I had a very friendly yet professional initial meet to discuss my dental procedures. Travelling out of the country could be daunting as it’s difficult to return, in case a problem arises, such as infection, or anything else. I felt reassured and fully prepared whilst discussing my treatment at every step, the treatment itself was absolutely amazing on every level and I was prepared for it with helpful tips, antibiotics and reassurance regarding post operation care. I can’t highly recommend this clinic.

As a tourist, I was experiencing complications from a previous dental implant. And this office fit me into their schedule and provided a valuable service for me. The staff was courteous and helpful. And I would recommend their services to anyone.

I did porcelain veneers upper and lower, and the result was amazing, very natural and no pain at all. They have a fully involved team that made the experience very smooth. I arranged my trip, and they were ready to receive me and start my treatment without delay. I had old veneers, and I got them replaced. These ones are a totally different result; they don't use this awful paste in your mouth, and they don't shave the teeth!

I have had a fantastic experience with this clinic from the very moment Thiago made contact with me regarding my enquiry. I needed an emergency treatment as my crown broke in half while on holiday in Lisbon, Thiago called me back couple of hours after l sent the request to the clinic, asked all the important questions and gave me all the answers over the phone while simultaneously booking me for an emergency appointment, he was very honest about the procedure and possible timelines of the treatment, he then followed everything up with an extensive message in which he gave me all the additional information a patient could possibly need including the price for the treatment in advance. The clinic is comfortably located in the city centre and very easy to find; the facilities are spotless, and the care provided is excellent. Prof. Dr. Genilson Neto, who l came to see is extremely experienced in his profession, once you sit in his treatment chair you know you are in the best possible hands, he is fast and confident, he administered my anaesthetic injection so skillfully it was virtually pain free, l couldn't tell when he done it, l was extremely impressed, he prepared my tooth and shaped my temporary crown absolutely perfectly, he gave me honest advice and did all of it in under an hour. I'm extremely grateful to the whole team at the clinic. I couldn't recommend them enough for being professional yet extremely polite and accommodating at the same time. Additionally, the cost in comparison to what I would have to pay back in the UK for the same treatment was a fraction of the price. Everything was exactly as Thiago informed me it is going to be, the treatment, the price and the timeline - extremely honest every step of the way. Best place for all of your dental needs. I came to the practice to have extensive dentistry work carried out including x-rays, mouth scan, bridge, veneers, filling and clean, the girls in the practice worked all the appointments around me while traveling back to Spain from the UK, They are so professional, kind, friendly and made me instantly relaxed! I’ve had the pleasure of receiving dental treatment at this clinic, both for cleanings/check ups and also filling cavities. The service was always great, and the staff is very friendly. I especially like that they focus on doing as little change as possible to your natural teeth, only when needed (as opposed to maximizing procedures like they do in other clinics).

I had a great experience with Dr. Vasilis at this clinic. I required a root canal and crown, and a friend recommended him as gentle and knowledgeable. After our first consultation, it was apparent my issue was more complicated than I realised, as the tooth had a fistula and infection in the bone. Dr Vasilis arranged for me to have a CT X-ray at another clinic right after our appointment (which had the results to him by the next morning), and made space for me for 2 subsequent sessions to finish the root canal. Although he could have rushed into the crown (and met my goal or having it completed by the time I left Chania); he advised me to wait 3+ months to heal the bone infection for a better result in the future. I respect his honesty and appreciate how much time he spent with me, as well as the 3 days in a row to get a satisfactory result. I appreciated the time to explain the situation in simple terms- because my brain somehow doesn't always logically translate medical knowledge to dental applications. SO, Dr. Vasilis, THANK YOU.

When I was in severe tooth pain, they helped me get a quick appointment and relieve my pain during the last week of the year which was very difficult to accommodate. Nurse Heta and the doctor are very helpful and understanding, they accommodated me in between their busy schedule, even though I reached very late due to minimal availability of transportation during Christmas week. I am very grateful to them that because of them I managed to get my pain fixed and because of that, my Christmas went painless.
