In my forties, I experienced several painful dental abscess infections that resulted in some unsuccessful root canal treatments and three extractions. Additionally, I had broken and chipped teeth, which led to the ability to eat only on the right side of my mouth. I was anxious about the crown on my right side failing in the future. I concluded that I needed intensive dental intervention to avoid further decline and considered three options: Treatment in the UK Treatment in Budapest, where my aunt had received treatment in 2013 Treatment at Özgür Yıldırım Aesthetic Dental Clinic, where my brother-in-law received treatment in 2023 UK prices were prohibitively expensive, and the scope of treatment available on the NHS was limited. So, I began consultations with Budapest and Özgür Yıldırım. Dental images were sent to both clinics, and both estimated that I needed 2 dental implants and 26 crowns, with the final diagnosis to be confirmed by X-ray. Due to the excellent communication and the outstanding work my brother-in-law had received in Turkey, I opted for the Özgür Yıldırım Aesthetic Dental Clinic. Cost, although not the main factor, was also more competitive in Turkey. It's worth noting that the Özgür Yıldırım Aesthetic Dental Clinic does not include accommodation or flights, which, in my view, makes their pricing structure more transparent. Before my visit, I had some trepidation due to the mixed reviews I had read in the British media about Turkish dental treatment. However, my concerns were soon allayed on my first visit to the clinic. The state-of-the-art surgery and the professionalism of the team and Dr Özgür Yıldırım assured me that I was in safe hands. My initial X-ray showed that I didn't need any further work, and treatment started. My four-stage treatment was as follows: - Preparation for 26 Zirconium Crowns - Surgery for two Straumann BLX dental implants* - Temporary caps for crowns - Permanent installation of crowns *A return visit needs to be scheduled to fit the implant to the two crowns three months or more after the initial treatment. During my week of treatment, I only experienced discomfort and no pain. The professionalism and expertise of Dr. Özgür Yıldırım far exceeded any dental treatment I have received in the UK, and communication from his customer services professional, Tulay, was first-class. As an added bonus, I was able to swim in the sea for six out of seven days and enjoy the Turkish sun. The final results are incredible. I now have natural-looking healthy teeth and can eat with confidence on both sides of my mouth. From start to finish, my experience with the Özgür Yıldırım Aesthetic Dental Clinic has been outstanding. My only regret is that I didn't receive treatment from them 10 years ago.

The very best clinic in Istanbul as far as I am concerned. And I did a lot of research on the subject. Other clinics gave incomplete information and tried to let me pay double or more. In this club, you are in safe hands. Tried to avoid the dental tourist traps. I went for 2 implants. Proper information, good quality of used materials. And very kind people are working here.

I am on my first day of ‘all on six’ surgery and all I can say is FANTASTIC. The attention to detail and customer care is second to none. I had my consultation 10 days ago in the UK and I could not wait to get here as Ortodent had been recommended to me by a friend. It has all been seamless, from the consultation to the meet and greet arrival in Antalya, to the hotel reception and then the provided taxi to the surgery. The biggest relief to me was to be greeted by the same people who carried out my consultation in the UK. Yes it is not a simple procedure or without a bit of pain, but I’m able to write this review in the comfort of my immaculate hotel room 5 hours after surgery, so it’s not bad at all. The other great benefit to me is I’m getting the added bonus of coming back to Antalya in 3 months for my permanent set. The best comment to me was that, as predicted at my consultation, I needed a bit of extra work, which obviously involved a little extra cost, to which the surgeon said once I brought this up, “We worry about your health first, not the money”. Very impressed by the service I received at Yalin clinic. 28 crowns, 2 implants & gum contouring. Takes 2 trips but well worth the time & effort for such a great result. Excellent dentists and great English speaking staff looking after your logistical needs. Sefer looked after me very well. It was really a straightforward experience, and I hardly suffered any pain at all much to my amazement. I went out to Turkey in July 24 I was originally with a bigger dentist. I wasn’t happy with my treatment plan. I reached out to a lady called Lisa on social media, and she put me in touch with Smilepod They totally understood my concerns with my treatment from another dentist Basically, the other dentist wanted to send me home with big rubber take-out teeth. I wasn’t happy with this. Doctor Rizza team put 5 on 5 implants in and 3 days later I had my temporary fixed teeth. I loved my temporary teeth 🥰then 6 months later, January 25 I went and had my permanent teeth fitted and I love them more 🥰 I’ve had X-rays here in uk with my husband's private dentist who told me he’d seen some shocking turkey teeth but said my implants are perfect. I recently had a private hygienist clean in uk and she cleaned and took X-rays and told me they were brilliant If I had 5 on 5 in the UK, it would of cost me 35k I paid 9k in turkey @smilepod Smilepod are a small family husband and wife team ( not a teeth factory )! My experience at A-Dent has been exceptional from start to finish. I had 20 zirconium crowns fitted. From initial communications in the UK, through to my consultation and dental treatment in Antaylia, the service has been excellent from the A-Dent team. Everything from accommodation and transport was organised. The treatment plan was communicated with full transparency, explaining what may or may not be an issue. I was always nervous visiting the dentist but the team put me at ease and the treatment was completed with minimal pain and discomfort. The final result has far exceeded my expectations.
