Excellent Choice. I searched various options as I was to travel from the UK. I went last week for first visit. Outstanding from start to finish. I learnt more in first 10 minutes reviewing 3D Model image of my jaw and teeth than the last 10 years with my dentist in UK. Attention to detail was impeccable. I had various treatments over 2 days and nothing was rushed, unlike UK when you get a 20 min. slot for most treatments. Great care was taken to ensure all was OK. Major cleaning by Hygienist, detailed panoramic x-ray, Computer Tomography(3dModel), 4 composite fillings restoration and I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted and stiches put in - all painless. All I needed to do was take a couple of painkillers once the anaesthetic wore off and that was only due to some mild discomfort. Looking forward to my next visit.

I have always been really, really nerveous going to the dentists. But havin spoken with Dr Laura on the phone and via email, regarding the implants I needed, plus lazer whiteing done at the same time. After a number of aborted trips due circumstances beyond my control. I got there Dr laura's very caring approach and advice, about the treatment I needed to have done, was outstanding. I could not even feel the injection to numb up my mouth being applied in fact by day 5 I didn't even have my gums numbed up a testiment to how caring the clinic is. Additionally the examination and x-rays showed I need a number of filling being replaced to inaddtion to the implant location on the left side of my mouth having an infection in the bone which Dr Laura showed my on the x-rays and what the process would be to correct them. So over 5 days I had two implants place as due to one of my front teeth growing at an angle there was not room to get two implants in the gap, but Dr Laura overcame that with one implant topped to a wide crown that looks like 2 teeth. While the other implant base needed to have a bone graft done on the base, together 8 fillings replaced with more natural white cement plus the lazer teeth whitening being done. Now I feel more confident in myself being able to smile more often. All the treatment I had was excellent value. In fact I have already recommend Dr Laura to one of my South Africian friends in the UK, who is also nerveous about going to a dentists. In early January 2025 I will be returning for part 2 of my treatment as I will need to have the implant on the left hand side of my mouth checked to, ensure the bone graft have bonded in satisfactorial and have the last two filling done behind the implant on the left had side, plus potentially having a full gum restoration carroied out too. I was amazed by the attention to detail of the clinic in its appearance being very modern with the latest equipment, drills that gently hum as they are water cooled, to deaden the sound, most of all every piece of dental equipment that goes on to the treatment table is in it's own sterlised wrapper. So once again thank you very much for all your care and attention, from yourself and your team. Dr Laura.

Full top and bottom jaw restoration. This is a long one, so bear with me, I just want to give you a thorough account of my experience so that you can make up your mind to change your life for the better. My teeth were destroyed and most of them fell out, I was devastated, lost all my self confidence and self worth. I researched for around two years and it took one year to decide that I was ready to choose the right clinic for me, and oh boy, did I make the right choice. Arrived in Bulgaria on Tuesday night, first appointment was Wednesday morning. When I got to the clinic and I was nervous, we met the most amazing team of people in a very modern, super clean high tech dental unit. First thing, panoramic X-ray, well, I have metal plates holding my top jaw together, so complications for the team. They bypassed the problem, what a fantastic clever bunch of folk. Next, come through to the chair, ok here we go! I have terrible veins, so they kept collapsing, my wee brain was thinking, jeez ho, is the universe trying to tell me something here, is this supposed to happen? I really felt for the staff, I felt like I was the worst possible patient that they’d ever had! But nope, they were very sweet and so nice. So, we went with the injection of a relaxing drug into the muscle on my hip, then the injections in my mouth just like you get before you have a filling. All numbed up now, sitting with my mouth wide open waiting for them to take out my teeth, within minutes, they were gone! Next the actual metal implants were going to be screwed into my jaw, not going to lie to you, as I have no reason to, there was a feeling of pressure, but that was it, no pain, stitched up where my teeth were removed, or maybe that was before the implants, it was that quick and painless that I may have gotten the implants and stitches the wrong way around. And then, sent back to our apartment. I was expecting to be in agony, I forgot to mention that I was sent away with a prescription for three sets of painkillers. I honestly did not need to use them, I felt different, not pain, maybe a little uncomfortable, after all, my teeth were all taken out that day. Thursday, had to come back for a fitting, wow! How fast was that!! A few little adjustments had to be made, away back to the apartment. Friday, here we go, fitting of upper and lower jaw teeth, sat in the chair, they were fitted, I was shown my face in the mirror. It has been so long since I had a smile that was straight and not lop sided, the teeth looked like my old teeth used to, (a very long time ago). They did not look fake or glow in the dark implants that you have seen on the nightmares of implants fitted in another country that you had to travel to. I could hardly speak, not because of the teeth, but because I was so emotional. I have spent two years researching a good clinic, and oh boy did I do a brilliant job of picking the best, two years of hiding my mouth behind my hand or a mask, basically I shut myself away from the world because of how bad I looked because my teeth were crumbling away to dust. Last appointment was on the Monday morning, I danced into the clinic delighted with myself, a wee rub down, the final sheet of instructions on oral healthcare and away we go. It’s exactly one week since I’ve had my new teeth fitted, I can eat without pain, and the little lisp that I developed has almost gone. My husband is so happy as I have reverted into the person that I used to be, my grown up kids have got their real mother back and my grandsons are laughing at me because they can see my face, with teeth, laughing and joking with them. They all see a difference in my mental change as well as my physical one. All my friends have given me nothing but really positive statements and my friends are like me, honest opinions only. My best friend of thirty two years has now started saving money to get her teeth fixed here. Now, between six and twelve months I will return for the final part of my treatment, and I look forward to meeting these wonderful people again, they honestly have changed me back to the cheekiest oldest rebel that used to be me, I’m back, and I cannot be happier. If you’ve read all of my review here, then I know that you are really serious, If you have any doubts or questions, go ahead, and contact me, but rest assured, I will praise these folk to the moon and back and by the time you’ve finished speaking to me, you will make the right choice and travel to Sophia to meet these miracle workers. I have had dental “problems” all my life – receding gums, bone loss, need of fillings, and dentists who somehow made me feel guilty for experiencing all of this. I tried hard to follow all of the guidelines they gave me for making my teeth, mouth and gums more healthy, and nothing seemed to work! A few years ago, I knew I needed to do something different, and I went to a dentist in Hungary. The two male dental surgeons were unkind, arrogant, and apparently more interested in their dental prowess than in their “patient.” They told me I needed to have nearly all my teeth extracted, and then go through some complicated procedure. With my degree of bone loss and gum deterioration, I could never have implants. This upset and immobilised me for a couple of years! I am a holistic healer, and I desperately tried to heal my teeth and gums, whilst being blind to the fact that the situation was deteriorating. Eventually, a friend of mine helped me to see some sense! And somehow, really scared, I got myself to Zara Dental. From the very beginning, there was no judgement with these dentists. The dentist who explained to me what was possible just said – well, you should move quickly before there is more deterioration, and you can have full implants upper and lower. He explained a lot more detail and I could only hear IMPLANT! It was possible after all. The process began a couple of weeks later, and quite honestly was intense emotionally and physically – how could having all your teeth taken out one by one not be a physical and emotional rollercoaster? And the entire team made everything easier. As a healing therapist myself, I will not tolerate someone touching me unless it is with kindness. The dental surgeons are incredible – somehow being kind and aware of my mouth, teeth and gums, as they carried out the most intense procedures. They are not only professionally skilled in terms of the surgery. The whole team is amazing at supporting you through the emotions that inevitably surface as you lose your teeth, and then some time later have new ones! They were always there for me as I asked my (many) questions. The receptionist also checked in with me by text regularly, which I so appreciated. I hadn’t considered that the whole process rebuilds your gums, rebuilds your bone, and I was aware of that happening as time went by – and I get that my mouth, teeth and gums are in better shape than they have been for years! I also don’t think I had realised how much my worry over my teeth, mouth and gums was holding me back, stopping me enjoying my life, and limiting what was possible with my self-employed work. Honestly, I feel more alive, energised and happy than I have done for years. I have had my new teeth now for about six weeks, and it’s been totally problem free and easy – they just seem like my teeth now! I am beyond grateful to everyone at Zara dental – and I highly recommend them for any dental issues you have.

I had implants placed. We had planned on being in Lisbon so I started looking into have my dental work done here. It was more than a 50% saving from the US. The team at CPRO took excellent care of me. They worked with our hectic schedule. They accomplished my goals as promised, and I now have a smile I’m proud of. They are professional and compassionate. I highly recommend them.
