Dr. Gadea Ramirez is an exceptionally talented dentist. From my initial consultation and smile analysis, he explained corrective procedures in detail with absolutely no pressure as to what he can do and for how much. I had two implants, three crowns and seven veneers done. My smile wasn't bad to begin with, but now it is amazing. He is an exceptional detail orientated dentist, he wants your teeth to look and feel like perfect teeth. He uses only the best materials available in the USA. His office has the very best and newest dental imaging, x-ray and procedural equipment and his staff are all very friendly and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Gadea to anyone needing or wanting a nice smile or dental surgery completed. I saved so much money over what this would have cost me in the US (and my son is a Dentist !!). Costa Rica is an incredibly beautiful country once you get outside of San Jose. My wife and I spent over two and half weeks and fell in love with the country. We can't wait to go back and we will most likely spend a month there. Pura Vida !!

My name is Dorette Beckford. I am currently employed as a PCA and I work with autistic children. I have travelled here from Minnesota USA to have work done by Dr Motiwala. I had multi piece implants placed back in the 80s and they failed, (a total loss) and I had to have them removed which destroyed a lot of bone and gum tissue in the process. I have been to many doctors in US but some have told me that I cannot have implants because of bone loss or they say it will take about 2 or more years to complete and the cost was through the roof. I came here because Dr Motiwala can do implants fully-loaded in 3 days without sinus lift or bone graft. He is a wonderful, patient, attentive and gentle doctor. I had a full mouth dental implant followed with zirconia bridges and after 10 days, I am on my way back home. My new teeth are beautiful and I will never have to worry about toothaches or ill-fitting partials again. Dr Mario is awesome! He educates, take care of his clients, and executes flawlessly. He is a true specialist and craftsman and does phenomenal work! I just finished my work with him and I have to say he did AMAZING! He is a MASTER at what he does in dentistry! He goes above and beyond and yet takes the time to make you feel comfortable and consistently asks questions to ensure you are on the same page as him!
