I visited this clinic to have anti-wrinkle treatment for bruxism. After clenching and grinding my teeth for years, I had almost resigned to waking up with headaches and jaw pain. I was advised to see Dr Raza by my NHS dentist for the management of this condition when I fractured a tooth. The muscle relaxant injections helped bring me relief! I am truly grateful to Dr Raza for his expert opinion and support. I will return in a few months to get re-injected. I would recommend this clinic to anyone suffering from bruxism.

I have had a fantastic experience with this clinic from the very moment Thiago made contact with me regarding my enquiry. I needed an emergency treatment as my crown broke in half while on holiday in Lisbon, Thiago called me back couple of hours after l sent the request to the clinic, asked all the important questions and gave me all the answers over the phone while simultaneously booking me for an emergency appointment, he was very honest about the procedure and possible timelines of the treatment, he then followed everything up with an extensive message in which he gave me all the additional information a patient could possibly need including the price for the treatment in advance. The clinic is comfortably located in the city centre and very easy to find; the facilities are spotless, and the care provided is excellent. Prof. Dr. Genilson Neto, who l came to see is extremely experienced in his profession, once you sit in his treatment chair you know you are in the best possible hands, he is fast and confident, he administered my anaesthetic injection so skillfully it was virtually pain free, l couldn't tell when he done it, l was extremely impressed, he prepared my tooth and shaped my temporary crown absolutely perfectly, he gave me honest advice and did all of it in under an hour. I'm extremely grateful to the whole team at the clinic. I couldn't recommend them enough for being professional yet extremely polite and accommodating at the same time. Additionally, the cost in comparison to what I would have to pay back in the UK for the same treatment was a fraction of the price. Everything was exactly as Thiago informed me it is going to be, the treatment, the price and the timeline - extremely honest every step of the way. Best place for all of your dental needs. I entered reception and had a warm and friendly greeting. I was asked to fill in the questionnaire and on completion the dentist came to greet me and I accompanied her to the surgery room, where I was sat in the chair. Two other members of staff were present and the inspection took place. Everything was explained to me very fully as to the possibilities available to me. I agreed to have some X-rays taken to complete the inspection process. These X-rays were then shown to me. The dentist then assured me that the dental implants could be fitted and after the surgeon had seen them, I was to receive through the post in approximately one week, the total cost of the procedure. I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken by the staff involved.

I had a great experience with Dr. Vasilis at this clinic. I required a root canal and crown, and a friend recommended him as gentle and knowledgeable. After our first consultation, it was apparent my issue was more complicated than I realised, as the tooth had a fistula and infection in the bone. Dr Vasilis arranged for me to have a CT X-ray at another clinic right after our appointment (which had the results to him by the next morning), and made space for me for 2 subsequent sessions to finish the root canal. Although he could have rushed into the crown (and met my goal or having it completed by the time I left Chania); he advised me to wait 3+ months to heal the bone infection for a better result in the future. I respect his honesty and appreciate how much time he spent with me, as well as the 3 days in a row to get a satisfactory result. I appreciated the time to explain the situation in simple terms- because my brain somehow doesn't always logically translate medical knowledge to dental applications. SO, Dr. Vasilis, THANK YOU.
