I travelled from Washington, DC, USA to Istanbul to have some work done at Novusklinik. I had 2 Sinus lifts, 3 implants and will be returning for 24 Zirconia Crowns in a few months. From my initial conversation, everyone has been absolutely amazing. Dr Mustafa Sabri and his entire staff have been absolutely amazing. They made me feel comfortable and sure of my decisions. I have already recommended them to my family and friends and highly suggest Novusklinik to anyone seeking to have work done. Oh, no pain at all by the way and had very minimal swelling. I'm very happy with the service and more importantly the results of my treatment. I can't recommend it enough. They have been excellent from the very start to the very end. I genuinely can not fault anything during the process. I had 19 E-max crowns and one zirconium crown fitted with two root canals.

Since there are so many dental clinics, I was undecided about which one to go to. I didn't want to go and have the bad experiences of most of the people around me at the dentist. I was looking for a reliable place. The most important reason why I chose Istanbul Dis Akademisi is its expert staff and technological devices and everything is done meticulously. Every doctor has their own specialty and everyone does their job. I had myself filling, root canal treatment (by an endodontic specialist) and a zirconium crown. My wife also had Invisalign orthodontic treatment and implants. We are very pleased, there is a very good interest. I would like to thank my dentist Candan and the whole team. Her hand was very light and helped me overcome my fear. I recommend it to everyone.

I had badly needed an implant for several years and then, every time I flossed my teeth, pieces of my molars started to break off. The final straw was when one of the four crowns in the front of my mouth finally broke. It had lasted 40 years so had done a good job but this made me decide that I really needed to sort out my teeth. Unable to afford the treatment needed in the UK, a colleague of my partner's highly recommended SDC so, with some trepidation, I chose to have my treatment in Turkey. I need not have worried! From my first contact with Merve, I was extremely impressed by her professional, speedy responses to my questions and excellent English. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all of my questions were carefully answered and each detail of my treatment plan explained. Clients are met at the airport and collected for appointments from their hotels for each treatment needed by their friendly driver. The clinic is immaculate with all of the very latest technology. All of the staff are expert at putting you at ease when you are feeling nervous. Nazife, my dentist, always explained clearly what she was going to work on during each appointment and gave me an idea of how long this would take. Pain-killing injections were very effective and I was able to listen to a couple of audiobooks on my headphones to while away the time! Nazife's attention to detail was fantastic and she works incredibly patiently and carefully. I am overjoyed with the end results and very grateful for everyone's hard work and considerate care.

She arranged everything, from transfers to hotel stays. She always stayed in touch, checking up on my healing process. Özgür, the dental specialist, is truly an artist. He gave me the smile, that I thought I wouldn’t have again. He is not a “Travel Turkey Teeth” dentist. He is the person, that Turkish residents go to, and that says more than enough for me. I wasn’t really sure what to expect coming to Turkey for dental work, but honestly, I couldn’t have felt more looked after. Dr Alkan has such a calm and gentle way about him. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel way less scary than I thought it would be. You can just tell he knows what he’s doing and actually cares. And Honor... what a legend. He’s been amazing from the first message. Always there to answer questions, super organised, and really made sure I felt comfortable the whole way through. Felt more like a friend than just someone booking appointments. Genuinely grateful to both of them. Left with a big smile and an even bigger sense of relief.

They were very understanding about our phobias and lack off dental health. It did not matter if the clinic was closed, you could still talk to them out off hours. They kept us updated throughout the whole procedure, even on days off. I witnessed myself on the English-speaking staff on a personal day off with her family, helping me with a personal problem. A passerby also asked for assistance with a dental issue and she was very helpful with him. (If in Britain would have been told it's my day off, I'm with my family!) We chose this clinic out of the 4 that we had correspondence with because they were not pushy. Once a price was quoted, they did not message me on a daily basis asking me did I wanted it done. Lowering the original price! They were great all the way through
