thought I’d check it out myself. I walked over (it’s less than a mile), knocked on the door and they welcomed me in like they’d known me for ages. They gave me a free X-ray, took some professional photos, and did a really detailed check-up and consultation. Best part? There was absolutely no sales pitch or pressure at all – just a friendly “hope to see you again” when I left. I thought it over and decided to just go for the treatment the next day while I was still here on holiday, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. Everything was so organised, the staff were brilliant, and the results were better than I ever expected. If you’re not sure or a bit nervous, just book a cheap holiday and see for yourself, I’m so glad I did!!

Travelled from Alberta to Circle Dental Group for implants. Ally(Ale) Patient Management, was pivotal in the success of this experience. She was available by email and text to answer all my questions and address every concern. She organised the shuttle service; the driver went above and beyond to deliver us and our luggage to the clinic and hotel. The experience of having the implants was completed within hours. following I experienced minimal discomfort and swelling. Would recommend D.D.S.
