I went today to see Mr Glassford, what a brilliant guy, top of his game but so friendly and down to earth. The nurses are also lovely and friendly. The practice is beautiful, and Richard on the desk is just gorgeous. He has such a lovely manner and is so welcoming. Overall a fabulous experience with people I trust for once. Thank you so much.

I entered reception and had a warm and friendly greeting. I was asked to fill in the questionnaire and on completion the dentist came to greet me and I accompanied her to the surgery room, where I was sat in the chair. Two other members of staff were present and the inspection took place. Everything was explained to me very fully as to the possibilities available to me. I agreed to have some X-rays taken to complete the inspection process. These X-rays were then shown to me. The dentist then assured me that the dental implants could be fitted and after the surgeon had seen them, I was to receive through the post in approximately one week, the total cost of the procedure. I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken by the staff involved.

Had an appointment with a hygienist. Very thorough, friendly and good advice was given.

All of the staff at The Waterside Dental Clinic are exceptional. I have never received this level of care and service at any dentist I have been to previously. I would recommend them to anybody.

I attended this clinic after being up all night with severe toothache. I have to admit I have a major phobia of dentists !!! I was so lucky to have got an emergency appointment on a Sunday! From the moment I entered the surgery waiting room a quivering wreck, I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who tried to put me at ease. When the lady dentist (Reena) called my name I was immediately put as ease, seating reassured and gently step by step spoken through my treatment. I must admit after being such a baby! I had my tooth out and it really didn’t hurt at all !! ( not to say I’m cured ) .The experience here was gentle and kind, and I am extremely grateful. Many thanks

I chose Smile Kind as I required specialist surgical treatment not available at my normal general practice dentist. They are on my general practice dentist's list for complex referrals. Also my wife had excellent treatment earlier this year at Smile Kind, to remove a troublesome wisdom tooth. My treatment was to extract a cracked and infected molar that was beyond repair, followed by a bone graft and associated initial procedures in preparation for a planned implant later this year. This process, from my initial assessment meeting with Sami and Sarah, the surgery itself last week, and next day post-op follow up phone call were completed with total professionalism and high skill. The surgery site in my jaw is already settling down after several days. Everything was explained in advance, the surgery itself was pain and stress-free, and patient care was exemplary. Dr Rez has the most patient wonderful team. I am having my treatment with Dr Anthony who is so kind makes me feel at ease and doesn't rush and tells me everything he is going to do before he starts. I am so confident in having my treatment. I have recommended Anthony to my husband daughter and granddaughter who feel the same as myself.

What can I say....... All Saints Dental is one of the best I've ever been to and I have been to quite a few. Dr A Farooq is the best dentist you can ever get ( try for yourself). I have to say the whole team is absolutely amazing, especially Axa. They all are very professional and caring. I have had quite a bit of Dentle work done and experienced no issues at all, from start to finish Iv have received excellent care and I cannot recommend them highly enough, so thank you All Saints you all are awesome.

If you go here, there is a bell to ring rather than just enter the premises. Why the receptionist didn't just open the door when I was trying to get in I do not know. I went for a consultation to see what the best option was for a missing tooth. You pay before you go. The staff were friendly. The dentist is lovely putting me at ease, explaining what he was doing whilst teaching his staff at the same time. Nice manner about him. He then took the time to show me what options were available to me and how much each would cost. The clinic was state of the art, modern with the latest tech to make the job easier. The view was stunning. I would recommend the experience to others.
