I have had a fantastic experience with this clinic from the very moment Thiago made contact with me regarding my enquiry. I needed an emergency treatment as my crown broke in half while on holiday in Lisbon, Thiago called me back couple of hours after l sent the request to the clinic, asked all the important questions and gave me all the answers over the phone while simultaneously booking me for an emergency appointment, he was very honest about the procedure and possible timelines of the treatment, he then followed everything up with an extensive message in which he gave me all the additional information a patient could possibly need including the price for the treatment in advance. The clinic is comfortably located in the city centre and very easy to find; the facilities are spotless, and the care provided is excellent. Prof. Dr. Genilson Neto, who l came to see is extremely experienced in his profession, once you sit in his treatment chair you know you are in the best possible hands, he is fast and confident, he administered my anaesthetic injection so skillfully it was virtually pain free, l couldn't tell when he done it, l was extremely impressed, he prepared my tooth and shaped my temporary crown absolutely perfectly, he gave me honest advice and did all of it in under an hour. I'm extremely grateful to the whole team at the clinic. I couldn't recommend them enough for being professional yet extremely polite and accommodating at the same time. Additionally, the cost in comparison to what I would have to pay back in the UK for the same treatment was a fraction of the price. Everything was exactly as Thiago informed me it is going to be, the treatment, the price and the timeline - extremely honest every step of the way. Best place for all of your dental needs. I saw Dr Bilal today. He was assisted by Libby, and I must say that I was very impressed, despite feeling a little anxious. Dr Bilal reassured me and the whole procedure, from giving me the local anaesthetic, having an impacted Wisdom tooth, and a snapped off molar extracted, took less than 10 minutes. I went into the treatment room at 1 pm, and I was on the bus home by 1.16. There was no pain and hardly any bleeding. If your dentist is hesitant about removing a tooth, ask to be referred to Smilekind.

I had a great experience with Dr. Vasilis at this clinic. I required a root canal and crown, and a friend recommended him as gentle and knowledgeable. After our first consultation, it was apparent my issue was more complicated than I realised, as the tooth had a fistula and infection in the bone. Dr Vasilis arranged for me to have a CT X-ray at another clinic right after our appointment (which had the results to him by the next morning), and made space for me for 2 subsequent sessions to finish the root canal. Although he could have rushed into the crown (and met my goal or having it completed by the time I left Chania); he advised me to wait 3+ months to heal the bone infection for a better result in the future. I respect his honesty and appreciate how much time he spent with me, as well as the 3 days in a row to get a satisfactory result. I appreciated the time to explain the situation in simple terms- because my brain somehow doesn't always logically translate medical knowledge to dental applications. SO, Dr. Vasilis, THANK YOU.
