Our namesake, Dr Rez ensures we provide the highest standards of customer service, treatment outcomes and patient care. Embarking on his career, Rez wanted a job that involved artistry, problem-solving, patient care, and science, making dentistry the ideal fit.

Opening a practice that does dentistry differently has been one of Dr Rez’s best moments of his dental career so far.

Committed to lifelong learning in his pursuit of dentistry excellence, Rez has undertaken a substantial amount of vocational training and was lead clinician for Oasis, before Dr Rez Dental was born.

Fun fact: Outside of practice life, Rez has a passion for scuba diving and has travelled the world undertaking some amazing dives. Two stand-out moments were stroking a puffer fish the size of a Mini in a sandy cove off the coast of Sharm El-Sheik, and diving five ships of a fleet of Japanese World War II wrecks off the islands of Palawan in the Philippines.

Rosie’s main focus is creating and maintaining the best possible patient experience, as we aim to make every aspect of the practice exceptional. 

After working in finance for several years Rosie realised she wanted to work in an industry centred around people and making a difference. And there is no better feeling than helping a patient transform their health and confidence. She originally studied Art History at Manchester University, before completing a Finance Graduate scheme. Along with Rez, she started Dr Rez in 2015, and I was able to make a full-time move to the practice in 2018. 

Opening our Liverpool practice counts among Rosie’s best moments. A real labour of love, the team has been fortunate enough to create an environment that is not only special to work in, but great to be treated in. 

Fun fact: Rosie is a beekeeper!

Lauren is responsible for a number of key practice management roles. She directly manages the front-of-house team at Dr Rez Dental, ensuring the patient journey is smooth and enjoyable.

Lauren’s dedication and hard work were recognised at the 

Private Dentistry Awards 2024

, where she received a highly commended award for 

Practice Manager of the Year

. This accolade highlights her commitment to excellence and her passion for creating a welcoming environment for patients.

Loving to speak to people, Lauren always wanted a job where she could meet people from different walks of life all day, every day. She began her career as an apprentice dental nurse in the south of Ireland in January 2018 and completed her diploma in dental nursing at University College Cork in 2021.

Meeting so many wonderful patients, seeing them regain their confidence, and being part of their journey to a great smile are career highlights for Lauren.

Fun fact:

 When she was 11, she chose her confirmation name, Nicola, after her favourite Jonas brother – Nick!

Providing exceptional treatment and care for our patients, Anthony’s aim is simple: to help our patients using his dentistry skills. With two Degrees - in Dentistry and Pharmacology, Anthony worked in the NHS for seven years before joining Dr Rez Dental. He is currently nearing completion of his Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry.

Joining our Liverpool team has been a natural career highlight for Anthony and we’re very glad that he did!

Fun fact: He climbed Mount Fuji and proposed to his girlfriend at the peak. She’s now his wife, so the climb to the top was worth the effort!

Rhys joined the Practice in 2024, and brings a wealth of experience in delivering high level Restorative and Cosmetic interventions, and Orthodontic transformations for patients.

Ever since graduating, Rhys has sought to constantly develop his skills in cosmetic dentistry, offering patients the greatest access to a range of high quality, minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry, and enabling people to restore their personal confidence and happiness!

Rhys has completed his MFDS Diploma and is in the process of completing both his Restorative Aesthetic Diploma and his MSc in Dental Implantology. 

Rhys worked for two years in a Portsmouth-based Maxillofacial Unit, and also at the Edinburgh Dental Institute working with leading clinicians in their fields and developing advanced skills in Restorative Dentistry. 

One of his personal highlights was volunteering in Cambodia, providing dental care to patients who would otherwise have no way of accessing this.

Fun fact: Rhys enjoys playing rugby and triathlons in his spare time. He is currently training for a half iron man challenge.

Casper joined the Practice in 2024. He is a highly experienced dentist, focused on delivering outstanding dental care with an emphasis on aesthetic dentistry and full mouth oral rehabilitation.

His aim is to give patients the best experience they ever had. To combine their wishes with the best options available.

In 2000, Casper graduated at the Academic Centre for Dentistry in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He finished his PHD in salivary research and oral dryness in 2005. In 2008 Casper started his own dental practice in the Netherlands. He is now delighted to have joined the Dr Rez Dental team, showcasing his experience and skills in England.

Fun Fact: Casper once wanted to become an actor and also a pilot! He likes to write and to paint.

Jasleen is passionate about creating confident, healthy smiles and making every patient visit a positive experience. From gentle check-ups to perfecting little details, she loves helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. Every day, Jasleen enjoys turning dental appointments into reasons to smile!  

Jasleen states that her daily goal is to make dental care feel friendly, comfortable, and maybe even a little fun! That dentistry isn’t just about teeth — it’s about people, and the confidence that comes with a smile you truly love!

Jasleen graduated from Plymouth Dental School and began her career with three years of further training in complex restorative dentistry and oral surgery across specialist hospitals. She feels that this experience gave her the opportunity to refine her skills in managing challenging cases and delivering high-quality care. Since then, she went onto work in a number of dental practices before joining Dr Rez Dental, providing both complex and routine treatments.

Along the way, Jasleen has been honoured to receive several awards, including Ethical Character of the Year at the Future of Dentistry Awards, and also Best Clinical Case for the Berkshire Deanery. Jasleen has also recently made BBC news online and BBC radio, promoting oral cancer awareness.

Fun Fact: Jasleen loves playing netball and padel! She is also a huge F1 fan!

When you come for a dental hygiene appointment at Dr Rez Dental, you’ll meet Lilly. As our Dental Therapist she takes good care of patients' gums and teeth, educating them on their oral health.

Lilly’s love of all things dentistry began at an early age, when a family friend retired and gave Lilly and her sister their scrubs so they could role-play dentists. Her interest in the profession was fueled and she’s never looked back.

Proud moments in her career so far include attending the Dentistry Awards and winning a team award for overall patient care and completing her BSc.

Fun fact: An animal lover, Lilly’s dream pet would be a pair of Pygmy goats!

Owen joined the Practice in 2025.

He graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2025 and is thrilled to have joined the team at Dr Rez Dental.

As a dental therapist, Owen enjoys helping patients look after their smile, by making sure their teeth and gums get the best possible care - as well as offering helpful advice on improving oral health at home.

Fun fact: Owen loves playing padel and also golf. He has played the world famous Royal Birkdale golf course!

Jordanna joined the Practice in 2025.

She recently graduated from London South Bank University in 2025, having been interested in a career in dentistry from a very early age.

Jordanna enjoys playing a key role in a patient’s treatment journey, helping them stabilise and maintain excellent oral health.

Fun Fact: In her spare time, Jordanna enjoys hiking and also paddle boarding.
