I made contact with Novus clinic through Whatclinic platform. Salma have contacted me the same day, and have made 3 different plans for me, which we discussed later. After explaining to me the 3 plans, I have made the decision to do the single-stage plan. I have booked a flight to confirm my reservation. Once I arrived at Istanbul airport the clinic driver was waiting to take me to the hotel. The next day I started the treatment. The procedure was professional and not so painful. The service was perfect. My contact Salma was with me every day during the treatment to translate and be sure that I receive the best service. After the treatment, I was very happy with the results and I had no pain at all. It was a good experience. Doctor Mehmet Köse is one of two dentists I have ever managed to trust. He is calm and professional, as well as exceptionally proficient.
I attended Astradent Podil and Kharkivske clinics for implants, crown and filling. Dr Andrij Shchutskij did a superb work for me. The implants and the crown are excellent and I can finally chew my food properly. As for the filling, it was the best filling I have ever had. I could not even tell where it is exactly anymore. He is the best dentist as far as I am concerned. Such a nice person too with a smile that keeps you calm all the time with no fear from being at the dentist! He does his best to make sure he gives his patients the best result. I am very grateful to him, needless to mention how helpful and professional Kateryna was and the rest of the staff have been at all time. I am very happy with the results and would certainly recommend Astradent.
The quality of service, the quality of care, the attention to detail and the kindness of the staff made an outstanding experience. I needed a lot of problems solved, including root canal, crown and implant and 8 fillings. Together with a taxi from and to the airport, this was the best solution to my problems with respect to the quality of service and cost.

Dr Maltese was very friendly and courteous and spoke English, he explained my options after examining my tooth. We both decided a temporary fix was better as I would be leaving Rome on Saturday and any follow-up would be impossible. I was very pleased with his work.

Happy to provide a review on my all-in-six treatment with Smart Dental :) Such treatment in the UK is expensive. I spent a good few weeks researching local and abroad clinics. I was initially thinking of Turkey, but I read very unpleasant stories and happened to witness with my own eyes the result of cheap, rushed and poor-quality treatment. It´s worth noting that Turkey is not in the EU, I just didn´t want to risk any health issues or find myself paying again in the UK for the same treatment. Anyway, I was suggested to head for Spain. I did some research, Smart Dental stood out in the search and reached out to explain my case. The director was very friendly, professional and welcoming. The process and treatment were very well explained. The team put all my worries at ease, including the warranty. Cost-wise, I appreciate Smart Dental is on the high end of the spectrum, but I honestly do not care as I want quality. I wanted the treatment to be done once and to last me a long long time. Absolutely fab from the time I walked in to the time I left. I was such a nervous patient to say the least, they put me at ease. More like a family than a clinic and I can't thank them enough. So pleased with my teeth which were in bad way unfortunately but all veneers look great and like I said a nervous patient who was treated as so. Thanks again to everyone who works there. Fantastic dentists. Coming from a different country I was somewhat apprehensive but my visit was great and I had the procedures I was looking for at a fraction of the cost. Would definitely recommend Drs Cekro and combined with a visit to Medjugorje and Mostar. Overall a well worth trip!
