What absolutely fantastic support and care I have had from Lisa and her team . My journey has been amazing . I had a tummy tuck with a breast up lift with Lisa 04/24. A year later in 05/25 I went back to Lisa to have breast augmentation as I wanted a little upper volume . What amazing results I have as I felt insecure about my body since loosing 8 1/2 stone in weight and breast feeding my 3 gorgeous boyswhich are now 14,12 and 10 . I was extremely fortunate that I was able to see Dr. Cartlidge following an upsetting appointment. Mr. Cartlidge very kindly took the time to go through all the various options that I may be presented with and reassured me about my treatment plan. He has kindly responded to further emails when I have been concerned or worried. Thanks to Mr. Cartlidge's patience and discussion, I did not panic like I may have done prior to my appointment and have felt confident moving forward. I would highly recommend Mr. Cartlidge and thank him again for his time and patience.

I had Alarplasty procedure at the Harley Plastic Surgery in East Grinstead. On assessment, Mr Harley took time to explained the procedure and realistic expected outcome. I was a bit disappointed that there was no before and after photos of Afro Caribbean patient in his archives. Nevertheless, I was pretty sure that I have chosen the right Surgeon as evidence by his procedures videos and reviews. During the procedure, he was very caring and meticulous with his technique, ensuring that I was pain free and comfortable. The outcome has really enhanced my profile, boosts my confidence and self esteem. Though, the scar is still visible after 4 weeks but I am pretty sure that it will be inconspicuous when matured. I am so grateful to Mr Harley for arranging post op follow up appointment to monitor my progress.
If I could give the Centre for Surgery a million stars I would! The whole process from the phone call, consultation and surgery itself was absolutely seamless and couldn’t gone better. Coming from someone with a severe needle phobia and not feeling comfortable in a medical setting I felt so comfortable from start to finish. I had an Otoplasty with Dr Michail Vourvachis today and yet I don’t feel any pain and feel like my normal self. All the nurses, reception team and anaesthetists were so kind, caring and attentive especially given that I was so nervous. Dr Michail Vourvachis truly is a one-of-a-kind surgeon, with incredible attention to detail and incredible at calming me down for my procedure. In my initial consultation, he explained absolutely everything I needed to know and I had no questions as he had already answered them all. He is not only an expert in what he does but he is such a kind and caring person who will help put anyone at ease. A huge shoutout to the nurses who were there by my side throughout the whole process. I was so anxious and yet they are all so kind and looked after me so well. And a massive shoutout to the anaesthetist who calmed me down and made me laugh. Thank you so much to the reception team for answering all my questions and being so kind and informative! I’m one of those people who are quite difficult to calm down when I’m anxious and yet everyone genuinely calmed me down and made me feel reassured and looked after. They really did go above and beyond! I have my check-up consultation next week but I couldn’t help to write a review immediately because of how perfect the whole process has been. I’ve had other consultations previously from Harley Street and nothing has come close to how incredible the whole team are here. If anyone is doing their research into where to have surgery I will recommend the Centre for Surgery immediately. I felt like I was in such safe hands. Thank you all so much I am so grateful!
Decided to ring about having surgery with Tonic in May 2021, as have googled the company lots and their reviews are very good. I rang Tonic and spoke to Paula Warwick there, I honestly couldn't ask for anything else from her, she was informative helpful, never pushy to sign, and was always there to ring if I had a question, and I definitely rang a lot with questions. She recommended Dr Sherif Awad for the surgery, in which was told he's appeared on TV and is on youtube explaining everything about the procedures, there was very interesting and educational and told prices on everything that gets done at This surgeon Dr Awad comes with 100% recommendations from myself I had the surgery due to him ringing me personally to chat asking questions, and explained everything down to the last detail. He stays involved all through the process, even coming to seeing you on the day of surgery to seeing if you have any questions. I have had no complications, not a lot of pain nothing I'm healing well-loosing weight and very happy with Dr Awad. He comes highly recommended by me. So go on if you are thinking about it you will not regret it. I wish I'd done it 10 years ago.

I had a breast reduction and uplift. I am 53 and was a 34E. I searched around and saw Mr El Gawad’s reviews and they are ALL 5*. I made contact and he rang me straight back. I had a telephone consultation, then a face to face conversation (all due to coronavirus restrictions). He is so personable and friendly and tells you straight about the whole process and the procedure and makes sure you are fully aware of any contraindications from surgery. I then booked surgery and had the procedure. I was in for 1 night and discharged in the morning. Mr El Gawad contacted me to check up on how I was feeling and reassured me of the days ahead. I needed to speak with him on a couple of occasions and a quick message to Rachel and he immediately contacted me and that was late evening too when I was expecting maybe the next day! for me that was the biggest reassurance, it truly was 5* service in the truest sense. He is professional, kind and reassuring, funny and a super guy! Someone who can put you at ease straight away. Rachel is a godsend and they make a perfect team. You are in excellent hands with Mr El Gawad and I have no hesitation in recommending him for your surgery.

I was super anxious as this was my first time under general anaesthetic, but the team at Waterfront Private Hospital were amazing from start to finish. Dr. Will Anderson explained everything clearly and put me at ease from the consultation onwards. On the day, Damien greeted me by name (he’s definitely my “fairy godmother” of the day!) and made me feel welcome straight away. Joanna, my anaesthetist, and Piel in surgery were so friendly and reassuring, which kept me calm. When I woke up, Isabella was by my side, making sure I was comfortable and cared for. Everyone went above and beyond, and despite my anxiety, I felt completely supported. Highly recommend.
Initial consultation was in January 2022 where I had some idea of the procedure and decided to make a booking in to consult with Professor Mahajan. The procedure was to remove a Dorsal Hump that was negatively affecting me about my appearance. The consultation was a brief introduction to the procedure, why I wanted to do it, how long I had been thinking about it, when I would like to do it, aftercare and post procedure. I was well informed and happily filled out the consent documentation, however there was an extensive waiting list post COVID and so I was waiting for several months, after being contacted later on in the year with spaces available I decided to stay on the waiting list due to financial reasons, and was then contacted again in the year, but then removed myself from the waiting list as being very busy. Come the following year towards the end of 2023 the thought of having the procedure was much more viable and so I went in for another consultation with Professor Mahajan, re-signing the paper work and requested a date for January 2024 which his secretary kindly accommodated for and that was suitable for me. On procedure day, I was quite relaxed with a 7am arrival, brief words from the professor, nurse, anaesthetist to inform me of what’s going to happen during the day and calming the nerves and taking food orders as well. Around 10am I was taken into prep and put on general anaesthetic, and procedure was underway, a few hours later I woke up feeling well with no bruises, no black eyes and a large covering over my nose of course. I was returned to my own room to rest, having to stay overnight, the nurses looked after me well, coming to see me every few hours and providing food. The following day I was collected late afternoon to go home. I had a 6 week and 12 week check up to ensure all is healing and settling well which it was and the Professor then released me back to the care of my GP. Overall, a great experience, smooth and efficient and I got what I wanted. Happier and more confident.
