I needed some implants and extractions! I contacted the clinic and had Doctor Volkan directly on the phone, I texted him all my needs and received answers to all my questions (I had so many to ask btw), he was very attentive and didn’t force or push me to do any extra treatment ( which is very different from other clinics I contacted, no direct contact with doctors only consultants), once in the clinic everything has been made easily and professionally, I recommend doctor Volkan because he is a good technician and very understanding! I might post an update in few months after the second visit, where everything will be fixed but for now allgood 👍🏻

I was 2 weeks ago in the dental clinic in Istanbul. It is a very professional and clean clinic. The doctors and the assistants were very kind and helped me calm down because I was so nervous. On the other hand, I was in really good contact with Ene, and he was also the one who welcomed me in the clinic. The result of my treatment, 20 E-max facings, is really beautiful. Besides the treatment, we had a very nice stay in Istanbul. Enes arranged my hotel and transfer; the service was excellent, and the hotel was close to the clinic (just 5 minutes walking). I went out to Turkey in July 24 I was originally with a bigger dentist. I wasn’t happy with my treatment plan. I reached out to a lady called Lisa on social media, and she put me in touch with Smilepod They totally understood my concerns with my treatment from another dentist Basically, the other dentist wanted to send me home with big rubber take-out teeth. I wasn’t happy with this. Doctor Rizza team put 5 on 5 implants in and 3 days later I had my temporary fixed teeth. The hotel was near the clinic. The clinic staff is very friendly, and the clinic is super clean and equipped with the newest technology. My primary dentist is Abdulnasser, is very genius and intelligent. He was able to prepare my teeth for crowns despite my teeth's condition. One of my teeth had only the roots remaining on my gums, which a couple of doctors in California had advised that surgery was needed to extract those roots. Dr. Abdulnasser was able to extract them without surgery or pain. I had 26 Zirconium crowns and 12 canaled root treatments done professionally in one week. The crowns they put are guaranteed for life if properly taken care of. I stayed in Istanbul for 8 days. Every day, Mr. Nour would call me and text me to provide me with an appointment for the next day. On the day of travel, a driver was waiting for me outside the hotel to pick me up to the airport. Even after treatment is complete, Mr. NOUR is still responding quickly to all my calls and text messages. He would send my concerns to my dentist and answer them. If you're looking for a premium service that's guaranteed even after treatment, Dentaray is where you should go.

I went in for a temporary fix on my bonding as I had them done at a previous clinic in Bodrum but they had all chipped. I flew to Istanbul and had great difficulty getting to the dentist as my flight was delayed so it messed with all of my transport, However, Ata was super kind and picked me up from the city and brought me to the dentist at no extra cost. The dentist fixed my teeth temporarily and talked me through future treatments that would be best suited for my teeth, no pressure at all, just genuine friendly advice. Overall had a very pleasant experience, and the team were extremely helpful when I kept stumbling across difficulties during my trip. Thank you guys :)
