Very caring and professional I had a labioplasty two weeks ago, and from the very first consultation, I had a very good feeling. Both the expertise and excellent reputation of the clinic, as well as the care provided by Dr Beatriz Ruiz de Gauna Vives, gave me a great sense of confidence. I especially appreciated the full support throughout the entire process from the patient coordinator, Kristina. I never experienced a service like that before, and now I wish it existed in every clinic. I never felt alone, and my nervousness was significantly reduced thanks to the warm and friendly conversations with her. It felt as if a friend was accompanying me. Even after the procedure, I stayed in close contact with her, and she helped me with all the organisational things. A very valuable help in a clinic where the doctors of course, are mostly occupied with a lot of patients all the time. I am now two weeks into the recovery phase and have not experienced any complications. The contact with both the doctor and the coordinator is always available whenever I need it, which makes me feel very safe. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to fully evaluate the final result for a few more months, but from what I can see so far, I am very satisfied and would choose Clínica Planas again at any time.

If you are reading this review you are in the same situation I was once upon a time! To decide on where to do one of the biggest and most life-changing surgeries in your life, vaginoplasty! I was in your position once and read about doctors and looked at the results! But as important is the recovery! I ended up in the Im Clinic because of the beautiful results from their webpage and their many reviews of smooth recoveries, but also because of the amazing communication between the patient and the surgeon! You get free consultations before and after surgery to ensure that all questions is answered! I remember I was mindblown after my first consultation, the surgeon told me I didn't ask enough questions and wanted to set up a new consultation to ask more questions before I made my decision! They are not pushing you into choosing the Im Clinic, they rather want you to make an informed decision for what's best for you! I am now 4 months post-op, and I have never been happier! My result has become pretty much as the pictures shown on the website (just a bit more swollen, but this will go down)! The dilation schedule is very easy with 3 dilations daily the first month, then 2 dilations daily the next 2 months and once a day for the next 3 months! I can share that I have started physiotherapy and she was amazed at how natural it looked and how natural it also felt! She has worked 30 years helping women with a tight private part and she could not feel the difference between me and a cis-female! I have never been happier! Dr Labanca and the amazing patient coordinator Rosa have changed my life in ways I never thought possible! They truly are angels in my eyes, for me the impossible has become possible! I can feel like myself after a bit more than 20 years of living in the wrong body! Remember this is not an easy surgery to recover from, so to have a secure network like the Im gender medical team around at my disposal has been crucial for my recovery! Online Consultation Review For transparency, I received this consultation free of charge in return for providing a review. Dr Herrero was warm, kind, and positive throughout the consultation. He answered my questions clearly and came across as supportive and understanding towards trans patients, which made it easier to discuss concerns openly. The language barrier was also helped by Aida translating where needed. My main feedback would be that the consultation was conducted via a handheld mobile phone, which at times made it slightly difficult to focus and understand clearly due to movement and audio quality. Overall, I appreciated Dr Herrero’s openness and willingness to answer questions.

I contacted Aida to find information on options for a Rhinoplasty and mentoplasty. They were highly professional and prompt in providing me with information, diverse options and arranging video appointments with surgeons. They also instructed me on all the details necessary to advance the process and coordination to facilitate the surgery. Sadly, I had to postpone due to current problems with ensuring arrival dates due to the airline’s fuel problems. They are an efficient and friendly team, always quick to answer, and my experience was excellent.

Gynecomastia played with me for years! I’m glad it has been removed. Cost including flights was about 2,400. I have a slight issue but unsure if it was due the compression vest or the surgery but I have a slight dimple in my chest now, would rather that than the lump, however still only 5 weeks post op.
