Novusklinik was one of the best decisions I made in life. They literally brought me back to life and changed my confidence with my smile again.

My wife and I finished 1st course of our treatment at Clinic Prime Istanbul in March 2023. We have had a remarkable experience at The Clinic Prime Istanbul Turkey, and I am beyond thrilled to share our thoughts relevant to 1st part of our treatment. As we still need to have the 2nd part of our treatment at this Clinic to its completion, I will write my final detailed review then. From start to finish, our time at this clinic was nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, the level of professionalism exhibited by the dentists at The Clinic Prime, Istanbul was truly outstanding. Dr Sabit D (our implantologist) and Dr Haktan I (who looked after the rest of the care) were both not only highly qualified but also incredibly skilled and patient. Every member of the team, from the receptionists to the nurses, was not only helpful and friendly but also genuinely caring. We were particularly impressed with the clinic coordinator, Ali, whose excellent command of English made communication effortless. Ali was incredibly helpful and prompt in his replies to my messages, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed promptly. His professionalism and dedication to patient care truly stood out, making our experience even more memorable. We plan to return to Clinic Prime Istanbul in a few months to have the second part of our treatment with abutments, crowns, polishing, final fillings and repairs etc. to complete the treatment. I will then write my final detailed and full review of the Complete Treatment. In summary, the combination of skilled professionals, a state-of-the-art facility, and a compassionate, friendly staff make The Clinic Prime Istanbul a true gem in Istanbul, Turkey. My heartfelt thanks to Dr Sabit D, Dr Haktan I, Ali and the entire team for their exceptional care. PS: During our 1st part of treatment, I had 4 implants, extractions, bone grafting and sinus lifting and my wife had 5 implants with extractions etc. Regarding adding pictures, we will be able to do that ONLY after our dental treatment is complete.

From the first enquiry to the end Focus Dental has been outstanding. I was taken from the airport by a taxi which was booked by them. The clinic is modern, and clean, and the equipment is new and state-of-the-art. The Staff were super-efficient, helpful, polite, and friendly. Dr Harika and Dr Yasin did an amazing job. I had a treatment that involved several extractions, bone grafting, sinus lifting, implants, and fillings. Every procedure was well explained, and the experience was almost pain-free, and I felt very relaxed. The prices are reasonable and their approach to clients is honest, explaining all the options and without forcing unwanted work. I am delighted with how the treatment has gone, and I look forward to coming back in 6 months to have the rest after healing. My son and I have just returned from Turkey, where we received treatment at Dis Akademisi, and we are absolutely delighted. We both had implants and will be returning to complete the treatment in a few months. In my case, I underwent full extractions, sinus lifting, bone grafting, and the placement of 12 implants—all performed in a single day. The facilities are top quality, and the attention from the entire staff is exceptional. Transfers from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the clinic are perfectly organized, so you are practically guided every step of the way. Onur, who coordinates everything personally for you, is always available to answer any questions. He speaks excellent English and is both charming and very considerate. I highly recommend Dis Akademisi. In fact, after thorough research, it wasn’t just the excellent prices that convinced me but also the superior quality of the zirconium monolithic implants they use, which are the best available.

The entire experience was outstanding. I had a full mouth reconstruction with 15 implants (9 top 6 bottom) with both sinus lifts and 2 full bridges. It was a life changer for me who was experiencing regular toothache and worry. The staff were simply amazing. I would like to mention Esra in particular, as she was my go-to contact throughout. The treatment was carried out at Dentavrasya clinic in Istanbul, where I received comprehensive care, including 29 zirconia crowns, a sinus lift, and 5 dental implants. The entire process was fast, smooth, and highly professional. I had suffered from severe dental anxiety for many years, but all my concerns proved to be completely unnecessary. The anaesthesia was excellent, the doctors were highly skilled, and the level of care throughout the treatment was outstanding. Special recognition goes to the organisation and logistics: airport transfers, transportation between the hotel and the clinic, and post-treatment care were perfectly arranged. Totally helpful and experienced; everything happened very quickly through the clinic in Istanbul, the take care of my accommodation and transfers for all my appointments. I had a lot of issues with my teeth and needed a lot of work done. I previously used Mevsim Dental Clinic in 2019 for 2 implants on my bottom jaw, which I was very pleased with. So I decided to contact them again. A lovely chap Onur discussed all my options with me over the phone and provided me with a detailed description of work I may need. I consequently decided to book my tickets for their Istanbul clinic from London on the 2nd of October 2022. My hotel stay was booked by them, and all my transfers were taken care of. The following day, I was picked up by Yagmur, a delightful young girl with a lovely big smile. She accompanied me and my Mrs to the clinic and introduced us to all the team of technicians at the clinic. It was discussed and decided I will get all my upper jaw teeth extracted, get sinus lift surgery on both sides and get 6 implants. All was done very professionally by the surgeon, along with other work needed on the following days. All the surgeons and the dental team were absolutely brilliant. I am very pleased with the work I got done and the service I received from the whole team. A big thanks to everyone at Mevsim, Including Onur and Yagmur. I am on my first day of ‘all on six’ surgery and all I can say is FANTASTIC. The attention to detail and customer care is second to none. I had my consultation 10 days ago in the UK and I could not wait to get here as Ortodent had been recommended to me by a friend. It has all been seamless, from the consultation to the meet and greet arrival in Antalya, to the hotel reception and then the provided taxi to the surgery. The biggest relief to me was to be greeted by the same people who carried out my consultation in the UK. Yes it is not a simple procedure or without a bit of pain, but I’m able to write this review in the comfort of my immaculate hotel room 5 hours after surgery, so it’s not bad at all. The other great benefit to me is I’m getting the added bonus of coming back to Antalya in 3 months for my permanent set. The best comment to me was that, as predicted at my consultation, I needed a bit of extra work, which obviously involved a little extra cost, to which the surgeon said once I brought this up, “We worry about your health first, not the money”. Choosing Smilepod was by far the best decision I have ever made. I felt like a VIP from start to finish, from the seamless transfers to the tooth extractions. Due to 45 years of intense bruxism, my top front teeth were worn down to just 3mm. My initial plan was to get an "All-on-6" implant system. However, after a thorough examination with 3D bone scans, the head dentist point-blank refused to extract my teeth because they were all extremely healthy. Instead, they removed my three remaining wisdom teeth, which has already made a massive, positive difference to my migraines! The team designed a new, conservative dental plan that cost half the price of the original quote. I ended up with 28 Zirconium crowns with minimal reshaping of my natural teeth, gum contouring, two implants for a 5-tooth bridge, and two single-tooth bridges. I cannot thank the team enough. This experience proves that Smilepod genuinely cares about patient health over profit. They are not just out to take your money! Ps. The price included flights, accommodation, and all transfers from airport to hotel to clinic back to hotel.

The surgeons were great, and the clinic staff and English translator were friendly and very helpful. After my X-rays and consultation with the surgeons, the treatment advisor explained the treatment plan. However, he kept speaking over me and cutting me off when I asked questions, which made the consultation frustrating. The communication from the advisors could also be improved. Simple requests such as an updated treatment plan and a clear invoice should be dealt with more easily instead of being passed to someone else or being told, “I will send it tomorrow.” Overall the treatment and clinic staff were great. The main area that could be improved is the communication and customer service from the advisors.
