Excellent. I had a slight problem with a denture That they made for me in April. Very patient. Listened to what I was not happy about. After several small adjustments and now its great and no extra cost.
I entered reception and had a warm and friendly greeting. I was asked to fill in the questionnaire and on completion the dentist came to greet me and I accompanied her to the surgery room, where I was sat in the chair. Two other members of staff were present and the inspection took place. Everything was explained to me very fully as to the possibilities available to me. I agreed to have some X-rays taken to complete the inspection process. These X-rays were then shown to me. The dentist then assured me that the dental implants could be fitted and after the surgeon had seen them, I was to receive through the post in approximately one week, the total cost of the procedure. I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken by the staff involved.
I have been so impressed with Highfield Dental as my orthodontist. I have started Invisalign clear aligners with them. Everything has been thoroughly explained and the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Like many others, I don’t love going to the dentist but they make it a really pleasant experience. I can’t wait to have my teeth whitened at the end and to see the hygienist there. I would highly recommend this if you’re looking for a private dentist.
From the first moment I walked into Taha, I was made so welcome. The staff are amazing; they might not spell correctly, but Dana is such a great person I would have white knuckles gripping the seat while at the dentist before; now I fall asleep in the chair. Now on to the man who's such a great bloke; I can not big him up enough a total wizard when it comes to every part of his ability in dentistry, and his such a good man One love to you all.
