Emergency Dentist Consultation Kirklees

I'm a very nervous patient and have found that both Frankie & Usman are superb.I'm new to Usman, but what a very reassuring calm and sympathetic man, talking to you all the way reassuring you and explaining what he's doing and why. I had a large broken back tooth removed that was very hard to remove but he removed it in one go without breaking it further. I've been going to Frankie for a long time and she works in the same manner. The admin/reception staff are great too always welcoming and make you feel relaxed. I travel from Huddersfield to attend here and would always travel before finding another dentist. Pricing is very fair too. The service is top-notch.

I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable. Really pleased with everything. I will be back for the advisory’s given as well. Certainly recommend this Dental practice. Thanks all David.

Have been to the practice quite a few times in the last few weeks and have been highly satisfied. My appointments have been with Clare and have had a filling and 2 extractions both very good and no pain. The reception ladies are really pleasant and helpful. Great recommendation.

Been a patient for at least 4 or 5 years now and I always highly recommend them. Whether it's NHS or a private treatment I've paid for, me and my family are always treated really well. They're professional, the clinic is clean, all staff are friendly, trustworthy and considerate. Just one bit of feedback for the practice is just one occasion (whilst having a filling) the radio was playing in the background and I had to listen to news announcements while I was trying to stay calm through injections. Of course most of the news was stories of trauma and death so it was anything but relaxing. This isn't a criticism of the dentist but it's worth considering what sounds/music your patients can hear and focus on whilst having treatments. And also asking beforehand if they want talking through what's happening. I know lots of people don't want to hear but personally I really appreciate being given updates on what the dentist is doing through the process, so being given the choice would be nice I think. This is the only suggestion for improvement I have. I think Carnegie is a great dental clinic.
