I'm from Australia and was going to Europe so I thought I'd look at places to get dental crowns done. The Whatclinic site threw up some highly rated clinics out of the thousands that are in Turkey. I sent the identical enquiry to 5 clinics. Most responded almost immediately. Some were low priced some were high. One clinic took a look at my teeth and included in the price 10 root canals! This suggested they thought the job was so difficult, that most of the teeth would need to be killed to be able to work on them. İstanbul Diş Akademisi came in at the middle to low priced end, very competitive. The attention to detail and ability to communicate however was very high-end. The person attending to me was Onur, who's English was excellent and his understanding of dental concepts was extensive because his answers were immediate and detailed. We agreed terms. I was taken to the clinic straight from the airport and after x-rays was given a thorough examination. Onur went through the options and explained that my case was a little complicated, which I knew already from decades of mouth/jaw/teeth problems. He explained that my upper jaw had not developed in line with the lower jaw, so a "V" shaped upper jaw sat on a normal "U" shaped lower jaw. This caused unsightly underbites on the SIDES of tooth line along with no overbite at the front. It was an ugly mess in there and I said I wanted to have a normal U on U tooth line with a normal overbite at the front. Onur assured me they would do their best. I though, thought the chances of being able to correct this without jaw surgery or long-term pallet expanders was slim. Well, Onur and his expert team achieved in just four days what could only be described as a miracle. I got exactly what I thought was impossible and without the need for any root canals. İstanbul Diş Akademisi achieved through expert computer design and manufacturing, -their facilities are hyper-modern and state of the art- what I was told in Australia could not be done. Even the uneven gum line was corrected without the need to cut into gums. Apart from their incredible ability, their warmth and customer attention was amazing. There was a real sense of caring and of not just being a number. Payment was simple and instant with Revolut and most of all, un-pressured. It turns out Onur is actually the General Manager and so to have that level of attention speaks volumes for this boutique clinic that is bound to grow in stature and reputation amongst a very crowded marketplace. I consider Onur and his team like family now and would not even think about going anywhere else. If six stars was available they would receive them from me.

I first went to Dentapoint over 2 years ago for my first time getting work done in my mouth. The care and skills I was given were second to none and could not be matched. So, I came back for more work 2 weeks ago and feel fantastic. My healing process was very manageable thanks to Dentapoint's aftercare specialist Sude. But all this is thanks to my dentist Mahmut, and most of all my coordinator Oguz for all the help for weeks before and being available for a query or question all the time. Overall, my experience was 120% and I will be back again for more work or as little as a filling. Highly recommended.

I researched Dr Baysal and found him to be highly qualified and very experienced. I went to him from the UK for an implant near the front of my mouth. Now I don’t have to wear that uncomfortable denture or suddenly feel embarrassed when I realise that I’ve gone out without it. Dr Baysal is very professional, he speaks English, and is very reasonably priced - even taking into account the cost of travel to Turkey. It was definitely good value.

As my schedule is very busy I wanted a swift and efficient response. I contacted the clinic and immediately got a reply. Mr Huseyin liaised with me since and arranged all the procedural arrangements. He made my trip and treatment very pleasant and extremely easy. The Dental care I received is absolutely top-notch. The attention to detail and the quality I got were amazing. The transportation and the hotel were also taken care of. I had my first treatment and will go back in few months for my second visit. Because I like to drink coffee a lot, my teeth started to yellow. I had a nice teeth whitening at Cosmedica and my teeth regained their former whiteness.

Prior to arriving to Turkey from the States, I felt safe and secure with them. Day 1 of arriving to my appointment it’s was “Lights, Camera and Showtime”😂 I brought great energy so I felt the same during my visit. I had great time there and the staff is LIT ASF🤙🏾. The results are awesome! Due to the dental procedure I have to return in 3 months for the final permanents. Other than that, I’ll recommend others to booked.

Absolutely love my new smile. When I started my enquiries back in the UK this clinic stood out from the rest, they weren’t pushy for a commitment, they were as thorough as possible with the quote from pictures, always available with my queries and most of all calmed my anxieties. From the minute I landed in Turkey the service I received was excellent, all transfers, beautiful hotel, regular contact, amazingly hygienic clinic with friendly staff with amazing skills who gave me my confidence back to smile. If you’re thinking of going to Turkey for dental work I fully recommend it here, very reasonably priced for the quality, and there are cheaper clinics however I don’t believe the service and quality could match Umut. I’ve now had my beautiful smile since August and the only regret I have is that I didn’t have the work done years ago

I have nothing but the highest praise for this company and all its people. Their knowledge, skill, attention to detail and communication are all first-rate. I began my research into implants in Antalya with a sort of form email enquiry to several clinics. Orthodent's reply impressed me the most, particularly with regard to my reference to a medical condition. They were clearly prepared to talk themselves out of a job by advising against any surgery if I could not meet certain conditions. After getting current information from my doctor here in UK they (and I) were happy to proceed. So I flew out to Antalya to meet them. I was immediately impressed by the spotless, modern premises and courteous and helpful staff. Then I spent more than an hour with both Doctors Cakin, who arranged for Panoramic X-rays and discussed the findings and their advice in clear terms, without the slightest hint of a 'hard sell'. They advised a full All on 6 for the lower jaw, but thought that this would be too risky for the very thin bones in parts of of my upper jaw, and advised me to go for All on 4 there. They began work immediately on the upper jaw, followed 2 days later by the lower. At various stages I thought I could detect a lot of extra time being spent to make sure the tiniest details of the work were being done absolutely precisely. Obviously, a procedure like this isn't 100% pain-free, but it's fair to say that it was very nearly so, with the help of some very effective painkillers. (For anyone having such extensive work, I can heartily recommend a diet of scrambled eggs for breakfast and lentil soup for lunch and dinner.) Once the implants were in my jaws, work began to manufacture and install the temporary crowns. Again, the work was painstakingly precise, and now, 2 weeks later, entirely satisfactory. I was called back for a review after a few days, and again just before I left Antalya, with both doctors present, when they were clearly prepared to spend all the time that was necessary to ensure the work was progressing well (it was), the pain was manageable (I cut the painkillers down to 1 a day by about Day 5, and stopped them altogether by Day 8) and that I understood everything I needed to know about probable progress and oral hygiene and so on (let's hope so). I am due back for the final crowns in perhaps 4 months, though if things continue to go so well I may defer my return to a rather cooler season of the year. I will not have the slightest hesitation about returning to Orthodent. I highly recommend them to anyone reading this, as I already have to the surprising number of relatives and friends and slight acquaintances who have enquired about my experience. After a consultation with Dera Dental, I couldn't start the treatment for some reasons. When I contacted them again later, they helped me with the same transparency. After setting a date, I came to Istanbul. As promised, they met me at the airport and took me to my hotel. Then the treatment started without wasting any time. Dr. Ali İlker makes you feel that he is an expert doctor and you feel safe. He placed the implants without any pain during the treatment process. Then the temporary teeth were attached. We waited for the implants to fuse with the bone before attaching my permanent teeth. When I returned to Istanbul, my permanent teeth were ready and they were perfect. Dr. Ali was very helpful with my permanent teeth and made sure they were done exactly as I wanted. Dera Dental did an excellent job. Thank you very much for answering all my questions after the treatment <3 My experience from start to finish was amazing. I had 1 tooth cap for my existing implant and a deep scale and polish and I am extremely happy with it, Kubra was amazing, really professional, very knowledgeable & friendly would highly recommend her for any dental work. Also, Sarah & her husband Sid were both very helpful and attentive throughout our visits. Overall, very pleased with the whole experience and it cost me a fraction of the price I was quoted in the UK!

I underwent a complex lower jaw surgery at the clinic, specifically aimed at correcting my bite alignment... The precision and care taken by the team were exceptional. The recovery process was well-explained and supported by the clinic's staff. I'm now in the final stages of healing, and the improvement in my bite function and appearance is remarkable.

From the very beginning, they make you feel at ease. Everyone’s really helpful and kind, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. I have to give a special shoutout to the coordinator, Honor. he was amazing the whole way through. Always quick to reply, kept me updated, and just made the whole process so much easier. As soon as I decided to go ahead with the treatment, I could message them with any questions, and they always got back to me. They kept me in the loop the whole time, which really helped me feel confident about everything. The clinic is super clean and tidy, not a single issue there. Everything looked professional and well taken care of.They also sort out all the transport .picked me up from the airport, took me to the hotel, and did all the transfers between the hotel and Dentares. The hotel was included in the price too, so it was all very smooth and stress-free.

Gum graft for 6 upper teeth and 4 lower teeth. All completed in one sitting. Recovery 7-14 days as expected. Periodontist carried out the procedure which was very professionally done and any questions were answered clearly. Muhlis was excellent with everything promised from costs for procedure to airport and clinic appointment pick ups and was available for any questions before and during my stay. Head dentist was available same day to asses my final appointment to remove stitches and was very friendly during my procedure. This will now be my dentist when I require any more significant dental work and I would recommend them to family and friends.
