Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. The professionalism and care I received exceeded my expectations, making this a truly positive and seamless experience. Highly recommended!

Wow, this was such a great experience. I never thought I’d say that about getting a molar extracted. I was travelling from Los Angeles to Rome to visit my son attending university. I asked my son to find me someone with great reviews and who could see the next day, I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Maltese saw me right on time the next day and assessed the situation. He agreed to perform the procedure that same day and he would move things around in his schedule to accommodate me. I came back later that afternoon for the procedure. Dr. Maltese was 100% professional and an incredibly nice man. He was very patient and explained what he was going to do in detail. What I liked is that during the procedure calmly checked in with me, giving updates about what’s been done, and what’s coming next. He wasn’t rushed but worked quickly to minimize the time I’d be uncomfortable. He was also as gentle as could be. He was extremely thorough. I almost want to go back to Rome twice a year for cleanings! Also, his staff was amazing and his office was impeccably clean. Thank you so much, Dr. Maltese!

If I could give more than 100% for this clinic I would have done so . I came all the way from Ireland to Greece to get a treatment for my teeth and it was worth it! The dentist and the staff are very professional, very good equipment and the soft skills are amazing!! I felt very relaxed and safe. I went today to see Mr Glassford, what a brilliant guy, top of his game but so friendly and down to earth. The nurses are also lovely and friendly. The practice is beautiful, and Richard on the desk is just gorgeous. He has such a lovely manner and is so welcoming. Overall a fabulous experience with people I trust for once. Thank you so much.

Would totally recommend Smile kind to everyone. Refreshing way this practice operates. Instantly calmed with music and a cheerful environment. My surgeon, Bilal, phenomenal, he explained everything in terms I can understand before and during the surgery as it was about to happen. The nurse, Kate, delightful and helpful. Talked me through my x-ray weeks earlier, and booked the extraction for a date and time that best suited me and it was great to see a familiar face for the she too. Both were so joyful in the work.

We went to Dr. Vasilis for some fillings and a dental hygiene treatment. He worked so thoroughly, and although my filling in the front teeth was more difficult to treat, he did it with bravour. Not only his great expertise in dentistry but his office is also very modern and to the newest standards. We will visit him for sure next time we will be in Chania and we recommend him very much.
