I had a really positive experience at The Abbey dental practice. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, which immediately helped put me at ease. The reception team are welcoming and professional, and both Dentist & hygienist took the time to explain my treatment plan clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. I felt listened to and fully informed about each step, which made the whole visit much less stressful. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a caring and reassuring practice.

I had a genuine fear of dentist and only went if I had a problem. I went to see Dr Masood and everything changed. Very friendly and professional at all times. I entered reception and had a warm and friendly greeting. I was asked to fill in the questionnaire and on completion the dentist came to greet me and I accompanied her to the surgery room, where I was sat in the chair. Two other members of staff were present and the inspection took place. Everything was explained to me very fully as to the possibilities available to me. I agreed to have some X-rays taken to complete the inspection process. These X-rays were then shown to me. The dentist then assured me that the dental implants could be fitted and after the surgeon had seen them, I was to receive through the post in approximately one week, the total cost of the procedure. I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken by the staff involved.

The most professional clinic. Attention to detail is outstanding. Friendly was put at ease and extremely happy with results. Will definitely be having all my treatments there in the future.
