I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. The next day, as promised, I was phoned to check if I was okay. I was! This practice is truly exceptional in its professionalism, expertise and compassion. I wish them all well. Christmas miracle! After being in agony for days calling endless dentists for days and being told they had no availability until new year, bearing in mind my pain started around the 22nd dec. I finally came across crofts on Christmas Eve. They booked me in for part 1 of a root canal and completely took me out of pain. Coming in on Christmas Eve after hours. Completely out of their way. Super friendly and really reasonable price. Can’t recommend these guys enough. 10/10 thank you.
