Although we did not proceed with the treatment, the preliminary assessment and recommended course of action were done in a very professional manner. We are looking forward to dealing with this clinic when we are ready to complete the treatment schedule.

Visited Clinic Prime for two visits this year to have an all on 6 implant procedure and a set of zirconium crowns fitted. In total I had 10 implants fitted and 20 zirconium crowns. Being from the UK, the cost was probably about 80% less than what I would have paid on the NHS. The price also included all accomodation and airport transfer costs. It really is fantastic value. The big question though, is how does the standard of work compare? Simply put, it is as good if not better than what I would have received on the NHS. The standard of work was fantastic and I am delighted with the results. I was looked after by the coordinator Onur and by the dental doctor Ersin Arican. From the initial telephone consultation over WhatsApp, there was no pushy sales pitch and everything was explained fully with clear and transparent costs along with a guarantee of no hidden extras which was honoured. No matter what I needed to know and if any unexpected treatments cropped up, everything was fully explained and the original price honoured. It really was a fantastic and simple experience. The actual procedure itself was completed with obvious care and a clear intention to get things right and the way I wanted. Nothing was too much to ask, and very importantly, I was included in every decision throughout the entire process. The after care I was given was excellent and I was really made to feel like a valued patient. I would say the after care was better than anything I have received from a UK dentist, who are not always available. Not matter the time of day or night, I could contact the coordinator who would sort whatever I needed at the clinic. The clinic itself is exceptionally clean and welcoming. All equipment is modern and it is clear that this clinic isn't simply rushing everything through to make money quickly. There is a high level of patient care and everything is completed with compassion and precision. The staff were all wonderful and friendly and are clearly very professional in what they do. Although the clinic is in Turkey, language is not really an issue. The coordinator, who speaks perfect English, sat with me the whole time and anything the doctor had trouble finding the right words to explain was easily interpreted. That's not to say the doctor doesn't speak English, he did, but sometimes certain things just needs a small interpretation. So if communication is a concern, it really doesn't need to be, there is no issues with language. I really cannot reccomend Clinc Prime highly enough. I admit, I had reservations about travelling to Turkey for treatment, but I am so glad I did it. Everything was so easy and despite being about 80% cheaper than the NHS the standard is simply world class.

I came to Istanbul Dental Academy for my aching teeth. I had my root canal treatments done. My pain is gone. I also had zirconium crown on my teeth and my smile changed. Now I can eat and smile comfortably. There is a very clean clinic. Thank you

Had my teeth done by doctor Ali kılıç, she was amazing made sure I was pain free throughout whole surgery if their was anything I was unsure of she explained it in more detail, could not fault her one bit and the DentaPoint team, Ozzy was my coordinator anything I needed help with to times and how to process will go he was their to help, my teeth are amazing from what they were, can’t stop smiling. The clinic was so clean. Thank for Dr Ali Kılıç I can now smile again :-)

There are dentists and then there are dentists. Dr Cem Baysal is the best. He is a master of his trade. I first went to this gent following work previously carried out by amateurs. He had the job of rectifying someone else's mistakes. I had no bite and was damaging myself every time I ate. He is fantastic. My husband has now been treated and had full mouth treatment. Bridges veneers and some implantations. He has done a marvellous job and the work was above our expectations. He is a brilliant practitioner. He is not the cheapest. You get what you pay for. I know as I had to pay twice to rectify a botched job. If you need treatment you cannot go wrong with Dr Cem Baysal.

I completed the first stage of my dental treatment, which involved 13 implants, and my recovery is going well. The service from everyone at the clinic has been very good!

Went for my first appointment for implants, the service was amazing and I was treated very well. I was very nervous getting this done but I had a much better experience with them than my UK dentist. I can’t believe the difference. The pick up and drop off service was great and very helpful. The clinic was friendly and very clean. The hotel was pleasant and the locals are friendly. Looking forward to my next visit.

Dr Volkan was very clear and quick to answer all my questions before the trip. The procedure was very professional in modern and clean environments. I had 10 crowns and two implants with no pain during or after the procedure at all. He even helped med avoid unnecessary parts of the first plan we made which saved me money. After the procedures, I had no pain or swelling at all. He was very kind to explain any questions I had during the visits and made me temporary teeth even for one day of use. All In all very professional and I would trust my teeth to him anytime in the future and recommend the clinic to all my friends and family members in the future. Out of 5 stars I would give him 6. The very best clinic in Istanbul as far as I am concerned. And I did a lot of research on the subject. Other clinics gave incomplete information and tried to let me pay double or more. In this club, you are in safe hands. Tried to avoid the dental tourist traps. I went for 2 implants. Proper information, good quality of used materials. And very kind people are working here.

After a consultation with Dera Dental, I couldn't start the treatment for some reasons. When I contacted them again later, they helped me with the same transparency. After setting a date, I came to Istanbul. As promised, they met me at the airport and took me to my hotel. Then the treatment started without wasting any time. Dr. Ali İlker makes you feel that he is an expert doctor and you feel safe. He placed the implants without any pain during the treatment process. Then the temporary teeth were attached. We waited for the implants to fuse with the bone before attaching my permanent teeth. When I returned to Istanbul, my permanent teeth were ready and they were perfect. Dr. Ali was very helpful with my permanent teeth and made sure they were done exactly as I wanted. Dera Dental did an excellent job. I’ve used the Yeditepe University Dental Hospital for a number of treatments over the past 3 years, from a simple filling to more complex treatments like a root canal and an implant. I can confidently say that these have been the best dental treatments I have ever received. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. It’s also great that they have all the facilities in the same building for pretty much anything you might need. The admin staff is also very helpful and understanding. I’d definitely recommend their treatments to anyone.
