Emergency Dentist Consultation West Yorkshire

Highly recommend Hopkinson's. They are extremely caring, attentive and the treatment provided is to the highest of standards. All my family are patients are we would not want to go anywhere else, fantastic :)

I am a very anxious patient, unfortunately I associate visits to dentist with lots of pain, but the staff at the clinic, starting from the girls at the reception, lovely Alex, my dentist, and the magical Becca have been so wonderful and patient. Another bonus is that the clinic is a walking distance from my home, it means that I do not have to worry about car parking. Alex, my dentist, very thorough and delicate, she listened to me and answered my questions so I could understand the medical jargon. Alex offered me all options, explained pros and cons, and costs, and allowed me to make a choice about the treatment, it did not feel as she tried to push all treatments on me i.e. teeth whitening for a sake of making money. She also took notice of my previous experience with dental treatments and why they were so problematic. Becca, the hygienist, was absolutely wonderful, she put me at ease, explained the procedure, talked about what she was doing, very professional and patient. She listen to me, offered clear explanations and advice on how to improve my oral hygiene and why. It did not feel that she was rushing, before giving me injections she used a gel to numb the place where the needle was going in. :) Becca also used a breathing technique to make me concentrate on my breathing, instead of fixating on the injections, which absolutely brilliant. The girls at the reception were very welcoming, patient and helpful, when I needed to change my appointments or needed an emergency appointment, they were happy to accommodate.
