I met with Dr Beltrán to plan my surgery. He is a very attentive and compassionate doctor. Not only does he listen. He cares. I felt comfortable talking to him about my breast augmentation. He gave the best advice about repositioning. He also offered to do my earring holes and remove the lump of fat on my head, as I get anxious, so he offered to do it whilst under anaesthetic. He puts your mind at rest if you are nervous about the operation, and he said I didn't need the overnight stay. He is not a doctor who is just interested in your money. He cares about your well-being being too. I am not alone in thinking this. He has done good work with other patients, which can be seen on Google. His international consultant Oscar, is also kind and helpful and responds to your questions quickly. I will recommend him for breast surgery as he is very experienced with this. He also speaks English, which is a bonus. Definitely a surgeon that can be trusted.

She is honestly the best doctor and surgeon I have ever found in my life. As a trans woman, I have had appointments with many doctors and surgeons who took advantage of my needs and when I found her, my whole life changed completely. Her work and professionalism has helped me not only in terms of physical appearance but also in terms of mental health and well-being. Had Mastectomy Surgery with IM Clinic, It Luxurious experience, totally recommend. Thanks to the amazing nurses team and special thanks to Rosa who followed up with the whole process and of course Dr Maggie, the first time I spoke to the dr and told her about the results I’m looking to achieve she described how she’s going to achieve the results, which was creative and professional, the results exceeded my expectations, exactly how Dr Maggie described, I had no comments! This surgery changed my life, and the experience as a whole, everything including aftercare massages or any surgery-related necessities were included all in one place, surgery went very smooth pain level didn’t exceed 4/10, super clean clinic, sunny rooms, me and my partner’s stay and meals where included so we didn’t have to worry about getting our own and dietary options are provided. Worth to mention the Dr Maggie was really caring about the results and the clinic was flexible with changing my surgery date, thanks to Rosa! Overall amazing experience.

I had 3 major surgeries with Dr. Herrero: FFS (Facial Feminisation Surgery), Colo-vaginoplasty and then a combination of 360° liposuction with lipo sculpting to breasts and buttocks over a period of around a year. The FFS was perhaps even more life-changing than the colo-vaginoplasty in terms of everyday life. The results were fantastic and while I may opt for some minor additional changes years later. I find no fault in the work done, the recovery or the experience. For a more mathematical response; in gender recognition software my face was seen as 80%+ masculine before the surgery and after recovery, the score was consistently 96% female. Most cis-women I know who tried this software scored 70-80% female. I could not expect anything better. As for the colo-vaginoplasty... Simply amazing. I had a Gynaecologist in Taiwan give me a vaginal inspection recently, she asked me when I had my hysterectomy while she was using the speculum. It was that good! As for sensitivity, mind-blowing. It took 3 or 4 months to heal enough to learn that, but 3 or 4 years later I am still amazed at what this body can experience now. As for the BBL and lipo work, again, very happy. Not as life-changing as the other two results, but the quality is just as good and I am very happy with my body in a way I never thought I would be. Also, Dr. Herrero is a gentleman, kind, took the time to explain things, was gentle and understood my needs completely.

I have not had my surgery yet but the service so far has been excellent. The initial video consultation and the prompt reply to any questions. Ease of communication have been very good.

I'm very pleased. Dr. Esbry answered all the questions I had, he also answered the questions I did not know I had. I had a full facelift. He also removed a lot of skin over my eyes and bags under my eyes. He is professional, friendly, and he answers questions quickly. I am very happy with my face. The healing process is not done yet, with that, Dr. Esbry has reassured me that everything is going well and that in time it will heal. It was a good value. He gave me back one face and open eyes that I can smile at the world again. I will choose Dr. Esbry again if I want to have more operations.
