My local dentist recommended replacing all 4 lower implants, but the quoted price gave me severe sticker shock—it was literally the cost of a brand-new Electric Vehicle! This led me to search for affordable, high-quality options abroad. After reading great reviews, I contacted Clinic Prime. Their coordinator, Maria, responded immediately. After reviewing my CT scan, she provided a quote that was a fraction of the U.S. cost, which amazingly included airport pickup and luxury hotel accommodations. Here is how my flawless experience unfolded: Arrival & Lodging: I was picked up at the airport exactly as promised. The clinic booked me into a beautiful, clean boutique hotel with excellent amenities and a stunning seaside view, located just a 10-minute walk from the clinic. The Clinic: The facility looks like a luxury holiday resort right next to the sea with breathtaking views. The equipment and amenities easily rival or surpass any top international clinic. Honest & Expert Care: On day one, they took a new CT scan. Displaying incredible medical integrity, they initially suggested I only replace the single failed implant to save me money. Because I preferred a fresh start, I insisted on replacing all four, which they accommodated. Flawless Surgery: At 5:00 PM, my oral surgeon, Dr. Ezgi Gulum, performed absolute magic. In just one and a half hours, she smoothly removed all four old implants and expertly installed the new ones with zero issues. They used "Neodent" implants, which are widely considered some of the absolute best in the business for All-on-4 procedures. Prosthesis & Teamwork: Right after surgery, they took impressions for my temporary teeth. For the next three days, Dr. Gokam meticulously worked on my temporary prosthesis, finalising it perfectly today. Exceptional Support: Throughout the entire process, I was accompanied by Mine, a dedicated translator. She was incredibly professional, courteous, and kept me informed every single step of the way.I am flying home tonight with a beautifully fitted temporary prosthesis. I will happily return in September for my final permanent teeth once my gums have fully healed. After landing at the airport, I received a welcome message directing me to the clinic desk, where transfers to the hotel were arranged and my appointment time for the following day was confirmed. The process was smooth and removed all the usual stress of travelling abroad for treatment. An important detail is that the cost of the initial flights is refunded on the second visit once treatment is accepted, which shows real confidence in their work. The clinic’s approach is not fast dentistry — it is precise dentistry. Nothing feels rushed. Everything is checked carefully and they will only proceed when the result is right. From my personal experience, I never felt pain from injections during treatment, which was a major concern before travelling. The dentists work calmly and administer anaesthetic carefully, making the experience far more comfortable than expected. Overall, highly professional, well organised, and focused on doing the job properly rather than quickly.

2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. As someone who is scared of going to the dentist, visiting any clinic is usually very difficult for me. However, at Rivatech Clinica Dental, my worries and fears disappeared almost immediately. They treated my concerns with great care, and the ambience was so pleasant that you don’t even feel like you’re in a clinic. I did 12 veneers, and the cost is absolutely reasonable. The doctors are very attentive and truly take care of their patients with passion and professionalism. Another thing I really appreciated is that the doctors speak fluent English, German, and, of course, Spanish, which is very helpful for foreigners like me who only speak English. I strongly recommend this dental clinic.

A LONG REVIEW BUT WELL DESERVED I am from the U.S., and I was blessed to find Dentist Maria in Lisbon. I have had nothing but amazing experiences, but one stands out. I had an implant done, and she was not happy with the fitting. I was happy; however, she reached out to the lab requesting that the crown be redone. And once again, she was not happy with the fitting, so she again had the crown redone a second time. She is a perfectionist with very high standards. I have referred another U.S. Expat to her, and Julie was very appreciative of my referral. Crazy but true! I will not allow anyone to ever work on my teeth except Dr Maria, so I travel from Spain to Lisbon, from London to Lisbon and even when I am in the U.S., I wait until I am in Lisbon to do all my dental work. As I write this review, I am in the U.S. with a broken crown, but I will have the repair done when I arrive in Lisbon (3 months wait time). And the only other dentist that I allow to work on my teeth is Dr Aurea. She makes every visit comfortable, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant from start to finish. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and caring approach gave me complete confidence in my dental care, and I couldn’t recommend Dr Aurea more highly.

Great dentist! Fab communication and the whole team made me feel very relaxed, despite being nervous due to some very uncomfortable experiences back in the UK. I had three implants and a crown. I would highly recommend Zara Dental Clinic. Clearly highly skilled doctors who always made the appointments work around my tight schedule/flights which I am very grateful for.
