I had 2 appointments with Dr. Morales. I had a loose bridge, and she gave me a consultation and and xray for my whole mouth at no charge. She was one of the best dentist I have ever had, for she took the time to talk to me about all my concerns and what would be the best for my bridge problem. The next week she removed the bridge and took out the two teeth that was holding it up. Then another surgeon put in bone graft for I had bone loss. Months down the road I will have 2 implants with a new bridge. Her shots I didn't even feel which I have always felt with other dentists. She is a very nice lady and I totally recommend her to be your dentist.

I was seen promptly, Dr was very professional and informative. I was able to get 4 implant posts put in that same day as I was told could be done. The pricing was excellent. I needed a root canal. I was quoted $1600. For $1700, I got a veneer, two crowns and the root canal. I had been putting off dental work because of the cost. When Dr Mendivil put numbing on gums, he waited for it to take effect. No pain with numbing needles. That was a first. When doing the work they must use a different technique. I wasn't drowning. Dr Sosa did my root canal. Other work is done by Dr. Mendivil. Usually, when getting a crown, I get a temporary and return later for the permanent. Arizona Dental make them in-house. I waited for about an hour and got the permanent veneer and two crowns. Totally happy with value and quality of the work done. I would recommend parking on the American side and walking. Not far. Took a while to drive back across the border. Dr Mendivil speaks perfect English and there were no chickens running around on the floor.
I'm 60 years old and have had a lot of very expensive dental work done over the years and I can say unequivocally that this was my best experience. The office was immaculate, everyone was super nice, and spoke perfect English. I was actually 1.5 hours late for my appointment because I had phone problems and got lost. Dr. Ortiz still did the work and it was actually painless. My typical dental visit leaves me a sweaty mess and then I cry when I get the in car. No sweat or tears this time! I'm ecstatic with his work and the prices are fantastic compared to the US as well.
