I had two crowns to replace plus root canal work. I went here on a recommendation and I was not disappointed. Costs and timescales were much better than I was informed by UK dentists. Even allowing for the travel costs was still a saving. Over the service was very professional and my impression was the clinic was more advanced technologically.

From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized by Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who ensured every detail was taken care of – from pick-up to scheduling appointments with the doctors, addressing my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. The professionalism and care I received exceeded my expectations, making this a truly positive and seamless experience. Highly recommended!

Quick answer, easy to book. It was not a problem that I knew only English and not Portuguese. When I got there, dr Pedro was amazing, patient and kind. We did a wisdom tooth extraction pretty quickly on the spot, and it was painless for me. An X-ray was also done in the clinic for free. Everything went smoothly. Nothing but good words for this clinic and the staff!

What a clean and modern dentist office !!!! The staff is amazing and very friendly. I had an appointment on the same day I called in. The doctor cares more about people than money and he did not charge me for cementing a crown which has fallen out. Thank you for everything!!!!!! I have had the most fantastic treatment, start to finish - the whole team is absolutely incredible - gentle, understanding, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Travelling to Bulgaria from the UK in desperate need of serious dental treatment - root canal, couple of crowns, multiple fillings that needed replacing, composite bonding on the top front four teeth (due to microdontia - I am 30 years of age and no dentist has ever mentioned that to me before, and believe me when I say that I've had more than enough dental appointments for a lifetime ). We visited the clinic first time in November 2021. My husband and I had our first treatment then, for myself I had an implant and some new crowns, and for my husband a new crown and some fillings. We came back again this May to fullfill the treatment that I started last November. We are very satisfied with the way we have been treated both times. Dr Jean Paul and his crew are professionals in all ways, the clinic is ultra top modern, it has been a pleasure for us to visit you! The dentist took no time to review me and confirmed what my other dentist diagnosed. He even slashed the amount of the consultation fee in half. That was very good of him, as he doesn't have to. A big thanks to Dr Bilal and also the secretaries, very welcoming. I will recommend this surgery
