After a detailed X-ray, they reassured me that extractions were not necessary, and instead, I could keep my natural teeth and opt for veneers. My consultant, Onur, was absolutely always available, answering all my questions patiently and guiding me through every step of the process. A special thank you to Dr. Engin, who truly gave me the beautiful smile I’ve always wanted, and his assistant Irem, who was so gentle and kind throughout. They both made me feel comfortable and safe even during the most sensitive parts of the treatment. I had badly needed an implant for several years and then, every time I flossed my teeth, pieces of my molars started to break off. The final straw was when one of the four crowns in the front of my mouth finally broke. It had lasted 40 years so had done a good job but this made me decide that I really needed to sort out my teeth. Unable to afford the treatment needed in the UK, a colleague of my partner's highly recommended SDC so, with some trepidation, I chose to have my treatment in Turkey. I need not have worried! From my first contact with Merve, I was extremely impressed by her professional, speedy responses to my questions and excellent English. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all of my questions were carefully answered and each detail of my treatment plan explained. Clients are met at the airport and collected for appointments from their hotels for each treatment needed by their friendly driver. The clinic is immaculate with all of the very latest technology. All of the staff are expert at putting you at ease when you are feeling nervous. Nazife, my dentist, always explained clearly what she was going to work on during each appointment and gave me an idea of how long this would take. Pain-killing injections were very effective and I was able to listen to a couple of audiobooks on my headphones to while away the time! Nazife's attention to detail was fantastic and she works incredibly patiently and carefully. I am overjoyed with the end results and very grateful for everyone's hard work and considerate care.

I am extremely satisfied with the YEG Clinic team, especially Dr Soner and Ilayda, and the entire medical staff. With their professionalism, they organised everything perfectly for me. For the first time, I can confidently say that anyone considering this clinic can come without hesitation. There were no issues at all—transfer, hotel, treatment—everything was excellent. After extensive research and travelling between Bodrum and Istanbul meeting 6 dentists for my treatment, I can 100% say I made the correct decision in choosing Dr. Kubra Cakir. I really couldn’t say one negative thing at all and am very happy with the result I have had from my first visit (still need a second visit to finish the bottom jaw due to implants). If you are looking for a dentist to help you, pick Dr. Kubra Cakir as you will not be disappointed. Dr. Kubra is amazing at what she does. However, I really want to point out Dr. Kubra’s full team are amazing. She currently has a team of 5 and I can say they are all amazing. Sarah and her husband will help in any way they can. PS: A bit of advice for anyone looking for a dentist for implants - check they have the correct training and qualifications for this, which Dr. Kubra does. However, many dentists I have seen did not have this training or expertise, yet were offering implant treatment.

Despite having lots of pain and dental phobia, the staff were so supportive, patient and professional on every visit.
