Although we did not proceed with the treatment, the preliminary assessment and recommended course of action were done in a very professional manner. We are looking forward to dealing with this clinic when we are ready to complete the treatment schedule.

I first learned about Clinic Prime through social media and had my initial visit in October, when my dental plan was created and treatment began. The second phase and completion of my treatment took place in January. Everything was carried out exactly as planned and agreed upon in my care plan. The service was exceptionally professional, with competitive pricing. The staff and dentist took great care of my needs, and Ellie was especially fantastic, organizing everything seamlessly from start to finish. Exceptional Experience at Focus Dental Practice I recently visited Focus Dental Practice to recieve restoration and one extraction on my upper jaw, implant on lower jaw and zirconia crowns on lower jaw. I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable dental experiences I've ever had. Deciding to get a smile makeover is a life-changing decision that is mentally and physically challenging on its own, but even more so when you do it abroad. I was 2 weeks ago in the dental clinic in Istanbul. It is a very professional and clean clinic. The doctors and the assistants were very kind and helped me calm down because I was so nervous. On the other hand, I was in really good contact with Ene, and he was also the one who welcomed me in the clinic. The result of my treatment, 20 E-max facings, is really beautiful. Besides the treatment, we had a very nice stay in Istanbul. Enes arranged my hotel and transfer; the service was excellent, and the hotel was close to the clinic (just 5 minutes walking). I had badly needed an implant for several years and then, every time I flossed my teeth, pieces of my molars started to break off. The final straw was when one of the four crowns in the front of my mouth finally broke. It had lasted 40 years so had done a good job but this made me decide that I really needed to sort out my teeth. Unable to afford the treatment needed in the UK, a colleague of my partner's highly recommended SDC so, with some trepidation, I chose to have my treatment in Turkey. I need not have worried! From my first contact with Merve, I was extremely impressed by her professional, speedy responses to my questions and excellent English. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all of my questions were carefully answered and each detail of my treatment plan explained. Clients are met at the airport and collected for appointments from their hotels for each treatment needed by their friendly driver. The clinic is immaculate with all of the very latest technology. All of the staff are expert at putting you at ease when you are feeling nervous. Nazife, my dentist, always explained clearly what she was going to work on during each appointment and gave me an idea of how long this would take. Pain-killing injections were very effective and I was able to listen to a couple of audiobooks on my headphones to while away the time! Nazife's attention to detail was fantastic and she works incredibly patiently and carefully. I am overjoyed with the end results and very grateful for everyone's hard work and considerate care.

The clinic organised everything for me VIP transfers, a nice hotel, and even a small Bosporus boat tour, which made the whole trip feel special. Dr. Efsun is a perfect doctor in every way, her hand is so light that sometimes I wondered if we had stopped :) The structure of my teeth in my smile line was a little off, and their colour was pale, so ı had 20 E-max crowns and 4 implants in 5 days with no pain in that time, thanks for the Dr.Efsun and the team. I recently booked to have composite veneers done, and I had very very specific request regarding certain teeth ( a particular shaped I liked ) and I couldn't be happier with my experience.
