From contacting Naz to finishing my treatment, everything was absolutely brilliant and professional. When I was talking with a few clinics, Naz explained every detail and walked me through the process. She never tried to force me, unlike the other clinics. She just kept giving me more information, telling every step, even a video call with my fantastic doctor, Dr Burak Kok. When I went there for my treatment, Naz herself and a driver came to pick me up, and they took me to my hotel, which was very clean and nice. The room was spacious as well. I tried so many delicious food eventhough I was getting a dental treatment. I did a Hollywood Smile with 24 Zirconium crowns. After they shaved my teeth, they made a temporary tooth the same day!!! I was shocked. So while I was waiting for my actual teeth to be made, I was still enjoying my days and food. The service I received was superb. Huge thanks to my family in Turkey! Thanks for giving me my confidence back...

Had a great experience from start to finish. So happy with the whole experience of being picked up from the airport, taken to the hotel and then picked up to take the dentist. All the work I had done was amazing, so happy with my teeth and my husband’s and also the after-care coming to London every couple of months, it’s fantastic, staff are beautiful. Make you feel very comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys.

I am from the UK. I did some research on dental practices a few months back. I messaged a few practices, of which Dilay was the first to respond. After a few messages back and forth, explaining the treatment I needed. Dilay was amazing in all aspects of communication. The response was quick and easy to understand. I needed a root canal filling and a crown. After sending a copy of my X-rays, they confirmed the treatment. I was sent prices and time scales for treatment. I made the appointment around my annual leave from work. The level of service that they provide is second to none. Personally, getting picked up and taken back to our hotel by Dilay on my first appointment was just amazing. I had e-rays taken and explained potential other work I could have had done, but at my choice. They started the work on the first appointment, which was amazing. I was picked up the next day for the next stage of my treatment, again returned afterwards and again for my third and final appointment. The clinic was immaculately hygienic and very clinical. The staff were all exceptionally helpful in all aspects. I will 100% recommend this practice and will definitely be returning for further treatment in the future. The clinic was extremely helpful, contacting me at the weekend and making an appointment quickly to deal with an emergency. The result was excellent. A restructured front tooth to repair a fractured incisor.

I have recently returned from Bodrum after completing my full mouth treatment with Dr. Ziya, and I couldn’t be happier. My first visit was in November 2024, during which Dr. Ziya removed 14 teeth and placed 12 implants. I experienced no problems at all. Everything was so well-organized—he had antibiotics, painkillers, and mouthwash prepared in advance. I went back on the Friday to have my stitches removed, and again, no issues. Dr. Ziya even arranged for an interpreter, although he didn’t really need one (he’s just a bit shy to speak English). The service was outstanding. I was picked up from the airport, taken to my hotel, and transported to all my appointments—and then back to the airport for my return home. I returned in March to have my new teeth fitted. The level of care and service was exactly the same. The driver was really friendly, and the whole experience saved me so much time and hassle. This visit lasted two weeks, as moulds needed to be taken and my new brilliant teeth crafted. Dr. Ziya took his time to ensure the perfect fit, and when I saw the final result, I was honestly speechless. Now, I can’t stop smiling. Dr. Zerrin and staff are simply the best! I have always been afraid to go to the dentist, but Dr. Zerrin is so gentle and mindful of my anxiety. Everything is painless! I am always greeted when I arrive and offered something to drink. All of the staff is efficient and courteous. I also see the periodontal specialist regularly and then Dr. Zerrin examines too. Evrensel has extensive x-ray equipment and modern / laser instruments. Also extremely important to me is the cleanliness of the clinic, sterile materials, and hygienic practices. The atmosphere is pleasant and professional as Dr. Zerrin and the staff are competent, capable, and kind!

I had a very friendly yet professional initial meet to discuss my dental procedures. Travelling out of the country could be daunting as it’s difficult to return, in case a problem arises, such as infection, or anything else. I felt reassured and fully prepared whilst discussing my treatment at every step, the treatment itself was absolutely amazing on every level and I was prepared for it with helpful tips, antibiotics and reassurance regarding post operation care. I can’t highly recommend this clinic.
